I really REALLY wish employees would stop smoking on the right side of the building. Go to the left side by the woods. Walking past 2-3 employees smoking and getting hit with all their smoke is by far the worst experience I always have with this store. Which is a total bummer because this store normally stays stocked with all the stuff my family likes. People have asthma, COPD etc... but as long as employees can smoke 10 times a day near customers, thats okay. What a shame

I am a regular customer here because its closer to home. Im always happy to see. Mrs. Susie which will be retiring soon. I give her customer service 5 stars. My children and I are going to miss her. Shes such a sweet lady. Mrs Brenda who works in the meat department is a sweet lady too. Very friendly. However, this location to me tend to have pretty good deals.

Deli workers were the best! And so were the nice ladies at checkout. I prefer this food lion to the one near me. They have a better selection.

There seemed to be few employees who dont like ppl working there. They could of been having a bad day but still. The store is laid out different than the other stores Ive been in. Kinda weird. The bakery smelt awesome. It was all I could do to leave without buying something from it.

Its products r very neat & attractively presented. Their MVP pricing is competitive but their everyday prices r much higher than the discount grocers like Wal-Mart. The attractive displays do not make up 4 the higher costs.

Food Lion is my Number One, all-time favorite grocery store. Ive always been able to save money with them. When the stores got remodeled and new products were introduced, that was the icing on the cake! And I just love the Shop And Earn Program! Just to see peoples faces when they hear my total after a Shop And Earn reward had kicked in...I LOVE it! Those sweet little surprises that are loaded to my MVP card every so often...plus the friendliness of the employees and the cleanliness of the store...Im loyal to Food Lion for LIFE!!!

The young gentleman helped bring a huge bag off dog food to my vehicle and put it in for me. I tried to tip him and he declined. Just a genuinely nice guy happy to do his job and help customers. Made our day.

I Like To Shop at Food Lion With With My Mom

The store is fine but I pull up there at night and they have young female cashiers out in a poorly lighted parking lot gathering shopping carts. I have called headquarters numerous times and nothing has been done. I say 5 grown men inside stocking shelves. I am going to find another grocery store I refuse to patronize a business that doesnt care what happens to their employees.

I love this Food Lion store. The parking is plentiful and food carts not all over the parking lot. The store is very clean and shelves are well stock. Plenty groceries all over the store which makes shopping easy. Nice fresh deli bar. Excellent customer services.

Some of their white cashier are very rude.

Always look forward to coming here when I need to prepare a meal. Every employee that I have met has been extremely hospitable, and I would even say they remind me of my family. I look forward to seeing them even when I do my shopping. always good selection of vegetables and meats. I have never gotten anything spoiled or rotten (except for a bunch of cilantro a couple of weeks ago). Oh, and they always have the most beautiful and affordable plants and flower arrangements that I have found in Rocky Mount.

This is a half way decent grocery store. Food lions are usually higher on their items unless competition is nearby. This store is fairly clean and generally has what Im looking for.

Overall food lion is a good store but this location I dont too much Care for. While trying to cash in WIC vouchers the cashier became rude as well as the manager that was there. I ended up taking my business elsewhere.
