Overall:The owner is great knowledgeable and answers any questions you have very friendly. The main reason we started going was the InBody testing, they have the best pricing I have seen 50 dollars for unlimited scans, for the life of the machine. Everywhere else I have gone has been 20 dollars for one scan. They will also go over the results with you and give you advice on what you can change or keep doing to improve.Products:Great choice of protein bars and snacks tried out the Quest protein chips during my last visit; they were great. They also have good deal on Bang energy drinks a crate for 20 or 2 for 4bucks.

Great experience. I love going in there and using the scale. It’s one of the most accurate scales you can possibly use, which gives me an honest look at how much fat I have on my body versus everything else.

Very disappointed at the poor inventory in this small store. I was looking for some vitamins and supplements but all this store appeared to have were items related to weight training and muscle building.

John & eKin has been awesome! Not only does John know how to help you achieve your fitness goals using prepped meals, specialized diet plans and a variety of supplements. The body scanner is great - it gives you an actual baseline of where you’re at so you can move forward and achieve your goals.

John is my go to guy for all things macros, water retention, fat, and muscle. He is very knowledgeable and keeps things simple. The ability to get body scans when trying to build muscle is imperative to efficiently building muscle while reducing fat. He was a major reason why I lost 70 pounds and then gained significant muscle after.

I stopped in to check out what they had to offer. I have been trying to eat better and make better health choices and have heard lots of great things about them. They have a great selection of items, and everything you can think of neededing for pre or post workout powders and supplements. They also have an InBody scanner that helps you understand your body. You get to see your skeletal muscle, fat content, where you carry the weight, i.e. left or right arm or legs.The staff are amazing and super Friendly. After I had my scan done and had my talk, I shared it with my wife. She was impressed with everything I shared and we went back 2 days later and she got a scan too.I would highly recommend that if you have the option to swing by and check them out. You will not be disappointed!

I just had my first meal prep yesterday and it was really good, Im the Store Manager at Mattress Firm down the street and Ive thought about getting one for awhile but never did... Im definitely going to get more now, they are only $8, thats cheaper than most fast food and they have all the nutritional info on the vacuum sealed container, check it out, youll be glad you did! 👏👍
