Great staff and awesome prices. They always greet me with a smile. I have been doing business with them since they started in the mid 90s.

Great selection of jewelry to purchase, which we did! Also have pawned gold jewelry there, they were friendly and gave me a good price.

I visit here at least once a month and have purchased three firearms and ammo from this store. The Staff are nice and Ive never had a problem with their services when buying or asking questions. It is family owned and run, which I like. Prices are reasonable and Ive received great savings on two of my three firearm purchases. No place is perfect and will never satisfy every customer, but if you enjoy a place thats laid back and knows what their talking about, then give this place a try.

The man, in the back, that I was instructed, to talk to, by the nice guy, at the front entrance, was extremely rude, and ill-informed, about the merchandise I presented; almost to the point, of projecting elderly insecurities. I brought in my my Infiniti Sound System, which is in good condition, and only a few years old; he took a half second look, and, in a callous tone, said that he doesnt accept products, that are decades old. He refused to acknowledge what the product actually was, even after I tried to explain; he would have none of it. This wasnt a problem for me, in the end; I ended up going to QUICK CASH PAWN, which is diagonally across the street from this pawn shop. Save yourself the hassle, and just go there, instead; they are friendlier and better informed.

Ive bought guns at a lot of places. Ive bought most of my guns from here because of their outstanding customer service and their willingness to work a deal for customers. I consistently get the gun and equipment I want at a better price than anywhere else in Rocky Mount.

I have never had to pawn, sell, or attempt to negotiate with this store or any other thank God! When I buy guns I do my research and keep what I get thanks to Jesus and whats left of our constitution. With all that said I find the prices on used and new guns to be reasonable. I can get a lower price with cash than whats on the sticker for everything with all my experiences. I have also used this store to order me a pistol (Kahr MK9) over ten years ago now and they sold it to me for less than half of current MSRP. They may not be the place to sell or pawn items, but one of the places to look for purchasing definitely.

The fat guy that sits at the front of the store is an absolute jerk. All ways cutting off customers before they reach the main area..also if I had to guess, hes more than likely a rasist.
