I have had the pleasure of working with Shekinah Baltimore on several home projects ranging from moderate to large renovations. What I enjoy most is her enthusiasm and energetics spirit with the can-do attitude. I am a repeat customer who started with the kitchen and moved to several moderate renovations. She has impeccable taste and is extremely conscientious and dedicated to seeing through the project. She keeps the design in mind as she maps out the best style to fit your budget and taste - with the personal touch of a professional designer. She always keeps me posted on potential delays or events that may hamper the timeline of the project . She checks in weekly with status updates and sends weekly emails apprising of delivery status and where the items are in the supply chain . Most importantly I feel special and valued . I am amazed at her vast knowledge of kitchen design and have saved thousands of dollars due to her business acumen and design savvy. She has recommended alternatives that had better industry ratings that were less expensive. I am proud to have Ms. Baltimore as my sales associate- best investment I have made with her personal touches and the Home Depot Kitchen Design Center.
Currently writing this review from my nearly completed dream kitchen. Cons- the process from first appointment to “breaking ground” literally took over 6 months and the tile selection was limited so I ended up sourcing my tile elsewhere. The pros- the people we worked with leading up to the finished product! Tim was wonderful to work with on the front end, he’s an excellent listener and was quick to resolve any issues that came up, Brian oversaw our several month long project, he was on top of everything, is very responsive and helped put my mind at ease a number of times, the construction company (Scott & crew, Epic Kitchen & Bath) had laser sharp attention to detail and was the most careful and respectful crew we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, which is a big deal when you have these people in your home for months. Prior to this project I was set on listing my house because I didn’t think we could create the kind of kitchen and space I had been dreaming of. Now, it’s the most incredible space and I can’t imagine selling it! Thank you to everyone who helped make our dream kitchen a reality! Posted some photos, please excuse the blue tape, we are waiting on final paint! I will update photos when complete.
Absolutely would not recommend, worst design from a professional design team.We have been lied to at every step during this entire process. In order to have a kitchen by Christmas we are reduced to this extremely disappointing kitchen. As countertops are 4 weeks out.The project started in April/May.Someone from Woodmark initially did the design of our kitchen, which is the design I agreed too. Some how the design was changed per Theresa @ Home Depot Central Design. I did inquire about what a farm style sink would look like but wanted to go with the drop in base. When I paid back in May I made sure every single person from Courtney H at Home Depot Central Design to the Contractors at our local store knew I wanted a drop in sink. As I paid Courtney, I literally said the farm house sink is going to be removed right? I was assured yes! Move forward to July, we waited for the shipment to get here before our vacation. The system at Home Depot is a nightmare, 7 different delivery dates in “ their system.” Not one person could take the time to call the company to track down our cabinets except my husband. So the cabinets came in as we were on vacation. The kitchen was demoed and replaced while we were on vacation. We come home to a farm-style sink base and filler in between all cabinets on that wall due to a 27 inch cabinets being replaced by a 24in at central design. Not even a design change we had seen or knew about. We make a complaint on July 19-26 two newcabinets were ordered. A 27 inch to go above the dishwasher to eliminate all the filler and gap by the refrigerator and the sink base drop in like I wanted since the beginning of this project.First Cabinet arrived at the end of August, but we had not heard anything about the base cabinet. A lost item was filed at the local store to track it down. Again no one can called the company just look at outdated incorrect notes “in their system.” My husband tracks down the Base from Hampton Bay. They stated that the Base cabinet arrived Sept 9th. Great, it’s Sept 12th we call the store to speak with a manager on duty named Lori, we then find out that she simply refused delivery for no reason. Refused to even have it taken off the truck! She then proceeds to tell my husband as he is upset that we have a stove and microwave to use at the time being. At his point we are furious. Then a fake report is made that same day between another manager named Leah/Lori stating it was damaged. No one from Hampton Bay knew anything about this, as there policy is they need proof via pictures, our contractors weren’t called nor the customer notified that the item even came in.Courtney then does help us get the base reordered, with the Expediter at HomeDepot and talking to a supposedly manager from Hampton Bay. Now the expected delivery date is October 7th. Per Brook at Hampton Bay and “ Scott, a plant manager.” October 7th comes and goes, no one can again track down the cabinet. My husband then proceeds to talk to a supervisor at Hampton Bay. The cabinet has not even been made, nor did anyone know about the conversation or expedition of this cabinet. Best they can do now is end of October to get it here. Now it’s crunch time because we are getting into the holiday season and we have been without a kitchen since July. Am I supposed to keep living in a construction zone thru the holidays. Not have Christmas for my kids?We come up with a solution this week, what ever comes in first between a farms type sink or the base cabinet, we place to move forward with countertops. End result is a farm house sink we never wanted in the first place and two cabinets that don’t even fit because of the poor design. During this entire process the store and central design kept pointing fingers at each other not taking any responsibility for the mistakes and complete breakdown in communication. I would never recommend using Home Depot again in any other projects. A few people have attempted to step and help during this ONGOING process Mike Lewandowaki and Terry Perrigo.
Beautiful showroom of middle to hi end home finishes; appliances/ cabinets/tile/plumbing/etc and also most every employee is a designer or have had or run design or product businesses. Another arrow in the quiver fir design and selections.
Our experience buying a refrigerator at the Design Center was just excellent. Bryana D. carefully walked us through the choices we had, and was very attentive to our expressed needs. She was very good at using the computer tools available to her as well. The Design Center is a great place to see products on display of all kinds for the home, including refrigerators of course. The order execution and followup was uniformly good, including the delivery and setup in our home.
We ended up having to book an appointment a month out to learn anything about how their process worked. But we had to call back in a week because they didnt have their schedule for the next month ready yet. We called exactly when they asked us to call, at the earliest available time, and they told us they were already booked for the day we wanted to come in. There is no way this would have been possible if we could not book an appointment for that day until the time when we called, so we appear to have been given misinformation by the front desk attendant.Once we were finally able to come in for our appointment, the lady we met with explained the process in about 5 minutes and we decided it wasnt right for us. If you want to work with them for design purposes, other than explaining the process, you have to pay a $299 fee. They had indicated previously that we would be meeting with a designer to start planning our project. There is no reason we needed to wait a month for this. They could have explained the general process in a brochure at the front desk. It would have saved both us and the lady we met with time, and helped someone else get an appointment sooner.
This place is awesome. The staff there is so friendly. They really go the extra mile to explain all the steps involved in getting your kitchen and bath remodeled. I visited with my parents over the holiday weekend and it was amazing. I know when it is time to redo my kitchen, I’m going to come here to get my project ideas.
I can not recommend this to anyone. Home Depot can do better. We met with a designer and left very frustrated. It is not possible to go in and order something they carry without going through weeks of hoops. This is not customer oriented, it is company oriented. Our goal was to purchase 4 more base cabinets for a laundry, a brand that was taken out of our local Home Depots and shifted to the Design Center in Rockville, MD. We have our contractor and measurements. We know exactly what we want but were told we could not order without following their system. We sat through the powerpoint presentation and left totally frustrated. We could not find out anything about the cabinets without paying almost $300 upfront for their process, wait for someone to come measure (not needed) and then meet again with the designer, whose services we dont want. She told us the ballpark estimate was $23,000 for just 8 feet of mid-range base cabinets and countertop. Having installed the same upper cabinetry 19 months ago for $1,300, this was way out of line and alarming.Customers want a helpful how can we help you and be of service attitude from a store, not this is our process and you have to endure it or you cant have our products. We will absolutely find these cabinets another way. Home Depot Design Center, you have lost a customer.
This is a review for Lisa M. Oser: She is a rare gem among top-notch kitchen designers and we recommend her highly. She is an experienced fantastic kitchen designer, customer-focused great listener, responder & communicator, and meticulous & thorough in details in design & in technical aspects. Even when she was given an impossible task, working with a failed design attempt made by my previous difficult designer, she is a creative quick trouble-shooter who was able to completely transform it into a successful kitchen design. Most importantly she gets the job done in a time-sensitive manner and made my kitchen design look fabulous and functional. Just started my kitchen remodeling and Ken and I cannot wait to see, cook, & dine in our beautifully finished kitchen. Thank you so much Lisa Oser, you are the best! You definitely deserve a big promotion in my book! Fondly, Ken & Jill
If you are expecting this to be at all like a typical Home Depot experience then you can banish that thought. This place is amazing. The presentation and supplies are much higher-end, both ample and helpful. The staff is world-class! Paulo, Heather, and Kinder went way above and beyond in their efforts to help me build a great kitchen in a tough space and support with building the bathrooms. Paulo and Heather were the main representatives and their expertise blew me away. I hadnt experienced anything like it (nor have I since.) They helped to find obscure products that were needed to solve unique problems (like unusually tight spaces.) No question was too small - they helped find solutions like consummate professionals. If you are reading this, consider yourself incredibly lucky to have found this discovery and run dont walk to the Home Depot Design Center.
We had a pleasant experience working with Bryana Duley. She was very professional and prompt in her communications/follow up with us as we were exploring options for our bathroom remodeling. The selection process seemed seamless with her prompt help in sending out samples and guiding with the design. Nice neat place for remodeling projects!
I had a great experience at the Home Depot Design Center. I came in with a good idea of what I wanted to have done for a kitchen remodel and Ndey, my designer, really helped me to translate my ideas into a beautiful result that maximized the use of all of my space. She was open to ideas and really worked to understand my needs and wants, providing valuable insight and suggestions to guide me through. After the design phase, working with Tim, my installation project manager, was a real pleasure as he really brought his extensive experience to the table. He communicated clearly, served as an advocate for me throughout the process, and made sure that the high standard of quality was maintained every step of the way. I had a great experience with the Home Depot Design Center and will definitely go back for future home renovation / design projects.
We had the unfortunate experience of doing an entire bathroom renovation with home depot design center. We set an appointment to meet with Joyce, who was rude abrupt and disrespectful from our 1st meeting. She did not listen to our ideas of what we wanted and strictly quoted and designed a bathroom based around one is based around 1 of their showroom models. We ask for different tiles, and she said she would find them, and never did. We told her we found our own custom made solid wood vanity for half thr price and she said sorry I have to sell you this vanity as a package. Instead the quote we got was an astronomical price for a generic style. I told her I was pricing it out with a contractor that I know, and She tried saying that I had to buy everything from them or I got nothing. They would not send us the design, but would only show it to us when we went to the showroom. Finally I purchased the products from home depot design center for my contractor to install, being that he was $17,000 cheaper. When the order arrived several products were missing. I went back asking for an an update over and over and waited days before I got a response. I had to buy additional items that they backed out of the original quote - their way of making more money. Horrible people to work with, I would not wish it on my worst enemy. Wish I never stepped foot in there or started the process. (Jenna, is the only decent one to work with)
They were highly responsive to any request we had. Bryana in particular was great to work with on our kitchen upgrade -- very knowledgable and helped find solutions to some of the trickier requests we had for our older home. We will be working with them on other projects.
I registered and logged into the virtual workshop: planning your remodel today, August 21 at 9 am EDT. Waited 20 minutes for the session to start. The host never started the session. I emailed the host and tried calling Home Depots 1-800 number without any luck since the design center was not open. I am very disappointed.Update: The Design Center remedied this issue. They had technical issues with their webinar platform and was unable to start the session. I contacted the Center and expressed my concerns. A supervisor reached out to me and provided a private session.
Went when they were just opening and support staff was exceptional (ladies at front desk and chef). Sales staff didnt approach me. Interior layout really nice and efficient. Endless choice of materials. Wow who would pay so much to remodel a kitchen, saw one kitchen remodel over 100K. However, since this is HD there were several 40K options.
I honor the service one of the ladies offers, but unfortunately the design specialist and the other lady in the entrance are useless, when I arrived today, after having an appointment scheduled well someone moved my appointment 2 hours earlier so I did not had appointment now, thats when a very nice lady in the entrance remembered my appointment gave me a solution with a designer, so she was really professional and dedicated to help, but well all she did has destroyed by the designer, all he responded was a NO, well its a finished new house, but we don´t have cabinets, we dont do grills even we have a lovely one here, well we don´t do wet bars, well he does not have any intention of selling, its really bad to see all those lovely equipments they sell near a designer with the least intent of helping customers.
My visit to the store was such a pleasant experience. It’s so bright and full of everything I want in my house. You can see all of the sample kitchens, you can try the faucets and even the shower heads to see the water flow- that was fun! Lisa O. was so patient with me and so informative. She showed me around and explained different products and helped me start to think about how I can redo my kitchen - Can I say again how I liked that I was able to play with the sinks and equipment? I can’t wait to go back and get to work and have Lisa O. design my dream kitchen. It’s definitely worth visiting this store. I don’t often post reviews online but this place is since a great resource for ideas and to finally get serious about getting the work done for the home.
Becky Duvall has been absolutely the best! She has helped me throughout the entire process of getting my kitchen countertop, faucet, sink and garage disposal selected and ordered including arranging the install. I knew what I wanted and Becky made fulfilling my dream a reality. She has been so responsive to all of my queries whether it be by text, email or phone. I would definitely recommend her for her exceptional service!Thank you so much, Becky!Rebecca Ruelas
Scheduled noon appointment. Waited 20 minutes after checking in. Asked again, oh, they must have helped another customer by mistake. I was the only person there.Person comes down at 12:25. Asks what do u need. So I guess inputting all this stuff online was pointless. She say they do $300 design fee. I wanted an estimate before we design. She pulls out sheet saying bathroom costs $20k to design and install. Are we willing to spend that? No? Get a contractor on your own. Umm... did u just tell me to go to your competition? THATS your sales strategy?WORST SALESMANSHIP EVER.No showing materials, guesstimate pricing, scheduling measurements. Just, cost 20k, too high, ok leave me alone (we did). Expo obviously has different customers in mind. And they dont seem to care if their customer feels pretty icky about the whole affair. All I did was schedule a design appointment. Why is your staff upset with me?
So much fun. Very well done and wide selection.
I would recommend looking elsewhere.I scheduled a virtual appointment where they scheduled me with someone who was not in that day. Then they threw me in with another person, where it was not over webcam as I told it would be. During this meeting, I gave my measurements as I did it while on the phone.I then scheduled an appointment for at the store. Met with a representative named Eric, who initially was great, but never got back to me on the quote for both of the types of material I was looking to use (he also said one of the material might have been on sale and never told me).I called to complain and they set me up with a new representative named Jenna. During our call, I measured again and gave her my email, which she did not get right. I then called to ask about my quote, and she finally sent it to the correct address. I have tried to go into the store to check out a sink I was interested in to confirm it is the one I want. On Wednesday, I said I was free to come in Thursday, which she said she would be in on Friday. I replied on Thursday saying I was free to come in (which is about an hour away) Friday afternoon, and have yet to hear from her.
Tom was the most wonderful guy who helped us during yesterdays purchase.Plenty of space easy to find parking, easy to access this store from I-270, 355 & Shady Grove Rd Rockville.Would love to shop again.Thank you.
Wow! If you’re planning a Reno and you have some ideas but need helpful knowledgeable consultation on finishes, design, accents and products come here. You can pick up samples, take pictures, ask questions and visualize you design ideas so well! Design consultant, Lisa O was awesome!
Bryana and the HDDC was a remarkable and unparalleled resource for my construction/renovation project - she guided me through design, purchasing decisions and followed up regularly until my products were delivered and installed and then followed up to make sure everything was in order. She was incredibly helpful and treated my home project as if this were her own. The HDDC and Bryana are a wonderful resource.
Great experience. Lots of design ideas and experienced designers there to help. Plenty of selection packed into the space with some cutting edge designs in cabinetry. Upscale but not outlandish like many design centers that focus on European brands only. Highly recommend talk to John.
Our fridge stopped working. Time to find a new one. After receiving terrible service at an Appliance store in Rockville to compare prices and options I went toHD design Center. Eric Cruz, Claire and the rest of the team took care of us and what we needed and did it with a smile, courtesy and great customer service.
Our experience with the HD Design Center was amazing. Immediately upon entering we were greeted with friendly front desk staff that pointed us in the right direction. Bryana Duley helped us from start to finish with picking out our countertops, walking us through the payment/install process, and responding to all our (many) questions along the way. I highly recommend the HDDC, and Bryana in particular. We will definitely be returning when we tackle our next home project!
We order the dishwasher here. The showroom is really nice and clean, well-organized. But customers service is not that friendly.
I recently visited this center to consult their services for my bathroom renovation as a recommendation from a friend. I was not disappointed - the associate assigned to me, Brianna, was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable of the product offered. Working in the design industry myself, I felt comfort in learning that the design associates are formally educated (at least the woman I spoke with was) with a wealth of experience to offer their professional opinion. I am excited to return for more insight on my upcoming project.
Booked an appointment and confirmed over phone exactly what we were looking to do. After the hour drive from our house we meet the specialist who did a great job. But we needed a designer and have to book another appointment for that 1.5 months out. There is no transparency around what you get with an appointment (the confirmation even says to bring all things that are needed for a design appointment)
Came in to get ideas for my new kitchen and found an amazing designer and showroom consultant by the name of Bryana Duley ! A gem of a find ! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with all of my questions and concerns. She was able to assist me with the purchase of all my appliances and even followed up with me ...days and weeks after...when there was an appliance delivery issue. She even shared with me her work schedule so that we could coordinate additional visits to the showroom to explain and demonstrate all available options make my new kitchen a dream come true!. She also introduced me to the amazing virtual workshops being taught by professional designers and Chefs both from Rockville Design Center and also the San Diego Design Center. I highly recommend Ms. Bryana Duley and only wish that I could give her a higher star rating !
Had a virtual appointment with Lisa, the designer, and she did her best to sway me from Home Depot Design Center...made it clear that she did not want my business. Told me that their warranty was at least $17,000 upfront. Went into talking her personal business, while telling me how to spend my money. She is a single parent and she did her bathroom on the cheap (did not use the design center). Thought it was unprofessional and tasteless. I did not have a meeting to hear that information..she refused to give me the information I needed to make an informed decision about selecting a contractor, so I guess that explains a lot. Very disappointed in this treatment. Hope the Design Center would look into their customer service and acquiring people who care about treating customers as human beings.
Don’t bother to make an appointment, this place is a disaster. We schedule an appointment for Saturday at 11am. The Monday prior a gentleman called to confirm. He told me “You need to meet with someone other than me, I’ll set it up.” Wednesday a woman calls to confirm, when I tell her yes we will be there she’s seemed surprised. Not sure why, we madean appointment. Thursday, another woman calls to confirm...again I say yes we will be there. Friday...SAME THING. Saturday we get there, no one is able to take our appointment, they didn’t schedule anyone to meet with us...after 4 confirmation calls. Mind you this is an hour from our house. The manager comes out to talk to us, walk us around, but can’t actually help us with anything, we need to meet with a “designer”. He books an appointment for us to come out again the next weekend. This time no one confirmed. We didn’t go the appointment. Good thing, he never made the appointment. So we just finished spending a small fortune at Lowe’s. Good job Home Depot.
I recently used the Home Depot Design Center in Rockville MD for some small projects around my home. Their designer Bryana Duley was extremely helpful in assisting with picking out materials and helping me figure out exactly what I wanted. She was very informative when answering questions. Absolutely would recommend!
Nancy Afifi was superb at helping collect all the needed items for my semi spa bathroom redesign. She payed special attention to what I wanted and had a keen eye for details. Exceptional customer service from consultation to purchase! Darin and Nancy were meticulous to ensure there were no errors in my order and also helped to locate a couple of contractors for my project.
Take your business elsewhere. My boyfriend and I had a highly disappointing process with Home Depot Design Center. We had an initial appointment at the end of Dec and the project has yet to start. We have tried to be understanding and patient with the knowledge that there has been an increase in demand for home improvement projects. We do not expect immediate responses with the understanding that employees can be quite busy. But after a few months with a pattern of poor communication and needing to write multiple follow up emails just for a response with no real updates is very frustrating. There was one appointment where my boyfriend was told to arrive early to meet with a sales specialist to pick out materials but was told she wasnt there. When it was finally time to meet with the designer, the designer realized the sales specialist was there the entire time. This resulted in a rescheduled appointment, further dragging out the process. We were told that things take about a week or 2 but months later, we have no design in front of us let alone being anywhere near starting the actual project. What a waste of our time.----------------------------Update 4/27/21: In response to TeamHDDC, my boyfriend and I talked with Anna Winn who attempted to work with us but still fell short. Our long awaited design of the bathroom that was produced was missing multiple products we had chosen, resulting in an inaccurate quote and further dissatisfaction. We requested a refund.
I worked with Bryanna at the HDDC in Rockville. She was extremely helpful from advice to follow up to order placement and would definitely recommend working with her!
I went into the Home Design Center a few weeks ago to see layouts and models of kitchens and bathrooms for a new home we are purchasing. I was so excited to see all of the neat tiles, faucets, and design ideas that I didn’t even know were options. I was helped by a gentleman named Eric Cruz who was so friendly, informative, and helpful. I feel so excited to get started and will definitely be coming back to purchase items And work with Eric, once we close on our home.
They need to take it off the GPS it garbage location
Met with Mark Polla to discuss flooring ideas and options and he was INCREDIBLY patient and helpful. He is an Awesome asset to your company.
The worst! Dont walk, run the other way!!!! I had a terrible experience with the Home Depot Design Center. The first person I worked with asked for the measurements to my bathroom 4 times which caused delays at the start to my project. The next person was inexperienced. The shower tiles kept arriving cracked and the final straw was when they failed to order the bullnose for the shower. Sigh... I finally ordered it myself and the job is finished. To make matters worse, I called the Home Depot Customer Care Center a few weeks ago and am still waiting for a call back. Do yourself a favor. Pay a little more and work with a bathroom remodeling company. This will save yourself the aggravation I experienced!
If you are contemplating a kitchen or bath makeover, hurry over to the Home Depot Design Center and ask for Mark Polla. The show room is huge and offers a far greater variety of items than any other place Ive been. It truly offers one-stop shopping. Ask for Mark Polla, he is the salesperson of your dreams. We had very complicated requirements and he graciously and tenaciously worked with us for an extended period of time to get everything right. We couldnt recommend the store or Mr. Polla more highly!!!
I do not have the time to write everything that was done to make my experience here really bad. They made the our kitchen renovation project stressful. They need better communication with the supplier.
New design center. Lots of options and displays for kitchens and bath. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Love the vibe of this place.
Wow!! Love the set up and detailed price list.
Nancy AFI was very friendly and professional. She showed me many good design of cabinet to help me design a wet bar. She provided catalog, price estimate. She helped select material of cabinet that fit my budget.
I highly recommend home depo design center in Rockville. They treated me like their family and built me the kitchen of my dream. I couldn’t be happier. The designer team ( specifically Rebecca Safdie) listened to my requests and helped me to make the right decisions. The contractor was EPIC, they were great, and professional. Everything was perfect.Thank you everyone. Thank you dear Rebecca. You guys rock:)Ellie bayat
Showroom design consultants were available, knowledgeable, and super helpful.
Nancy Afifi was very helpful and asked very specific questions that helped me get to items and quotes I need to possibly proceed. She was very friendly, helpful and displayed a great sense of joy and pride in her work.
Darien, our salesman, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our search for a new kitchen refrigerator. He made our shopping experience pleasant and easy. A five star experience and effort.
Mark V. Polla | Sales Specialist at T h e H o m e D e p o t D e s i g n C e n t e r in Rockville, Maryland went way out of his way to help us specially a picky wife to select tiles for our bath remodeling.Mark, spent countless hours with tile representatives and us trough email and phone calls to get a correct tile size and styles along correct color for us. He responded to our many changes and requests and helps us to make sure about amount of tiles and number of boxes we needed.Mark, at the end helped us to order number of tiles, and colors that we need. Without his help we would have been lost in selecting and purchasing many tiles choices available at Home Depot Stores. Thanks, Mark for your time and hard work. Ted Pejman
A great place for ideas. Spacious & filled with many things you want to see in person. Friendly, supportive staff.
Very responsive sales rep (Eric Cruz). All our questions were answered. The design center had all the appliances we were looking for. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming
Had no idea what is going on. Not helpful. Lovely toilets though. Lost customer because was passed from one person to another #gs5secondreview #theGspot
Very disappointing! It in fact does not help at all with designing. Its in their name but when we scheduled an appointment with one of their designers she informed us that is not what they do. She recommended we look on Pinterest for ideas, have our contractor measure our space and she would provide the service of converting measurements into an order sheet...she does multiplication? I was fuming on the waste of time and hope they quickly fix this concept to what it is advertised as...complimentary design and project advice.
Lots of kitchen and bath design and idea. I like it.
Went there to order dishwasher. Friendly staff.
Looks beautiful! Seems like its not 100% ready for clients but you can see that it will be great in a few weeks!
Recently I worked with Eric at the HD Design Center at the Montrose Crossing Plaza. Eric was extremely helpful, took the time to listen to what I was trying to accomplish, followed up on questions in a timely manner, and he made me feel like he really cared about my project. Eric helped me select flooring for several rooms of our home, and gave several good options on bathroom remodeling tips. I will be asking for Eric again! Thansk for all your help Eric!
So many variety organic items here
Very nice showroom. I missed home expo when they shut down. I am glad Home Depot decided to bring portion of them back.
Disappointed. My local HD told me about the new design center and the free design services. Unfortunately, the initial meeting is free, but there’s a $99 fee for the design mockup. I wish they would have told me when I scheduled the meeting or in any of the back and forth emails. I wouldn’t have driven 2 hours round trip if I had known.
I went to the Home Depot design center to get some ideas for a kitchen project. I was introduced to Eric Cruz who showed me around answered all my questions he was a big help. When I am ready to take on my kitchen project I will use the design center.
Very easy to make an appointment and our consultant was very helpful
I went there looking for Home Depot gift cards, and they dont sell them here.
Great Resource.
They sail a bunch of stuff
Excellent
If you got money, this is it!!!
Nice store
Awesome!
No one even answers the phone.
Fabulous showroom lots of options
Very big space
Was not there.
Absolutely the best showrooms on the East Coast. The professionalism of the associates is admirable. The attention to detail, the time they take to make sure our Kitchen, bathrooms and floors exceed our expectations. Miss Jenna and Kayla gave us a tour and the Introduction to our kitchen designer. Store manager Roger circle back making sure we have the best possible assistance. Ill recommend this store to any of my friends and family.
Si very Nice ..
Excellent
