Was not hired because I have hair it is 2021 not 1975 I shouldn’t have been to choose between employment and the hair on my head…. Literally “you want the job cut your hair” I could simply wear a hat if it was a matter of safety but we know what it it
I couldnt be happier!! I got everything I needed and yhen some. Eric and the other associates to the time to explain everything to me and even gave me a 10% discount because I am attending a welding class. Big shout out to you guys. Thank you so much
Very nice and professional; just a hobby “welder” and they got me going with an argon/cO2 tank exchange and some equipment. Better service than expected for a company that likely deals with pros who know what they need.No complaints. Will use them again. Recommend them.
I’d leave ten stars if I could! Ron and Tommy went above and beyond for me when I was in a bind at work. They’re helpful, kind and provide excellent customer service. The products we needed were provided at a very competitive cost and I loved all of the precautions they take in regards to social distancing. Thank you so much!
The sales associates wouldn’t even bother to hold the door as I was bringing in the tank. Perhaps because I dared to stop by during lunch? Roberts is on average twice as expensive compared to competitors. I won’t be getting my gas from this location again.
Well stocked shop, convenient location, and friendly knowledgeable staff. I had a slightly non-conventional request and the guys there helped without a second of hesitation.
Truck 2187 cut into my lane on 270 north without signaling and almost sideswiped me. Hire better drivers.
Balloon Bouquets of Washington bought helium from them for over 25 years. They offer superb customer service and always have supplies.Joe DelVecchio
I’m giving Roberts Oxygen one star because they lied to me which cost me two days Plus a lot of traffic and time spent on the road.Specifics...I called Roberts oxygen earlier today to find out if they could exchange a 150 size oxygen cylinder since I didnt have much time to go all the way to Airgas in Hyattsville. They told me they would exchange. So I hopped in my pickup and fighting more than usual traffic, an hour later Im at Roberts oxygen loading-dock with a bottle to be exchanged. The manager tells me theres no way he can exchange that size but he will rent me a bottle instead. I explained to him that an employee told me earlier they would do the exchange. So I talked with the employee and he said he told me to bring it in and they would see if they could exchange it.Thats absolutely a lie but in todays world people lie with no intentions of displaying integrity. Since I need the oxygen for a job this evening and tomorrow I would not have gambled on an IF; I would have braved the longer route to Airgas with guaranteed traffic instead of coming up short with no oxygen at all for two days (tomorrow being the 4th of July and everyone will be closed).Instead of offering some type of concession, maybe a loaner tank, instead they felt that a lie and to blame a customer was somehow better ethics. What happened to the days when people actually believed that telling lies is not only unethical but also a sin?Even if a person was an atheist where is their integrity? When did customer service become so unimportant to businesses today?
Horrible! Always driving FAST AND AMOST HIT ME IN THE crosswalk
