My experience at this GameStop has been phenomenal. Their prices are a bit high, but they always have good deals for their older games. They have loads of merch, from hoodies to figurines to even specialized monopoly sets. They sell a variety of games, regardless of the console type, and are happy to recommend new games based on your preferences. All in all, I love their store, and will continue to shop there for upcoming games, as well as timeless classics.

Every time I have been there the past three weeks they never have games, or controllers Im looking its pitiful considering its a game store! Going this rate they will probably be out of business in the next two years its sad because I use to love shopping there looks like I will be getting my gaming supplies from somewhere else now!

The gentleman that I dealt with at this store was very patient with me, and was extremely knowledgeable on the products that I was asking for. I highly recommend doing business at GameStop!

Staff are helpful most of time.

My son wanted a particular color wireless xbox one controller. The guy working didnt address us at all. He was actually holding a casual conversation with what appeared to be another customer who had already completed his transaction & was just talking. So after looking at empty boxes a few minutes I decided to interrupt the conversation & ask was that all the had, he says actually were sold out of all those grabs a wired controller to say thats all they have. I didnt ask for a general controller, didnt come there bc I was in desperate need of a controller. So I felt he wanted to rush me out the store instead of asking what I actually wanted or was looking for. I went to Wilson got a way better experience & was given the option to get the exact controller my son wanted. I will never go back to this gamestop.

A haven for true gamers vs. the typical big box store. Good selection, friendly employees(Michaelas awesome!). A little cramped, especially if theyre busy, but navigation is easy enough. Only place in town to grab older or hard-to-find titles. As someone who prefers physical titles as opposed to digital, I fully support and endorse them. Game on, people!

Everytime my Husband and I go in here, we are always treated well and not spoken to rudely like you sometimes get in other stores depending on the person working. The associates here are just wonderful and very helpful and if we want something that currently is not available at this store, they try and get it for us or even have another store hold the item for us so we can go grab it or have it shipped to our house.Again, wonderful and awesome employees.

I am very upset because my call of duty bonus points wont activate and the sales associate never informed me of anything I was better off just buying the game no more gamestop. Highly upset. Closing my gamestop account

News flash. GameStop is not here to help you. GameStop doesnt like you. Theyre the one who pays you 9 dollars for a game you originally bought from them for 70 bucks. They will not help you. Any in general. I recommend you dont attend any. A few credits equals a dollar. So many bad things Ive heard about GameStop

Best damned video game store in the world. Great selection of games and accessories, helpful staff, awesome decor. Only downside is the crappy trade in value of games, I guess giving half the games value back is too much work for them 😞

I will not be shopping here anymore. My son went in to purchase a game and the cashier would not sell him the game at the sticker price. She said that someone put the wrong price on it even though there was at least two copies with that price. The cashier talked down to my son and even my mother-in-law when she asked her why she wouldnt sell him the game. This is the second time I have been to this store and a game was priced incorrectly. I contacted customer service about it and they acted as though they didnt care that I was very upset.

A couple months ago I bought a hyrule shield edition of the 2DS xl from here. I’ve been waiting since then to buy a few games specifically majoras mask and a link between worlds. The other day I finally got to purchase them. Come to find out my edition of 2DS xl comes with ALBW for free which they I guess “forgot” to mention to me. So I wasted $20 bucks because they wanted to leave out that info. Besides that experience there is usually pretty nice kids working there but this one situation definitely soured my experience.

Very hot and gives me bad vibes.return policy is not worth the time. They offered me 1.28$ for 3 Xbox 360 games.other than that its reasonable

Loved it just word of advice dont go during holidays specials of your in a hurry . Because the line goes out the door bery friendly staff.... Just not much room to move around

I dont buy my games from them all that much anymore but they do have some nice action figures that I got for a reasonable price.

This Gamestop is THE WORST!!!! The employees are very rude and dont know anything!!!!! I recommend the Wilson Gamestop they are MUCH BETTER THAN THIS ONE they actually know what they are doing!

If you ever need anything from a gamestop go here and see Asia and Mickey/Michaela. They are two amazing girls that will pull through for you. The Greenville gamestop, by Five Guys, took two different items I had on hold (the incidences were about a week apart from each other) and Asia worked very hard to get the last item back from the Greenville store that they promised to someone else after I had already placed the item on hold. These ladies rock and are super helpful and Im lucky that they were working when I came in.

I use to come here for my gaming purchases, but the lack of product knowledge from the employees and the lack of interest for the guests needs has turned me off from going to this location. I have a hard time trying to reach this store by phone and be on hold for 5 minutes to ask a simple question. The store is disorganized and sloppy looking. Ive seen the manager give false information to customers about certain games and I feel hes not looking out for the guests needs. I use the GameStop app to hold items at this location and to either have them not ready or sold to someone else when I go in for pick up. Ive been going to this location for almost 10 years and never had issues until now. This is why I choose to take an extra 15 minute drive to the GameStop in Wilson, where they are more organized and polite to their guests.

I recently went in with my boyfriend to trade in his 360 so he could put he put money towards an Xbox one. He first tried to slick accused my boyfriend of stealing the game system then he saw some little rip in the controller so the game went from $50 to $18. I really find it crazy how yu try to accuse someone of stealing. You should really think about your customer service because this one thing can make you lose business.

I have been going here since Age 5, and still this place has not lost its touch I remember I even got a free game of my choice because of delay.The employees are like superheroes that help people when needed

Ive seen the assistant manager get attitudes in the store before, but never with me until today.I bought a Nintendo 2ds as a gift and I was given the wrong receipt. So I went back in to ask for the correct receipt and he kept on giving excuses to why he couldnt.Now I know why!!! HE IS CROOKED!the woman that checked me out charged me for my card renewal and then charged the 2DS on a different transaction. Because the stores look better when they sell more memberships. So they are crooked and dont want to fix it.And I told him about what happened and he still wants to not fix the situation.Im going all the way to the top on this. You definitely just lost a avid customer GameStop.

Rude, hyperactive worker -Tiffany. Refused to put a credit on a gift card instead have me the information on a piece of paper. Called corporate and said my credit could have been put on a gift card. She coped a attitude with me and guess she didnt want to do for me. I was making her job difficult.
