As someone who did a fair bit of research I have to say their service and communication is astounding. Their prices were better then everyone elses and the product was just as good as other vendors in the area. Any issues I had with the install Oman was quick to fix and stand behind their quality of service guarantee. You really cannot go wrong going with them and I have recommended family for their services since. Save yourself the time/hassle and just go with them.

I wholeheartedly recommend Carpet & Floor Express in Rockville. The customer service staff, particularly Hooman Ghaemi, was knowledgable, friendly and quite helpful. The installers were punctual, efficient, neat and demonstrated high quality workmanship. Throughout they treated me as if I were having a multi-thousand dollar job done in a Potomac McMansion, instead of what I actually only needed done, which was to replace carpet on two flights of stairs.Do yourself a favor and ignore the cartoon guy pitching carpet on TV commercials. Call Hooman first.

I contacted them about a stain on the carpet on a fresh install. The installers finished late and I didnt review until the following day. The house is being ready to be sold so no one is in the home. All I was told was that; the installers dont carry anything that can stain.. I never heard back after I sent the requested pictures and then a week later, I was charged on a credit card that I had asked the installer to notate not to charge. It has been over a week and I never got any resolution. My house is going on the market now and I now have to spend money to remove a stain that was on the carpet from day 1. The other down side to this is that my card did not go through and I didnt get a call or notice asking for, what I assume will be, a full payment. NO RESOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM AS OF YET AND IM SURE NO COMPENSATION FOR THE ISSUES IM DEALING WITH.The plus to the whole thing is, even though the installer came an hour after the install window and still had to deal with parking issues in our community, they got the job done. Quick and efficient on a what was a very hot day. Thank you to the installers for the work done. My only question is if they saw the stain or not. If they did see the stain it would have been best to just notify the company or the customer.In general the 3 stars are for that reason alone. The initial contact, estimate and procedure was at a minimum 4.8 stars.Thanks C&F EXP.The pictures show the stain in the light and the dark, from the same angle and up close.

Working with Carpet and Floor express was a great experience! Upon entry i was properly greeted and the team was extremely professional and all about customer service (everyone was also wearing a mask which i appreciated). I asked questions on different options to replace the carper in a new condo i purchased- I had never purchased carpet so I was at a complete lost on the process. The manager was extremely helpful and provided multiple options for me to look at, providing the cost difference of each option. There was no effort to try to upsell me or have me purchase a more expensive carpet. He asked questions about what room(s) i am looking for and what i envision in each room. It felt collaborative and i think i picked the perfect carpet. It is soft and has a bit of speckle that i truly appreciate. The installation was quick and on-time, which was important to me as I was on a deadline. Overall i had a great experience and plan to use this company again in the future for more rooms I have planned.Highly recommend!

Used Carpet and Floor for three different flooring project that I had over the last two years and I can’t say I ever thought I would be so impressed with the type of customer service and attention to detail that they offered me. Not only did carpet and floor express install within three days of the date I purchased the flooring, they were able to beat a competitors price by 20%. What are your job is a 1000 square-foot apartment or a 25,000 square-foot office building these guys will get it done.

Bought a house and found out I needed to replace all the carpet because dogs had ruined it. Money was extremely tight but these guys were amazing, only showed me what I could afford and found a great carpet with a 30 year warranty for the same price Home Depot tried to charge me for their 4 year warranty carpet.

We chose this store to purchase Pergo Extreme because Tony was kind and seemed knowledgeable. Later, I found out how little he stays on top of installations, which I now believe is outsourced, and was not pleased. We didn’t know what was under the carpeting, as we haven’t lived in our home too long. Tony said not to worry about it until the installers took up the carpeting. Then if old flooring had to be taken up or something else done, he would talk about it with us. Well, under the carpeting was old parquet-type tiles, MANY of which were broken. The installers took up the pieces that had broken off and put down the Pergo. I asked them about those missing pieces underneath, if we wouldn’t notice, and was told the flooring would settle and we wouldn’t notice at all. Not true! I think they just didn’t want to bother with filler or taking up the tiles. We have dips, and it is very annoying. We even have a large gap in front of a kitchen cabinet that I emailed Tony about and got no response. I hope my review is noticed and something done.

Love this family and the care and attention they give to clients. I buy all my floors from them whether it be carpet or wood. Dont waste your time at floor and decor I had a very bad experience with them. Pay the extra .20 more and go with a group that cares and will give you service through and through.
