I don’t understand why it’s so badly rated... but I do recount the previous owners weren’t as kind. Maybe that’s the reason why? Anyways... the new owner, Patel, is super chill, welcoming, and friendly. It has been renovated to completely modern than before. Rollins Beer & Wine deserve better than this because it’s 5+ stars from me! Go out and check this place out! Large variety of beers and wines. The prices are suprisingly low, too.

I only ever go to this place because it is convenient. My roommate and I nicknamed it the warm beer store long ago. I have never purchased a beer that was cold enough to enjoy after leaving the store. Only stop in if you love warm beer.

I love this place now that it is under new management. They did helluva job upgrading the store, added lottery machine,walk in cooler, more variety of beer ( including local brewery) Last but not the least, the mix and match --make your own 6 pack, 12 pack etc .keep up the good work.

RUDE, HOSTILE and ABUSIVE owner! I asked for a bag and was accosted by the impolite owner. He said, dont you know bags are 5 cents plus tax? YOU should know better!. Then he refused to give me a bag even though I said I would pay for it, because I didnt know betterI dont know because I was only visiting the area on business.Youll see the other reviews report similar experiences.It seems that the area is developing and a place like this, where they treat their paying customers abusively will be closing soon.Do yourself a favor and find another place to shop.

The new owners have done a nice job. I havent had personal problems with the folks who ran it before, but the store itself has seen a marked improvement.

These people are so rude and nasty! The lady working there IDd me, I paid and she forgot to give me back my ID. When I called to ask if they had it some disgusting man began yelling at me denied he had it and hung up. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS DUMP!

Selection isnt that great, and the beer is rarely cold. You get the pleasure of having the owners stare at you the entire time youre in the store, as if youre a shoplifter. Go elsewhere.
