I had absolutely no problems at all working with Mower Medic. They picked up my snow blower, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and dropped it back off within 3 days! Price was very reasonable and Dale/Marco communicated with me via email throughout the process. I would definitely use their service again in the future if my snow blower ever goes kaput again.
Tried to bring my yard force push mower in for service. Charged me $97 to take a look at it not even fix it; didnt want to rescrew the bolts back on and then they have the bloody nerve to try to charge me another $230 to fix the mower. Place is a rip off stay away from this place.
I drop off my power washer several weeks ago. It took three weeks and cost a fair price of $ 269.00. I then went to use my power washer and it was not working. I called and they said bring it by and we will fix it. I took it on a Saturday and he spent about 10 min on it and said the guy that worked on it would be in Monday and he would fix it. Monday came and went so I called Tuesday and they said that the guy that I dropped it off to was working on it and would call me when he was done. I didnt receive a call so I called back on Wednesday and left a message. Called back next day and said it would be ready Thursday. Bill the mechanic is really nice and is experienced at repairing equipment. Bottom line is they will get it done, just dont be in a hurry.
Yes this place is horrible, the mechanics are not responsible i had to bring in a machine, it was manufacture repairs, well i told them and they ignored me, and charged me and seems that they did not wanted to deal with the honda company they said it is not covered, even some one from manufacture was mad because they were willing to pay for the repair, then before i had told them i had another power washer and asked them if i could bring it in and they said yes and i would pay for and said yes no problem, but after they had deal with honda they were not happy, and the guy(skinny) said men i dont want your business meaning do not bring any more machines, by the way they did give me back the money i had paid them once honda paid them but it took about four weeks i got to say honda was more then happy to pay for the repair had sent many emails about it from hondamechanics are not very friendly at all or easy to work with
Helpful people, told me how to clean up a gummed up carb. Repair kit price is high though and they are backed up over a week to do the work themselves.
I dropped off my mower for repairs and when I picked it up, the repair price was $150. However, when I got back home, the drive mechanism did not work. When I took it back, they said that they would charge me the diagnosis fee of $75 because it was not related to my other repair. I was skeptical of their assessment because the drive unit was working fine before and only malfunctioned as a result of the repair. I worked on it myself and found that Mower medic had reinstalled the parts incorrectly resulting in the malfunction. I found it rather incredulous that the repair shop could do this. I repaired the mower myself and I will not take it back to these guys again. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
