So I had a piece of equipment from Sunbelt and we had a hydraulic line blow last week and pretty sure the guys name that came out was Matt. He came out within 30min of it happening and had it repaired and back up and running with in 45. I was very impressed. If I have any hydraulic lines blow ill be calling in the future.

Matt visited our job site last week for a service call and repaired our equipment with expertise and quick precision. He was super professional and we will definitely reach out to request his assistance in the future.

Beautiful crafted clutch line. Was working on a transmission rebuild when I broke my clutch line. I ordered one from a Ktuned re seller over two weeks ago. Called them last night and they still didnt send it out. So I went to Pirtek and the service technician Milton was super helpful. This was the second hose place I went to after the first place didnt know what it was that I needed. I will definately come back to this specific store. I might even open up an account with them as I was informed that they also do AC lines as well. Thanks so much Rockville team, and especially Milton. Grateful for life.

Im not sure who they are or what happened in their situation but I have never had a better experience at a hydraulic hose shop. They had exactly what I needed and charged me a super fair price for what I got. I would highly recommend using them for your DMV hydraulic hose needs. Called this company for my salon and they showed up quickly. The tech was very polite and fixed my chair with no problem. The bill was fair especially sice they came so quickly as I had clients waiting. I would definately recommend this company!

I called Pirtek to come to Frederick to work on my Skid Steer. The tech was onsite in less than an hour and replaced my hose in 45 minutes. I can’t believe I was back up and running in under two hours. Great service! I highly recommend Pirtek instead of running around trying to find a hose shop.

I have been in this place few times now, they have a good product + customers attention its very good. I go every time I need hydraulic hose or any hose they make it for you, all was the right one.

After driving around looking for an AC fitting today I was referred here by a local shop. They had what I was looking for. Also the shop was super clean and organized. The staff was friendly and genuinely wanted to help.I was turned away at a competitors location earlier in the day as they didn’t even want to get out of their chair to look for the fitting I needed. If you want quality service come here first. I live an hour away from this shop and will gladly skip the others to come back when I need something else.

Really wish there was a 0 star rating. This company was contacted to do work at a Walmart location. They completed work without a pre-authorization. They never called to check in at the location as is a requirement and I had to call them to find out what was going on. When David finally returned my call he said, Yes tech was on site this morning and repaired the lift, it was a loose bush lock, tech lubricated and fixed. I asked him what the costs involved were as PIRTEK had no approval and did not request an increase. David could not tell me an amount and his excuse was we are switching programs and I no internet access until Monday. Then the company submits a bill for $580 and stated they were on site for 3 hours. Walmart has cameras and the footage was pulled. As a courtesy we offered to pay this vendor $350 which is even way more then they are entitled to for the minutes they were on site. Quite possibly the worst company I have worked with in 28 years. They didnt even know the name of the dispatcher who contacted them. Ryan H. (Operations Manager) claimed he had a verbal agreement with Sam when she called the work order in to them. Our office records all calls for quality control and after I informed him that Sam never contacted them, that it was Martie he changed his story and stated that Martie gave him a verbal approval. They cant get their story straight. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!
