Absolutely awful. I understand that the pandemic has caused issues with all companies and I understand that some meds are running low and hard to get but Ive spent the past 6 months being lied to by this pharmacy telling me week after week when I asked why is the price different each time? and them telling me they were using my insurance and they were not. Lied to again and again, I was also told several times over the phone my meds were ready and when I got there they were not and they didnt take responsibility. DO NOT USE!!!!

This pharmacy is the absolute worse. They lie about when prescriptions are ready. They are super slow, never answer the phone and are just overall TERRIBLE. if I could give them 0 stars I would. A complete joke!

Worst pharmacy ever! Very slow service - waited in line for over 40 minutes with only two cars ahead of me.My dr office called in rx last night but this pharmacy doesn’t check their voicemails so Rx was never filled. They had to call in a second time and pharmacy service took forever and ever again.

They can never get a prescription refilled on time, even my husbands important heart medication and his blood thinners. Ive tried submitting the refills all the way up to 2 weeks early and they still cant contact his Dr and get the medication on time even though it tells me no action needed, it will sit there for 4 or 5 days saying no action needed before it says action required they couldnt contact the Dr. I honestly dont think they are even trying to contact the Dr at this point. This has been going on for months now.

On Saturday, May 8, I made an online purchase of some photos at the Walgreens store at 2911 RIDGE RD Rockwall Texas and made the online payment with my Capital One credit card for $ 18.35 I received a message in my mail that my order was ready # (17131701320213) so I made the payment online and when they sent me the payment details they sent me a different order number (204064307692). When I got to the store I showed the cashier the order number (204064307692) and she said that payment was not registered and that the photos had to be paid for again and I needed them urgently so I paid again $ 18.35 Now I write because I need Walgreens refund the money to my credit card, from the payment I made online because they charged me twice for the photos and also the lady who delivered the photos was rude and not very courteous. Today I received another email that said “Hurry and pick up your order, (204064307692) Adriana. You have 24 hours left to pickup your order, or we’ll have to cancel it ”As I wrote previously, I already picked up the photos with the order number (17131701320213) and I already paid for them again last Saturday, May 8th. THAT IS, I MADE A PAYMENT ONLINE WITH ORDER NUMBER (204064307692) AND THEN WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE PHOTOS I HAD TO PAY THEM AGAIN WITH ANOTHER ORDER NUMBER (17131701320213) THIS MEANS THAT I PAYED THEM TWO TIMES. Also on May 11 I received another email from Walgreens saying Thank you for picking up your photos of the order (204064307692) This is an act of bad faith because it is not true that I went to collect photos on May 11 because the photos I ALREADY PICKED THEM UP AT ROCKWALL WALGREENS ON MAY 8TH AND PAID AGAIN at the Walgreens store with order # (17131701320213), receipt number # 05827 dated 08/05/2021 Time: 6:39 PM BAR CODE: RFN # 0582-7714-2146-2105-0803. Again, I kindly request to return the money that is being taken from me back to my credit card. $ 18.35 is a negligible value but when Walgreens takes money from us in such an abusive and malicious way, that is a crime and I will make it known on all social networks. Additionally, I must express myself for the rude and unpleasant way in which I was treated by the employees. Situation that happened in the presence of the other customers who were in the store. I look forward to a prompt solution to this embarrassing situation. That as I said before, I will make it public as you did with me in the presence of the people who were on May 8, 2021 at Walgreens

This Pharmacy department is a complete joke. Corporate really needs to investigate this location. Their customer service definitely needs some training, or maybe just a fresh new staff. Aggressively tossing my medication in the bag during check out, being just one example of how rude this pharmacist was, is extremely unprofessional.Everything about this experience was unacceptable. I was in utter shock with my experience here.

My husband and I have used this pharmacy for about 12 years. Over the years, we have come to expect pretty good service. However, the service we received today from Larson, the pharmacy tech, was outstanding. When we went to pick-up our prescriptions today in preparation for a 3 week vacation (departing tomorrow morning at 5am), I was very concerned to learn that my inhaler was still pending. Particularly since we were planning on doing quite a bit of hiking, I simply could not leave town with an almost empty inhaler. However, when I explained the situation to Larson, he got on it. We were on our way in 15 minutes with all necessary prescriptions, including my asthma medication. It is because of this type of customer service that we will continue to give Walgreens our business.

I shop at Walgreens on Ridge Rd. several times a week to help out the people in need and the elderly in my neighborhood. I currently shop for 47 different people in your store. I am 73 years old and have cancer which makes me a prime candidate for a serious illness or potential death if I contract COVID-19.I went to your store this morning and there were many people with no masks.I can no longer shop there as the chances of passing along or contracting the virus to myself, my friends, and my neighbors is to high.I don’t recommend anyone concerned with passing along this terrible virus to find another place to shop until they require masks to be worn by EVERYBODY.

Pharmacy staff will not answer the phone. My relative and I have sat on the phone listening to an upbeat jazzy tune for half an hour without even being asked to wait while they completed another call. It seems that the negative reviews are truly reflective of the pharmacy staff and their poor work ethic. Consider getting your medications filled elsewhere if you have the option.

Lied to from pharmacy staff, once in person and twice over the phone, about the reason for the increase of $115.00 for my daughters prescription. Finally after talking with our insurance company it was explained, Walgreens dropped the ball to request a 90 supply prescription so our insurance company could apply our discounted rate.

Very easy to find everything you are looking for, each aisle is marked with the items they have, and then each aisle also has subcategories showing where each product type is located. The staff is incredibly friendly, everywhere from the front cash registers, to the photo booth (which if you are ever needing to use western union you go to the photo kiosks and touch the screen as though you are about to print photos and there is a western union button), to the pharmacy, and all the way even to the makeup employees. Very nice place to go for quick and easy shopping. Unfortunately their prices are fairly high as far as over the counter medications and food/beverage prices are concerned. But overall you are in for a very good experience. Happy shopping everyone!

Pharmacy dropped the ball. Doc sent over for my blood pressure med to be refilled. Waited all day for them to call back. They never told me until I had to call them later that night for them to tell my my meds were on back order. Called Kroger to transfer it to them. They said that Walgreens shoulda called the doc back to change it to something different to get me by. Not good communication at all in the pharmacy. Took 45 minutes just to get them to answer the phone

Horrible service, you figured them getting a newer updated pharmacy area that they would move faster well we all were mistaken they not only got slower but now they have a bunch of kids working there that dont have the slightest understanding of customer service or work . Now I dont have a problem with the rest of the store and the way it operates but the pharmacy, wow! Could not be managed any more poorly.

I spent 10 hours dealing with 3 different Office Depot locations that could not take care of my 16x20 canvas print order due to bad equipment, no sense of urgency, or not doing what they said they were going to do. It was a nightmare and I truly felt like they didn’t care.I was referred to Walgreens and within an hour I had my high quality canvas print. Easy and painless. Nick in photo was super helpful, answered all of my questions, was super timely, and even reprinted and rewrapped the canvas because the original had a spot on it. To Nick’s Manager, give this man a raise! He exemplified amazing customer service and it shouldn’t go unnoticed.

Gave the girl my scripts at the drive through at 5p. She said it would be an hour and a half. I came back at 6:16 because I got a text that my meds were ready. She said come back in 20 min. I waited and went back through the drive through. Still they got my prescription wrong. Instead of filling it right away I have to wait another 20 min. My groceries are melting in the trunk!!

Came here with my one year old. She had a 101 fever with a ear infection. They finally gave us med after 45 mins of waiting. She was screaming bloody murder the entire time. I was the only one seating and waiting. They should always move the kids up to the front. The kids dont under stand why they dont fell good. Those people are just lazy.

It is a little pricey, I mean walgreens and CVS have always been pricey, so if you dont want to spend more money here then go to Walmart where you can save a few dollars. I go here because I can get my prescriptions cheap here through my employers insurance plan.

Would give no stars if it was an option. Pharmacy is horrible. Literally slower than watching paint dry. Come listen to pharmacy techs joke with each other while wasting your time as they sluggishly move between customers. The sense of urgency is non existent. The DMV moves faster.

I called the Pharmacy to ask a question. Just needed to know if I could take my meds as I had forgotten them and wanted to make sure it wouldnt be to close to the next dose. Got a tech who said I needed to speak to the pharmacist, I had actually asked to speak to them first. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I finally hung up. Called CVS and had an answer in less than 2 minutes. This place is useless.

Wow, what absolute horrible customer service! Told me to get my prescription in 2 hours. I got there after 3 hours and had to wait because there was no one at the counter for 5 minutes. They then arrive to tell me, somehow my prescription wasnt filled. I said Im in pain, to which Kristin (pharmacist) answered, so am I. She said I had to wait another 20 minutes which I didnt have...... She told me to take my prescription else where then!!

Very poor customer service related to the health care clinic. There was an issue with the charge for the service rendered, which was incorrectly coded. Very difficult to contact anyone live, let alone with any specific knowledge of the care provided at the facility. Lengthy phone trees. Ignorant staff.A recipe for confusion and a lack of accountability.

The pharmacy at the Ridge Road, Rockwall Texas location is a joke. This evening I waited in line at the drive thru for 40 mins. One lane, 2 cars ahead of me and 5 behind. I was trapped!!First car took longer than a regular pickup should. But the 2nd car in line....they would not leave their position when dropping off and chose to wait for their rx. When it was finally my turn 30 minutes later, needless to say the customer service person running the cash register got an earful. She had no apology - only that there is nothing they can do. Walgreens Pharmacy on Ridge Road in Rockwall has the worst service window I have EVER encountered. For a prime WALGREENS in such a busy location, the Management should INSIST on 2 operating drive thru lanes during peak times— One for drop off and one for pick up only. This establishment is already set up for 2. Then there is the override situation - you have to wait for head pharmacist to override each and every transaction. It is 2018....there has to be a more efficient way to complete these requests. I have been a long standing customer of Walgreens but there are 3 other options within this intersection for me to choose. This was not the first time this has happened but it certainly will be my last. Ridiculous!

Id give negative stars if possible. I hate to say that all of these bad reviews are more than true. Ive never been so insulted or disrespected by any store employee or pharmacy or even a doctor.... than I have the pharmacy department at this walgreens. Week after week, there is always some problem with my medicines... They always want to blame my doctors or insurance... but it turns out, its really just their condescending pharmacists who pick & choose what they think is necessary & not necessary. Im backed into a corner of where I can go fill due to insurance but I am seriously considering driving somewhere else just to not have to deal with THIS walgreens. Someone needs to take notice.

Never been so disrespected by an employee. Im always courteous and respectful. When I asked for a tobacco product I had my ID ready for the cashier. She looked at it funny and claimed that it did not look like me. I gave her a look as if to say are you joking, and yet again she said this does not look like you. I asked her if she was accusing me of having a fake ID and she continued to state it didnt look like me and how old is my ID. Im so lost, am I at the DPS or at Walgreens? I told her she didnt have to sell to me, and she angrily stated she was the decider of WHO buys tobacco and pointed at the texas state law sign. I told her that I dont have to purchase anything if this is how her behavior is and she said fine then go. I asked her for her manager who took one look at my ID and said its fine. All this over NOTHING. I did apologize to the gentleman behind me for the trouble as I felt bad to be holding him up. I will be calling corporate tomorrow Liz.
