I was in a panic trying to find siding to match existing siding (for repairs because son is selling house and they requested siding repair prior to closing in 2 weeks). I went to 5 stores and no one had it or could suggest where to find it. I went to Rollin’ Supply and the manager knew the exact style/color and gave me a sample to take home (citing it would take 4-6 weeks for it to come in). I called Rollin’ supply and asked if I could rush the order. After a brief hold, the manager checked with several other suppliers to no avail. He dug deep into their stock and turns out they had 10pcs in stock… I only needed 6. They are holding them for me until tomorrow. Overjoyed that they went the extra way!!!

Ive been a Rollin Supply client for over 10 years. There are many supply houses in the metro area to choose from, and Ive worked with several over the years, but Rollin is by far the most responsive and customer friendly of the bunch. The staff is diligent and they work hard to meet my needs. I always feel welcome when I walk in. And their pricing is competitive and fair. I highly recommend them and I frequently refer them.

Couple weeks ago while at work my ring doorbell notification went off and when I looked a can see a large truck parked in front of my house and a gentleman leaving something very long on my front lawn. I did not nor was not expecting any deliveries. After looking at the name on the truck I googled Rollin Supply and found there number to call. When I called to speak to someone I was transferred to the manager Eddy. I went to explain that someone from there company dropped off something very long on my front lawn and cant tell what it was but said it might be a long ply wood or something like that. Eddy the manager said No sir we would not leave any ply wood or trash on anyone lawn I said it might not be ply wood but it is something very long. We went back and forth and he hung up the phone on me. Next day a contractor showed up to my house saying Rollin Supply delivered a gutter to the wrong address and he was there to pick it up. Why would the company give and send a contractor to my address as they delivered it to the wrong address. I thought the company came and picked it up as it was not on my front lawn when I woke up that day. Then the next day someone form the company showed up at my house asking about the gutter they delivered at the wrong house by mistake. I told him someone cam and picked up already but not sure who. I tried to help them out to begin with but the manager Eddy hung up the phone on me. I asked for there supervisor name and number and they said I can call back at the same number on Monday and ask for Jeff. I called on Monday and they said he was not in the office and same on Tuesday.

Great service and friendly experienced sales people. If youre a contractor give them a try you will not be disappointed! When something goes sideways, with an order or a delivery, they bust their butts to make it right...thats not always the case with other contractor vendor reps out there.

We had an outstanding experience with Rollin Supply who replaced all of our Anderson wooden windows with new double hung vinyl. I did my due diligence and got 3 quotes. Rollins quote was 25% less than the both of the other and we selected a higher quality window! No pressure, just a great education about window replacements.I was quoted an installation time of before October 14th. The job was complete by 1st.I have to complement the installers. Arrive just after 9 and were done before 3. Left without leaving a trace. The caulking was the best i have seen! It actually looks like its part of the window! Highly recommend Rollin Supply.

These guys are really bad with regards to customer service and communication.Said they would call and didnt. They loaded the truck three days early and had to take it all off. Today they delivered materials and never let me know pieces were missing. If I didnt keep calling these guys nothing would have been correct. Lets see if I get my missing downspouts.

I would give them 0 or -5 if possible. I called and emailed them about 2 months ago to place an order from Provia (thanks Provia, you rule!) and nobody has called me back. Even Provia directly (June 15) contacted them and more than month later, Im still waiting to be contacted by Rollin Supply but this issue.

Convenient location when you need supplies in Gaithersburg. The gutters are a little wobbly wooski. I think their machine might need some adjustments but other than that good place and helpful in ordering special orders

My sales representative is Matt Yeager. Matt has always gone above and beyond in the level of service he provides. This includes making material deliveries in his own vehicle. I am not one of Matts larger accounts, but he still looks out for my companies needs.

I received excellent customer service from the staff. They have a great business relationship with my contractor.

Great response time but poor construction quality on the cabinets they rep. They have no problem replacing them but do not put value on the inconvenience to the customer. Suggest you inspect them closely before accepting delivery.

Customer service was poor. Place is small but you can get varieties at a reasonable price.

My experience with this place is that they have a personal in the store where they work very angrily. Not knowing how to work with the public, today I went shopping November 7 around 11:00 in the morning and the attention is horrible! I wish that you can train you workers to be nicer to their customers! All of you personals should be fired and replaced with better ones! I hope you take my recommendation seriously because these workers been in this store a long time. Thank you for your time.

I wanted to replace my entry and storm doors with more efficient doors. After doing my research, I chose Provia storm doors and Masonite for the entry doors. The Masonite doors were installed and are great. When the ProVia doors came from Rollins Supply, one had slight damage which was noted. They said to install it and there rep would access it afterwords which made no sense. Also, I was told I ordered the doors an inch or so to tall, so I called Rollins to see if they can be cut. They said no. I also contacted ProVia to see if they could cut them down if needed. They also said no. Because of this situation, I called a few local door companies to see if they could cut the doors. They said they would have to see them and see how they were put together. I asked ProVia more to find out how they are made and put together. I asked about the insulation in the door to see if that was an issue, but they informed me there is no insulation in the door. One reason I originally went with ProVia storm doors, is they said they were energy efficient, added comfort to your home and had an option of Low-E glass. When inquiring more about the Low-E glass, I learned before I ordered them that there Low-E was not a double pane insulated glass like a window, but only a single pane. All this did was filter out ultra violet rays and had no insulation benefit, so I did not order the Low-E option. (Saving about $100.00 per door) When the contractor was installing the entry doors, he told me the storm doors were in fact OK and would work the way they were because even though I ordered a certain size, Rollins had them made shorter than I asked for. With the cost of energy now days, people look for Energy Efficient products. After going through this and investigating ProVia Storm doors, I found them less efficient then my old storm doors which did have insulation and Low-E double pane glass. After speaking with ProVia, they said there storm doors are not Energy Star rated but are energy efficient because they act as a barrier, and keeps the rain and wind out. If this is what ProVia considers Energy Efficiency, you may as well buy the cheapest storm door you can find at Home Depot rather than paying for a High price ProVia storm door that has the same technology as storm doors made fifty years ago. Even though Rollins made the doors shorter then I asked for, they wont let me return them, nor have they replaced the damaged door. As for the misleading statements about the ProVia doors being Energy Efficient, they also wont do anything and Rollins & ProVia are just passing the buck back and forth. These doors have never been taken out of the box and I see no reason to install them on my house.Based on what I have received in customer service from ProVia and Rollins Supply, (which is nothing) and all the misleading statements on ProVias web site about there storm doors being energy efficient, I would not purchase any product from either company.

They have the materials no one else does

Never do business with Rollin Supply! This ridiculous excuse for a company was hired by our property manager to replace windows in several buildings. After finally showing up hours late, they left the windows in the entryways until the next day, impeding access to the stairs and several of the units. The windows were badly installed and of poor manufacture.

Rolling Supply has quality products, the bad thing is that there is a man named Julio Cortez who is very haughty when it comes to requesting his help, many people ask to speak with him because they feel better speaking Spanish but unfortunately he has no manners to perform that work, I will raise this claim to the management as soon as possible .....
