This place takes advantage of ELDERLY people! My 80-year-old grandmother went in The Vision Center at Store #1197 to have a screw put in the glasses because one of the hinges were loose. The manager, Reynaldo Mills, took the glasses to the back of the store and as my grandmother waited for 30-45 mins, this man SWITCHED the frames on her name brand glasses and brought back a completely different pair. He took her original frame and brought her back the sides with black frames attached and proceeded to tell her that those were the glasses she brought in. I have contacted the store requesting to speak with Mr. Mills supervisor and I have not heard anything from Alecia B. My grandmother has contacted corporate but does not feel like anyone is taking her seriously. I will be contacting corporate next, but this is unprofessional and very disrespectful, and this man is not how people should be representing the Walmart brand. Please do not frequent this establishment, especially if you are and older person. They will only try to convince you that you are crazy.

I went and got the exam. That part was great. Fast and accurate. The problem I have was the frames and glasses. I waited my 7-10 days and returned for my glasses, but it wasn’t the frames I picked out. They returned them and I waited my 10 days. Just to find out, they still had the wrong frames. I told them that they still got it wrong. They tell me sometimes plastic frames look different. I showed them three times which frames I wanted and I still walked out without the frames I picked. So I will not be going back. I took the glasses because I was tried of not seeing.

Do not go here for any problems with your eyes.They will GUESS what is wrong & attempt treatment instead of sending you to a doctor who KNOWS how to diagnose & treat your eyes!
