REQUIRED a check up front and CASHED it BEFORE SCHEDULING THE SERVICE, which they still havent even scheduled. Id give 0 stars if I could... went to Marble Mantel because they were the vendor used by my builder to install the counters, which I thought conveyed some level of trust. The seam on the counter appeared to have been installed incorrectly with one side shimmed to rest on the cabinetry below and the other side of the seam left floating above it with a gap. Needless to say, the seam cracked. Went to Marble Mantel to get it repaired and they required a check upfront in order to even schedule service. Ive tried to get it scheduled for nearly 2 months now with phone calls and emails and they still wont put us on the schedule (even a week or two out) because they dont know what their schedule is yet. How could you if you dont schedule people?? All scheduling seems to rest with Mike, who is never around to talk to and never is able to call back, and apparently doesnt have any means of communication when hes on project sites during the day to get in touch with customers whose money hes already taken.
We had our home remodeled and wanted to redo the kitchen and all 4 bathrooms in granite. We heard about Marble Mantel through my brother who is a builder . When I called Marble Mantel to make an appointment, they seemed a bit busy due to a full schedule, however they were very willing to work within my schedule, staying 30 mins after they close. When choosing our color/material, I would ask for Mike. He was very helpful and had a great understanding of our vision for our finished product. 2 weeks later everything was polished and installed to our satisfaction. Now, everyone who walks through our house, asks about the granite! I would definitely recommend if you are remodeling, or building a house!
I would recommend this business! I went to Marble Mantel in hopes of finding an exotic stone for a reasonable price. Upon my arrival, I was instantly drawn to their yard to explore through the endless racks of various granite slabs. I spoke with Hamid, and Mike who were very helpful in narrowing my choices based on my price range. We ended up going with a beautiful slab of pearl white, a type of granite that wasnt an option for us originally due to the price that was set by all the other retailers that we visited. The installation was complete a week later, and everyone was a pleasure to do business with. Very happy with the price, selection, and the service.
We remodeled our kitchen and Master Bath with Marble Mantel and could not be happier. The process was very enjoyable! Largest selection of colors and material that I was able to find.
