I would leave zero stars if possible! The service department at this dealership is full of crooks and liars! We took our brand new 2021 mule In for power steering and a very SMALL grinding noise in deceleration. They had it for 5 weeks and we heard nothing. We called them to ask status and their response was they should know something within a couple of weeks. Called one week later and got same response. When they finally called us, they said PS was covered under warranty but the grinding noise was from frame damage. I was irate! We have never driven this mule anywhere other than our yard or neighborhood street. My husband went to pick it up to find them going in with a forklift to move it in the parking lot. He stopped them and asked why it was being moved with a forklift. No good answer, they handed him the keys and he loaded himself onto our trailer by driving it. Once home, we unloaded it and drove to our shop to hear the now SEVERE grinding noise in a total different location than original noise. We look under the mule to find dents the same width as forks and scratches run east to west. I called the service manager immediately to express my anger and express that our mule was NOT in this shape when we took to them. Oh also has scratches on grill, peeled stickers on tailgate and crack on floor trim (again from a fork). That service manager basically called me a liar and that this sound was why I brought it to them. As I tried to explain that they were two totally different sounds, he said he was done with conversation and hung up on me! I emailed asking for owner of dealership’s email or contact and still have got nothing. I have reached out to Kawasaki and a very kind woman has kept in contact with me trying to get answers. She has spoken with the dealership a couple of times and now their latest story is that we caused it from loading/unloading mule from trailer with no ramps. THIS HAS NEVER BEEN DONE EITHER. We are not F N idiots! They continue to lie and not reach out to me to try and right their wrongs. Horrible service. We paid cash for it, brand new and can’t drive it because now the drive shaft knuckle as it rotates at the front, hits the floor. Horrible, horrible, horrible people and service!JM
Very nice selection of new and used motorcycles. Mason helped me find the right back. Overall very nice people to work with
This happened at Rockwall Power Sport. I took my 2021 waverunners to them with covers on to protect them from the Sun and other unseen problems. They made my buddy that dropped them off take off covers immediately when arriving and now Ive got some scratched up skis. My waverunners had a recall on kill switch. They would not oder the part till they had my waverunners. Took them in May 26 and due to parts backorder wasnt able to pick up until July 14th. On July 17 th....3 days later... they would not start. Took them back to dealership Only to hear you are Not getting them back today!!!! Come to find out it was only batteries but they refuse to Help!!!Like some us said. Just Walk Away
Came in today to get a helmet fitted to me and see which ones would be the best for me. Caitlin was very helpful with showing me the different kinds of street helmets and how they are going to feel at first compared to how worn in helmets feel/hold up. Everything is thought out nicely how the set up is in and around the building. It made my experience here quick and to the point .
The guys here are amazing. Ill start with Tad, hes extremely knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Very easy going and stays moving and helping people. Next we have Jeff the parts specialist, he was even nicer if thats possible and again very very knowledgeable and helpful. Last and definitely not least was Bryan my finance guy. He made the last part super easy and pleasant. They all go out of their way to be of service and I could not be happier with the entire experience. Thank you guys so much and I look forward to getting to know you better over the years!
I got very positive experience with Rockawall Powersports dealership. That was my first time ever I bought a motorcycle from the dealership, and staff was suuuuper-friendly and helpful. I can compare with other dealerships I visited before coming there and the difference was very obvious in favor of this dealership.I want to note the salesperson Eric - he was welcoming, friendly, and patient with my noob questions, so I felt like a valued guest there. He game me very detailed information on the bike I was going to purchase and made me convinced that this is the one I want. The sales manageer by name John was exceptionally nice person and gave me a very good deal.I got my new shiny Kawasaki in just around 1.5 hours from entering the dealership doors to riding back home on my new bike.It worth to note that this was the only place in the 50 miles vicinity that had a motorcycle I was looking for.
Parts department had some stuff I was looking for so theyre good, no issues there. Sales could use some work though, I asked to see a used bike I saw on their website I was interested in and was just told Uh, maybe its out in front. Didnt see it anywhere in the front and no one accompanied me to help check which basically told me they dont want my business. Not that theyd get it anyway since Id come to find out that they dont do test rides in the first place. Dont know if they had one too many idiots drop their bikes in the past or what but Im not gonna buy a used bike without riding it first.
I tried other dealerships trying to buy my first bike. Nestor from rockwall power sports was the only person who made me feel at home. Great customer service, walked me through everything I needed to ride home with the bike I wanted ! Very happy with the whole buying process overall as most dealerships will leave you with a headache.
Amazing people, most inventory I’ve seen at any Powesports/ Motorcycle shop in a long time. Parts department is awesome, very knowledgeable with lots of cool stuff in stock!
Want to buy a bike. Used outside, no tag price. Walk inside, total silence. Sales person approached how can I help. Me: Want to see the bikes, can I walk around... are the prices on? - No, they arent. I dont know why! So, I walked around for few minutes, looking the bikes and wondering how much they cost and guessing why the store is empty.
I love this place! From working with Brian Ralph to purchase PWCs, to ordering accessories from Ronnie Trent, to all the guys in the service department, especially Jacob Allessio who has answered my numerous questions. These guys are great! I continue to use them for regular maintenance and will be purchasing from them again in the future!
No way the positive reviews on here are legit, where is zero stars when you need it. Run Away from this place and thank me for it later. I’ve never in my life seen a business run the way this one is. Plenty of reputable dealers out there happy to earn your business vs trying to figure out how they can scam you. Run!
All the staff in the service department took great care of my motorcycle, very friendly and helpful the service was good and fast i will definitely return
Great place, friendly staff (especially those service guys)
Is looking to get a 50 for my sons birthday calling around places to get Out the door cash price The sales manager Gave my wife a number and she said OK thank you And then proceeded to hang up John I believe his name was He called her back and asked if she hung up on him and proceeded to tell her not to Ever call up there and hang up. Eat a fat one.
Went in to inquire about a used motorcycle, everytime I asked for a better price, they raised the price above the internet price. Then Nathan insulted me and acted like it was because I didnt have the money. Dont waste your time with these clowns.
Went to check a motorcycle and buy some gear. Really helpful and very very friendly people. Felt like at home, will be back during winter to finally get the motorcycle. Cheers
My Dad (RIP Pop) has done business with Rockwall Powersports since its inception. He had done previous business with Eric F./Sales Professional/Consultant for Rockwall Powersports when Eric was at his previous location of employment. Dad purchased many many motorcycles from Eric over a number of years.Eric made the decision to go and sell/consult for Rockwall Powersports a few years ago. My Dad followed Eric and continued to do business with him at Rockwall Powersports. So naturally, my brother and I did business with Eric because my Dad thought so highly of him. I thoroughly enjoy working with Eric because he understands how important the client is. Eric ensures that the client is completely satisfied & informed with the sales process and ultimately with the purchase. Most sales people will consider everything finished and done when you sign the contract and ride off on your new motorcycle. Then its on to the next one, but not Eric. Eric maintains contact and when you have questions or concerns about your purchase or your motorcycle he is always there too take your call or return it promptly if hes with another client.Eric has a natural ability to decipher what will satisfy each individual client. This is a very tough thing to accomplish as everyone has different expectations. So I can guarantee you that the experience that you have with Eric will be one that will leave you with great memories of the experience.I really want to emphasize the following points to help you make your decision to go see Eric and do business with a true professional. Eric is not a high pressure sales person, so when you go work with Eric you will be in great hands. Eric knows his products. He will invest the time needed to explain everything to you and include all of the important details that you need to know. He is truly the consummate Sales Professional. In closing I want to thank you for reading my review. I could have written much more however time is valuable and I feel that Ive given you enough of a reason to give Eric your business. I can guarantee you that he will give you his full attention and he will make sure that you are happy with your purchase. So when you go shop at Rockwall Powersports in Rockwall make sure that you ask for Mr Eric F. And for your information Ive always called him Eric F. because I know too many Erics LOL. Again thank you and have a fantastic day.
Man!!! The customer service was extraordinary! My sales rep T-Rex was so professional and polite! I recommend Rockwell power sports above all else and most definitely T-Rex... hes the best in my opinion!
Awesome customer service!!! I took my bike in for service (GSXR 1000) and they provided one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had in my life!! I will be back for more maintenance and in the future to shop for a new bike!
There really is a respectful and the product I was looking for it I had in stock and a good price too nice clean place and well-respected for their customers
Very helpful and nice. Purchased a new helmet, good price
The best experience I could have asked for! Big Paul went above and beyond my expectations!! Highly recommend going here for any of your outdoor needs!!
Paul in sales was great to deal with. My son bought his first 4 wheeler from Paul. Great experience all the way
Good work at a fair price. What more could you ask for
Great palace, friendly service.
Ok so here go i called and Set up to go look at a Viking Yamaha VI ranch that they said they had. I live 2 hours away. I was told if the unit was Sold I would get a call. I never got a call went up and they did not have the unit. Then when i spoke with the sales manger i was told it was not his problem and he did not care. That is when i said i well take my Business elsewhere. And he said it did not hurt his Feelings. That has to The worst salesmanship ever seen for experienced.
Its such a beautiful store didnt buy my bike there but I tuna make it My home store now
Called for a part for my 1997 honda Shadow. Gentalmen on the phone was very helpful put hands on the part and held it till I got there. When I got there 3 hours later Gentalmen had it waiting for me really nice and professional. Will drive the hour plus if need anything else for my bike. Thanks guys
I went in to drop off my bike for a insurance claim repair estimate last month on Saturday 4/17/21. They warned me that it may be a week before they got my bike in to get looked at. I have a GPS on my bike that alerts my phone every time motion is near. My battery was dead when I dropped it off and I started getting alerts Tuesday 4/20/21 so I knew the battery was charged. I called my insurance carrier Wednesday to see if the estimate was in which it was. Long story shorter they ended up totaling my bike. I had no more then 5k worth of repairs on a 2020 with less then 230 miles. Their estimate was around 7400. So Friday I call again to see what’s next and insurance informs me I can remove MY STUFF once I got to town Tuesday or Wednesday 4/27-4/28. The adjuster called the shop on three way and told the guy I would be by one of those two days to retrieve stuff from MY totaled bike. The guy was cool they agreed to the estimate price which was 200+ might I add from 4/17-4/29 the Thursday the insurance agreed to have the bike picked up. I get there Wednesday 4/28 they had a guy walk out with me. I needed to get under the back seat the front seat and take my plate off. Took the plate off got under the back seat with the key and needed a Alan Key to get underneath the front seat which the guy got for me. Once under I was trying to locate the GPS I had installed when I purchased the bike out of state. A five minute job turned into 15 due to me trying to locate the gps. I asked a mechanic if he new where the fuse box was and he didn’t. So I made a few phone calls trying to get assistance and finally got it from the maker of the gps and by that time one of the other guys came out talking about some insurance bs that they will not cover if the bike fail on me. And something about being told from management so I told him go get the management. I stopped what I was doing to wait on the guy but after 5 min I said I will just remove this and get out of here. Manager finally comes out talking to another guy as I’m putting the bolts back into the front seat gets 50 feet from me then goes another direction and continues his talk. Like how weird can you guys get???? All this extra bull because it took me awhile to locate a 899 dollar gps. No way I’m leaving that on the bike. These guys need better people skills. Chill on the scare tactics like a crime is being committed and work on taking care of the customer. Was pleased with the faster then inspected estimate. 5 stars to that! But the weird behavior when I came to retrieve a license plate a bag underneath the back seat and gps underneath the front seat drops the overall review down. Add the high estimate on no more then 3k worth of work 5k at max at a high shop that they came up with 7400 and I bring them down to 2 out of 5 stars. I can’t say they are not capable of better based off previous reviews but my first time there getting that weirdo treatment while picking my things up is unacceptable.
Went in to get inspection & was turned away for not having a paper copy of insurance so I decided to shop for gloves when an employe came to inspect the gloves I brought in fromhome was treated like a thief.I will ride past them and 46 miles round trip to maxima yamaha.I would suggest you do the same unless your ok with searches. WHEN LEAVING
First time visited Rockwall Powersports today and dealing with Brian (Sales Manager). What a great person! Nice, friendly and easy to deal with. Thank you very much Brian.
Over priced. Got same bike somewhere else for 400 less. Didnt act like they really wanted to sell to me.
Excellent customer service and such a friendly staff!! Greeted at the door with a smile every single time. The guys at parts are very knowledgeable and very helpful with everything I need for my bike. Been dealing with Jeff for a year now and wont go anywhere else!! 10/10 thanks guys!!
Worst customer service ever. The sales rep we had is extremely unprofessional. They said over the phone one price and when we got there in person they pretended that this did not happen. Won’t be back ever..
Nothing but conman at this place. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else for sales. But come here for service. Their service techs are the best !!!
Stopped by today after talking to Jacob in Service. Ive had the most frustrating time getting a straight answer. Jacobs answer, bring it in and we will figure it out! When I arrived today Jacob had Jimmy helping me quickly. Jimmy went above and beyond to not only explain what was wrong, but tried to rectify it for me. I left with overall bad news for me, but at least now I have answers and know what to get. Jacob got me a printout of everything I need to get on order from them. Jeff in parts was very knowledgeable and helpful. Now to just convince the wife its cheaper long term to just get a new 4 wheeler!!! :)
I had a problem with my Yamaha Viking IV and live over an hour away, took it their service department and Bostic was able to take of my needs. After looking over it he had his crew come and and fix it on the trailer while I waited. He had me back on the road in less than a hour. Great job guys I appreciate your personal tailored service.
Very bad experience, awful customer service. Try to purchase a bike and end up in calling police because they took my personal documents. You don’t wanna do bussines with this dealership. This guys need new sales menager.
Over all it was a OKAY experience, but they do sell brand new bikes that have scratchs, loose hardware. The salesmen Paul Salazar was TERRIBLE very disrespectful we were looking over a bike and I was pointing out the scratches in it(brand new 21) and said that’s just how it comes. The the guy said “ maybe this bike isn’t the right one for you since your having to look it over” idk anybody that’ll just walk in buy something without looking at it. If you go AVOID BIG PAUL AT ALL COST.
Parts manager lied to my face about tires they had in stock. Ended up costing me an extra $100. Sales were really nice and not pushy. Good price on tire change, just bring your own tire I think they have somewhere around a 50% mark up. Service was timely and good. With that being said if you want a quick tire change for a good price and you don’t want to drive to Dallas then this is a good spot. However with the display of their character from the parts department I will be buying the ninja 400 that I was looking at from elsewhere in Dallas. If you’re looking for powersports store to call home go somewhere else. These people are snakes.
Good experience had the parts in stock that I needed and they know what theyre talkin about..
The Salesrep was very knowledgeable and Courteous..
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They don’t care. And they’re rude for no reason
Rude and prejudice. My wife Went to buy a Honda bike. The receptionist asks 2 sales person to help her as she had some questions regarding a bike that our son wanted to buy both salesman looked at my wife and did not respond and completely ignored her. Even receptionist was geeky embarrassed and upset. My wife stayed there 20 mins with no help. She walked out and bought a bike from another dealer. Totally unacceptable
Went in for oil and filter on bike .. got home and they only gave me three quarts which made me about a quart low... however that was just the start out of the three quarts of oil the gave me for my bike one was a completely different weight... smh... guess they dont care about there jobs up there or there customers.... it is a good thing I noticed before putting the oil in but now my bike just has to sit here because it only has two quarts of oil in it... they will not be happy when i show up tomorrow....
I’d like to give everyone heads up to avoid this place. Management is terrible. Take your business elsewhere!
Great customer service.
Came in a few days ago to purchase new bikes for me and the mrs, after being treated like we couldn’t afford or purchase anything from the salesman and told good luck on getting approved, and also being asked if we were waiting for taxes for a down payment and when asked for a printout to show breakdown of numbers he wouldn’t do it and when asking any questions he didn’t know anything so we went to Kawasaki city and purchased 2 new bikes.
Great service and great people that will help you choose you new recreational vehicle or motorcycle!!! I highly recommend this place will go back anytime. Go to Erick the sales man and tell him I sent you up there he might hook you up with a good deal 😉
The owner was very professional and kind as well as the sales team bought a dirt bike from them and will continue to do business with them in the future
They were very helpful and polite.
Everyone at this dealership is amazing from the sales staff to the service department. I was lucky enough to work with the sales manager John today, he was able to set me up with a new 2018 Yamaha r3 for an unbeatable price. The buying process was absolutely painless and quick, they even delivered the bike to my house the same day. I didn’t feel pressured at all during the buying process, I actually really enjoyed looking at the bikes and purchasing mine. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and will buy my next bike here.
Really didnt get an opportunity to work them but I did make an effort. Was shopping for new adventure MC, was down to the BMW R1250 GSA and the KTM 1290 Super Adventure. Went on line filled out the info to schedule a test ride which included a date and time. Never heard anything, so went to the shop (during my time ) stood around completely ignored for about 30 minutes. Finally left and went to BMW Plano, complete opposite experience (very eager to assist me) test drove the 1250 and loved it and they people actually talk to me. Paid cash and left with a brand new MC the next day. Really was interested in the KTM maybe they should work on follow ups to the online forms and customers who visit their store.
Just had an awful experience with a sells person over the phone who was short and rude, will definitely not buy from this shop.
EXCELLENT location (right off I30). Exercise caution entering & exiting the dealers lot. Helpful staff. Hours, like any other bike store. Limited new motorcycle selection (see their inventory on line). Plenty used models on hand. Also sells ATVs, watercraft, etc. Parts department is smallish. Positive experience, overall.
Very professional sales team and great prices. They dont have very much space to test ride but they do their best to make it work. I wanted to test drive a new four wheeler before purchasing and they made the effort to move other ATVs out of the way in the parking lot to give me space to try it. Theyve always had the parts in stock to do my own maintenance and sell it for cheaper than I could find online.
The sales staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. We were greeted soon after entering the well-stocked showroom and introduced to several of the staff. Friendliness is a big factor in how comfortable I am doing business with anyone.I had researched the bike at multiple dealers over several months prior to selecting Rockwall Powersports, even though there were much closer dealers. Ultimately, the staff and pricing won my business.
These guys are top notch. I had a list of things I needed done and EVERYONE exceeded my expectations. I drive a fast bike...they made it faster. The shop is immaculate and the techs know their stuff. If you drive/ride any of the brands they sell, you need to service it at Rockwall Powersports.
Brought Suzuki M109R bike in for oil leak in mid-section of bike....picked it up...STILL LEAKING...took it back a few days later, the service man said they fixed oil leak at the back(WHICH WAS NOTTT LEAKING when I took it in originally). Talked with manager who said they will fix the oil leak that I asked them to fix originally, AND ONLY charge me for the parts($300) added to the several hundred I already paid. Drove it home the second time....still leaking. Took it to my brother to repair it. Required 2 oil seals. Gave 1 star ONLY because I was not able to give a minus number. I was out several hundred dollars...and still had leaks. Me and my 3 brothers all ride big bikes...NEVER AGAIN will Honda get the chance to try to fix our bikes...NEVER‼️
Awesome staff love these guys
Great customer service
I went to Rockwall Powersports at the beginning of July 2020. I went in with intentions of purchasing a dirtbike and UTV. I saw 2 vehicles that already had prices marked online/sticker. I asked the salesman, what was the best they could do on pricing if I purchased 2 vehicles that day. Like any salesperson, they went and crunched numbers. He came back and said that i could save around $1500. He went through the paperwork, but never let me keep the copys. I went ahead and had them run credit, which ended going from taking 10 mins, to almost an hour, which i decided to leave for lunch. No one ever called me back after i was gone for another hour for lunch. By this time, i called to see where we were at on financing. I was told to come in and sign some papers, and that it would take around 20 more minutes. I had my son and my brother with me, and by this time, we had already spent over 3 hrs overall, and i needed to get them home. 20 minutes, turned into 45 minutes +. I finally started signing all the documents, just to get through this long drawn out process. I didnt take possession of the vehicles until the next day. A few days later i was going through the documents, that I had copies of. Which, i ended up noticing that i paid sticker/online prices, there was no discounts taken off. I know i should have caught it, during the signing of documents, but dealing with them for almost 4 hrs of the drawn out process, i figured the savings that were previously discussed were included. Along with all these crazy fees, service contract, GAP and etc, so with all that, I didnt think my $1500 in savings werent included. I reached out to the salesperson and finance person, to get some information, i was basically told that i had already purchased and that there was nothing that could be done. I reached out to sales manager to explain the situation, and told to go in to discuss, which i asked, would there be anything different done, besides what we discussed on phone, since i lived an hour away, and nothing would change. Well, i decided to go in to get vechicle serviced, since it wasnt serviced correctly prior to my pickup. I called the manager the day before to let him know that i was going into the shop and i wanted to discuss, the itemized details, to show me where i had $1500 in savings. I show up next morning and get vehicle dropped off to service dept, i go into the showroom and ask for sales manager, and told he isnt in the office. I asked the original salesperson if he could give me the details, since manager wasnt around, he said he wasnt aware of any of it, so i would have to wait for manager. I show up few days later to pickup vehicle and finally start discussing situation in person. I asked him to go thru the documents which i had already advised him of 3 days earlier, which he didnt even have available. He goes on to say, that there was $500 taken off on the MSRP on UTV, and that there we other discounts on fees charged. Nothing remotely close to $1500 in savings. The $500 was already marked down on sticker, and i was supposed get $1500 off both vechiles, because i saw the sticker prices and purchased 2 that day. I continue display my frustration and that i would just return the vehicles, which i was told i own them and cant return. So basically I drove all the way out to discuss, and get the details, which nothing was really given, besides what was discussed over the phone. I had previously asked to speak to someone above them like a GM, and nothing was given to me. The sales manager never offered anything to resolve the issue, basically i purchased and i own, i then explained that i understand i wont get my $1500 in savings, but what else, maybe services or anything. Then he said we dont normally do that, but if they gave me my first service would that make things right. I asked for cost of service, and told around $300. I told him that wouldnt make things right in my eyes. He said well i guess there is nothing that will make me happy.
The experience was hands down the best you could ask for when making a purchase like this! I recently bought my Honda Pioneer 1000 from Rockwall Honda Yamaha dealer and was treated like family! I felt like they fought for me to get the best deal and explained how everything worked. Would recommend anyone to purchase and work with this team from Michael the owner, Jerry the finance director, Eric the salesman, and Ronnie with parts! We will definitely be back!
Horrible customer service. No respect, so lazy and dead. Will never shop for gear here. Even over the phone they were bad lol
I normally dont leave reviews but I have to make sure people know that this place is by far the best motorcycle, atv and gear environment around. EVERYONE is super friendly, knowledgeable and will to drop everything to assist you, you arent treated differently if you are buying or not. Just an all around great place
Although the employees are pleasant the level of their workmanship and attention to detail is poor. Would rather offer $ off than repair to the level of quality I expected. If they are willing to let poor workmanship in the repair of my bike be their standard then I will take my business elsewhere. I am truly disappointed in a dealership that I have bought from numerous times.
Absolutely great service. Thank you Andrew and John, you saved my 4th of July weekend. They bent over backwards to make everything happen in such a short period of time. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this place!
Great Experience. After going through one of the worst experiences ever at the Ducati dealer in Richardson over just getting new tires I drove straight here. Ordered tires and had them installed. Very friendly and accommodating people and replaced my tires quickly and with out a scratch. Even placed protection to assure nothing was scratched and cleaned and oiled my chain. Ive been coming to this dealership since they opened, and I have always been very happy with the service i receive.
Great friendly sales service. Answered all my questions about the SXS I was looking at.
My wife and I began bike shopping on Saturday in the middle of the rain storm. I contacted Matt and let him know I was on my way from Wylie. Matt pulled the bike inside out of the rain and had it waiting for me to look at. He asked all of my questions and demoed the bike to me, even though he was about to leave for the night. I told him I would take the Dark Horse but couldn’t pick it up until this week sometime. Matt pulled the bike to the back and held it for me until he heard from me on Tuesday whether I could make it out there this week or this weekend. At that time he took my deposit to essentially make the bike mine until I could pick it up.Today I picked up my Dark Horse. Matt was gracious enough to bring the bike to the McKinney location for me to pick up there, since it’s much closer to me. The bike was gassed up and ready to go. Paperwork took me only 10 minutes to complete. He literally had everything ready for me. All I had to do was sign and put my butt in the seat.Do business with these guys and dont think twice about it. Their prices are fantastic and the customer service is the best Ive ever received buying a motorcycle. Absolutely amazing buying exeperience!!
I wanted to like this store but the fact that their employees are always in a bad mood makes me flip them the finger. They also forgot to adjust the chain on my bike which was easy to do even though the brainless tech was supposed to do it as part of the oil change. I decided to spend my money with Five Star Cycles since they’re that great to fix motorcycles of any kind for a better price then rockwall.
The service department killed it on the TRUMP Bike and got me back out on the track. thanks again guys!
Dude the parts dept TOP notch. Very helpful very happy to help very patience. They made it so easy for me to order parts for my 10 year olds yamaha grizzly 80. Thanks for making me look good.
This gentleman is the best, (Brian)he walked me through every single step and went above and beyond to help me through the process. I would have to honestly say the whole entire experience and every single employee was amazing from sales, parts, and in the service center. Im so happy to say we are now a proud Honda family and cant wait to buy my daughter, wife and myself a new toy. Thank you guys so so much, you made this the absolute best day of my sons life. We look forward to doing business with you and building a team together. TEAM BARNES HONDA... #dirtlife
Had a great buying experience with Brian R.
The guys are helpful and very knowledgeable, ask questions because they are willing to answer those for you. I learned with them that when you are buying a motorcycle the most interest rate you can pay is 17% because Texas considers a motorcycle a recreational vehicle, and yes a co-borrower is possible.Thank you guys for the amazing service even though there was no purchase involved, you all Rock 🎵🎸🎼🎶🎸😊
I’m gonna keep this simple. I called for a part talked with a man named Jeff and he was just plain rude and arrogant. I’m taking my business elsewhere period.
Just purchased a brand new YZ450F and i couldnt be happier! I got a great deal and my salesman Eric made the process really easy. Once the bike was rolled out of service Tyler Bailey explained, in detail, everything i needed to know about the bike. From servicing to bike set up and how to use the power tuner, i left the dealership confident that i made the right decision. Ill definitely be back to Rockwall Honda Yamaha.!
Good customer service
In and out, service department was very helpful
Every single person in Rockwall Powersports is friendly and helpful! While I was purchasing my ATV, I was helped out by a number of different people. They made sure I was taken care of, and even went out of their way to help me get my machine home. I will do business with them from now on!
These guys really took the time the time to revive my bike back to her original running condition! I highly recommend these guys! I have never been treated better. Top notch service!
Whatever you do, go somewhere else for your purchase....and whatever you do, dont interact with Brian Ralph. I worked out a deal with them on two clearance-sale wave runners, plus a brand new trailer. I was even willing to pay their exorbitant fees for freight and assembly, just so they could charge invoice for the wave runners,.....and drive 13 hours one-way to pick them up. I repeatedly.....repeatedly.....told them while I was working out financing that if they needed a non-refundable deposit to hold them for me, I could wire the money at any time. Did I mention non-refundable?. Instead, what did they do? Of course! They sold them. All without saying anything to me and honoring the agreement. Oh, I did get an emotionless status update via email. No apology of course. Ill never cease to be amazed at these powersports businesses and the people who run them.
Eric is a very likable and courteous salesman. And knowledgeable, he knew all the specs and operational details of the Pioneer. Dealing with Eric was practically fun.
Ive been coming here since buying my first new m/c from them in 2005. Ive had m/cs serviced here ever since. As well as buying new parts and gear. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. My next new m/c will be from Rockwall Powersports.
Salesman lied to me about the price making me drive two hours, when I arrived he was basically accusing me of lying about our phone call.
My experience at Rockwall power sports was One that included deception and dishonesty in the deal. They were very nice people but did not tell me the truth when it came to the money part the financing part the interest rate part or even who was available to talk to me when I called to talk to them. I have left four messages for the owner to call me back and he has yet to call me back. Still waiting on your phone call Michael. Honesty is a spiritual principle that seems to allude most dealerships. Integrity means telling the truth all the time. I guess I would describe them as a group with flexible principles.
Great place service counter is quick and helpful, Ill be back.
Service shop personnel are very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Willing to answer questions and willing to explain pricing and availability. Would recommend.
Staff members were AMAZING, I also found a lot of motorcycle and ATV brands that I loved. Very organized also. If you are an ATV or motorcycle lover I would recommend this place for you.
Wonderful people here in the service department! EveryTine I bring my toys up here they are always willing to help me out on everything even the price. I will always bring my toys up here even if isn’t a Honda made! Thanks Guys For Everything. Y’all are wonderful!
Very nice employees who will assist you with all your power sports needs!
Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced! Had my quad for 2 months and couldn’t fix the issues. Then when they claimed it was fixed and I picked it up the charged me way more than we agreed.
My husband and I have been dealing with this company for several years and keep coming back! Weve bought a Honda jet ski, Honda goldwing and recently a Honda retro motorcycle. Even their service department is top notch . We will continue dealing with them for any future needs
Overall very good experience working with Rockwall Honda/Yamaha. Eric my sales rep was great to work with throughout the purchasing process and he really went above and beyond even after the sale- much appreciated. Thanks again Eric
