I will not lie that I had a very bad experience with customer service but they did reach out, after my initial review and only then was I contacted, and hope future customers get a quicker response than 3 months. Im going to change from a 1 star (which was warranted) to my current review. I wont be using Cosmic Cuts again. Thats not to say the products are nice. They simply fell way short on the communications department.

I just received my first package from cosmic cuts, calming/stress & anxiety gemstones. It came in a black bag about the size of my hand, and the clear quartz was separately packaged from the tumbled stones. They are all genuine, in good condition, and packaged well. This was a great first time experience and I’ll be looking forward to more!

Y’all need to get your crystals here! I got a few and i was throughly impressed. They send the crystals in little black drawstring bags like you’d get a ring in and they include a card detailing what chakra the crystal is and what it does and what you can use the crystal for! I’m referring my friend to this shop to buy the geode amethyst too because it came in such good condition and it was bubble wrapped! came fast too!

And the sleep aid bag helped my sister with her insomnia problems. The people who work here are very friendly and make you feel at home, especially Michael Parrish.
