Chair king is an amazing store offering all kind of options for outdoor entertaining. They had so many different sets and accessories to choose from. I was greeted by a sales associate named Cal. Cal had exceptional knowledge of all inventory and features of everything available with Chair King as well as everything the was offered in the show-room. Cal took the time to show many all the sets I was interested in that I had seen and was interested in on the web-site. Cal was very helpful and polite and provided me with excellent customer service during my visit. I would highly recommend Cal to anyone who is looking for outdoor furniture.

Good service in the the store but delivery of our order has been 100% incompetent. We have been told every week for a month that they would ship from Houston to their store. Now they are having an attitude.

Love the furniture and the staff was very helpful but the pricing is a tad difficult to swallow! My wife and I are having a pool put in and were looking for a nice patio set. We finally settled on a set from their clearance section. Seems to be good quality pieces and with the asis price, Im happy. But I dont think that Im their target buyer. I would never be able to pay full price for their furniture.

Matt and his manager (name? sorry)provide superior service! I waited to receive my delivery today to write this review in order to get the full experience. I have not been let down in any way.The facility is such a pleasure to shop in, welcoming and clean. They have a sanitation station setup for peace of mind. Their selection is vast and well accommodated our needs.I had found a deal elsewhere and nearly bought. Shared that info with the good folks at Chair King and they went to work while we continued looking at their offerings. They were able to TOTALLY surprise us with what we could get, value was unbelievable!Happy we ended up doing business with such a great company. Give em a try, you wont be disappointed!

Ok maybe Im just jaded by shopping online or maybe Im cheap. I dont think so but just giving them the benefit of the doubt. Their furniture looked great and all it was all completely the prices that got me. We went because I knew I could get it cheaper online but I LIKE being able to look and touch something before I buy it and Im completely fine with paying a little extra for that but not paying triple and quadruple the price for it. I mean I was actually a little insulted by some of the prices.

Enjoyed shopping at Rockwall store. CalLee was most pleasant and helpful. This is the place for shopping for your outdoor furniture and accessories.

Ill rate a 1 star since thats the lowest I can go on this site. I purchased two patio sets late 2020. For one set I also purchased an umbrella. The umbrella broke after one use. I went to the store and was told theyd open a claim with the mfg. and let me know once they heard something. I never heard anything so I stopped by a month later was told it takes months to get claims resolved and they ck back with them. Again I never heard anything. Ive also called again January 21, 2021 and of course theyll have to ck back with the sales manager and let me know something. The customer service is as bad as you can get. They do not stand behind their products or do what they say they will do. I dont recommend them to anyone.

If i could give Cal more stars then 5 I would....We were not sure what we wanted but with the help of Cal we figured it out! He is extremely knowledgeable and he was more than willing to explain what we needed to know.We really enjoyed working with Cal and always being available to help us at anytime, he has a wonderful personality and sense of humor. We were treated warmly when we arrived and after we told them that we just wanted to browse, they didn’t bug us. When we finally revisited this one grouping, the manager came over and offered us the best price he could. Then he made sure it was in stock and offered us a delivery option. When we went to pay, we had a delightful banter with all three guys there. Such a pleasant experience. So glad we went there😊👍

Matt was very helpful with our selections. We stopped in just to look around and found a chase cushion we’ve been looking for after a long search. Place was clean and had a great selection of furniture, umbrellas, and more. I’m ordering a cantilever umbrella tomorrow he assisted us with. Great place and helpful people.

I went in not expecting to buy anything. What great quality items and great varieties of items to choose from. The staff was incredible and I’ve never had such a great experience!! Would definitely recommend this place.

Cal, with Rockwell’s Chair King, greeted us as we entered the store and proceeded to tell us about the specials in the store. He allowed us to look around without hassle, and professionally and courteously answered any questions we had.Needless to say, we made a purchase. We will continue to go back to Cal for any more purchases.

We went to the store and found out they were closing in 10 minutes. The sales associate, Cal was great & said not to worry. We saw a table as we were leaving, but said we would cone back the next day. However Cal said he would take care of us! He was so helpful and didn’t rush us. I went into the store with my daughter and 2 grand babies looking for outdoor furniture for our pool area. Jessica greeted us and was very helpful but also let us browse on our own. I was in the store probably 2 hours trying to decide which set and which pieces I wanted. She checked on us occasionally and answered questions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She even offered a coloring page to my grandson to keep him occupied. I chose a set, called back the next day and made a change to my order and they were very accommodating. I am very happy with my experience there and very pleased with my new furniture. I would highly recommend.

I wish I could give Chair King a 5 star rating. My in-store experience was fantastic. I absolutely adored Jessica - very kind, very friendly (great boots). She introduced herself but then gave me plenty of space to look around and try out all the furniture. Once I found my favorite, she stepped back in and was able to work out a nice deal for me. I love my new patio set, its incredibly comfortable and absolutely beautiful. My only complaint is with delivery. They were supposed to call the day before to set up a time frame to deliver. They didnt call. Worried, I called the store. The manager was able to check and let me know that they were on the truck and would be delivered the next day, assuring me that I would receive a call an hour before delivery. Again, they didnt call. 5 stars for the store and their people. 0 stars for delivery communication.

Great inventory. Terrible pricing. Pricing indicated great additional discounts but they werent actually available. Felt like some level of pressure sales... for patio furniture?

My wife and I went into the this store on a Saturday afternoon, with hopes that they were having a great sale on outdoor umbrellas! Cal helped us and he was super nice, and very helpful! He was able to help us decide if the umbrella would be the right size for our back yard! I was a little jealous of his height Ha! But I realize that is a gift from God! Is it just me or does anyone else think the prices here are astronomical?

We arrived at Chair King on a mission. We had to find an outdoor patio set for family coming to visit in less than a week. We had one weekend to make it happen. After a miserable strike out on Friday, we headed out again on Saturday in hopes we could (a) find what we want at (b) a reasonable price and (c) accessible..meaning...how soon can we get it? Odds were against us and the many stores we went to were decidedly NOT what we wanted. That combined with staff that could generally care less or did not know how to answer our questions made this a daunting task. How hard it is to find a patio set?? It should not be this hard! My husband remembered Chair King and we headed there.*Cue angels singing*Clean and well lit store! Orderly!, Knowledgeable and friendly staff! We were lucky enough to be greeted by the efficient and impossibly tall Mr. Cal Lee who realizing we were not browsing, we were on a mission to make something happen- started getting answers to our questions, prices on product and availability so we could quickly narrow down our choices. And we found it. The perfect patio dining set with umbrella. Made of durable materials to withstand the Texas elements and at a very reasonable price. This was an investment we felt was going to serve us for many years instead of the year or maybe two that the cheaper stuff we had seen in other stores would serve. We were even able to take it off the show floor. Mr. Lee and his associates helped us load it into the van and we were off in less than an hour. Incredible! We will not hesitate to go to Chair King again for more purchases. Sure, I can get cheaper outdoor furniture and supplies from other stores but Ill just end up buying it again in two years. This is well made, durable and beautiful furniture that we will enjoy for a long time to come. Thanks to Chair King for making this task possible. And thanks to the outstanding Mr. Lee who stayed with us and got us everything we needed. Hes the best!

I was shocked by the utter lack of professionalism by the management. The assistant manager was not only walking around the store and interacting with customers BAREFOOT but she also had her BABY with her at work. I would not spend my money at a store with such low standards for their company.

Walking in this store gave me heartburn. lol. They were very pricey. When your lawn furniture costs more than your indoor furniture, you got problems. I was pricing an indoor couch to replace ours at Nebraska Furniture Mart. The cost for full leather was about $3k to $4k. When you have wicker sets of outdoor furniture priced at the same amount as Italian leather? One of the fastest U-turns Ive made in a while. I ended up getting a very nice wicker set of outdoor furniture from AtHome in Mesquite for around 1/3 the price.

Worst after the purchase care Ive ever had. 3 weeks after the purchase a mechanism broke. For 6-8 weeks, Ive been promised a new chair, repairs, etc. with ZERO results. Posted my experience on a local FB page today. After numerous purchases there, I was bitterly disappointed
