Came into the store today and will be returning soon. They have more stocked than I have seen in any store in a long time. Owners were super friendly and helpful, was in and out in no time at all. Not to mention the fully armed attack gnomes by the door sealed the deal.

So far great customer experience! Their website had a small error and it made it impossible for me to order a product. I called them and within a few rings i was on the phone and the problem was resolved. They even went the extra mile to guarantee that the product was in stock before i placed my order. I will say their is a large shipping fee ($12) and a fee for using my debit card. Besides that, great service. And plus my package was shipped within minutes of finishing my order.

Do not do business with Molon Labe Arms Co. I placed an order on November 14, 2020 and could not get any information from them on it until i called and called and called. The first piece of information I received was: this order is with our wholesaler, I will check on it. No call back. Eventually the owner returned a call, mad at me for blowing them up so much. Ok, sure.After a HUGE amount of work on my end, I was able to get ahold of their account manager at the wholesaler who informed me that Molon Labe canceled my order, did not inform me, and they are currently still holding my money. Extremely poor communication and customer service! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

After purchasing a hard to find firearm from Washington state (live in MD) and having the seller back out on the sale because he sold it in store an hour later I was bummed. I spent the next hour searching high and low due to the MD 10 round magazine capacity I was about to give up. Then I stumbled across Molon Labe Arms, not only was I able to find it by searching the product SKU, they had it in stock when no one and I mean no one else did. I was expecting a 5-7 day turn around time on shipping with the Covid-19 situation slowing down all firearm sites to a crawl. To my surprise it shipped within 24 hours with priority mail!!
