The sign says they validate parking, but apparently they don’t validate parking? I asked if there was someone I could call and they were just like no. Will be going to marble slab next time.

Customer service sets this place apart! Im that person who cant decide what she wants, especially when I basically want everything on the menu. The employee who worked with me was extremely patient, attentive, and friendly. The desserts are consistently good as well. One of my favorite new products are the cookie dough pops (shaped like a Dilly Bar from DQ) and covered in chocolate. One thing to note is that they have regular vanilla ice cream in addition to the fancy mixes.

I enjoyed the ice cream, but they pretended to be committed to the environment by banning straw to reduce the impact they have on single use plactics. Meanwhile a basket of single use plastic spoons sat right next to the sign. Im just asking that if you proclaim to be environmentally friendly, you really live it, not just pretend that you care because the culture is for it.

If your looking for dairy free ice cream come check them out. Service is was fast and place was clean.

Unfortunately, because of a Grubhub driver deciding to complete another delivery before mine, I ended up getting a soupy banana split. That is not the stores fault and the soup was still delicious. Point is, Grubhub and UberEats are terrible for ice cream delivery.As for the ice cream itself, sofa king good. The other times Ive ordered, Ive gotten exactly what Ive asked for and more. They give you GOOD sized portions. You will NOT feel like you overpaid. I am probably never getting delivery, but I will definitely be visiting the store, because the product, as well as the staff, is awesome.

Pleasant staff & atmosphere though small. Surprised theres no presentation of the ice cream, only menus. The flavors are sweet and complicated for my taste. Got vanilla and coffee chocolate and it was alright. Smooth and creamy. The coffee chocolate had very little coffee flavor, heavy on the chocolate. My daughters sugar cone was the tastiest Ive had like a light cookie. For those who love very sweet creative combos in ice cream its your spot.

Ive been going to this ice cream shop for years now, and its always a wonderful experience. My kids are hooked on the ice cream, but our family favorite isnt carried in the shops anymore! (Mint Chocolate Cookie is the best!) Love the ice cream, the scoopers are always wonderfully friendly, and its in a great place for people-watching!

Its tough to beat Been and Jerrys and this location serves the brand well. The flavors are always wide-ranging and creative and their increasing availability of alternative ice creams is great. Service was friendly as expected. Cant go wrong here!

Love Ben and Jerrys. We stopped in after lunch for a tasty shake for my daughter. Fella serving the customers was super nice. Especially to my grandson. Ice cream was delicious.

The ice cream was good. The help was not so much. When we went in it was a younger gentleman and he was no help whatsoever. I asked him a question he said theres the board. He didnt want to help us in any way being our first time at Ben Jerrys. I will definitely not return to this Ben & Jerrys ever.

I’ve always been a big fan of ben & jerrys. But I have been particularly fond of this particular store because of the very clean and spacious dining area. A perfect place to just fill down a hot day.

Free bday cone a scam i signed up weeks ago at this store for my free cone and never recieved anything so I go to store and ask for my bday cone mind you i have my state issued driver license which shows today is my bday and that doesnt matter they just wanted to charge me anyway. Had a rough day on my bday and this really wouldve brightened up a bad day oh well dairy queen here i come. Oh the employee that helped me said in a very sarcastic voice yells, Have a nice day! as i turn around and walk away. Really didnt need the extra free saltyness.

They have dairy free VEGAN FRIENDLY ice cream!!! 😀😀The Coconut Almond fuge chip was AWSOME! And my boyfriend had Caramel Almond Brittle and really enjoyed it.

Ice cream is decent. Service is the worst. One of the employees was EXTREMELY RUDE. Never had service that bad. Would recommend just about any other ice cream shop in Rockville. Wouldve asked for a manager if I had the time.

Closed early so employees could leave and go to a party. I usually dont mind and try to stay away within 30 mins of a restaurant closing....but when my pregnant wife wants a single scoop of ice cream in a cup and you close 10 minutes early so you can go to a party well thats just bad customer service.

Bought an ice cream cake and it was too sweet and not fresh, so soggy and without any flavor but overwhelmingly sweetness. Wont come back...

A bit expensive but lots of unique flavors.
