Crown Carpet did an amazing job carpeting our basement! The staff is very knowledgable and helped guide us to the perfect flooring option for our lifestyle. Our basement is now warm and inviting and perfect for how we use it. We carpeted our steps leading to the basement, also. Some of the steps are triangular and tricky to cover. The Crown Carpet crew installed it beautifully and flawlessly. We will definitely use them again for future flooring needs!

My family has done renovations with Crown Carpet and Flooring for years. Each and every time our experience has been professional, clean, and attentive. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and their excelent costumers service.

I would not recommend using this company. If you want a job done right I suggest going elsewhere. They assisting in laying carpet down on our steps. We brought a swatch of our carpet in which they agreed to match for us.When they installed the carpet it was much darker and did not match the carpet in the rest of the rooms. None of the worker brought this to our attention. If they had mentioned it we would have told them to wait and not install the carpet until we were able to finding something that would more closely match the rest of our old carpeting.The owner Hamid John was obstinate and unapologetic and was not worried about working with us to find a solution but instead told us that he would charge us an additional 1500 dollars to lay the new carpeting to match the rest of the rooms. He said that my husband and I okayed the carpet which was not true and the agreement was that he would match the carpet for us. He Essentially trying to hook us for an other 1500 dollars for their error. This guy will try to rip you off at any chance he is given.Im only giving him two stars because the job was done.
