The people there make you feel so stupid when you ask any type of questions. Even on the phone you can’t talk without any of them interrupting you as you speak. I do NOT recommend you going there or calling to ask for any advice or have any questions to be answered you will be treated so horribly and they don’t care.
On a trip from Oklahoma City to Rogers Arkansas.To ride that pig trail When the chain went out on my wifes Honda 750. Took the bike in on Tuesday and they were Booked solid. They got me in and I had my bike back 1st thing Wednesday Morning ready to ride. Ryan and his team saved my vacation From being a total bust. The price was great. I will not complain. Thanks very much well check in the next time Im in town.

Put 2,000 down on a cbr500r 6 days ago. Right after I basically buy the thing Im informed it has a recall they knew about the whole time they were about to sell it to me. I was told that the reflector was ordered with expedited shipping and that it should be here by Tuesday (because Monday was memorial day). So I thought I could wait. So Tuesday rolls by its 5pm so I call and ask if its ready, i was told that it didnt come in today and my sales rep would call me after they checked the shipping. Needless to say I didnt get a call. So now Wednesday rolls by and I figured it came in late so Ill call a hour after opening when they arent busy according to google. I was told it didnt come in last night, probably got delayed because of the holiday and they will most likely have the bike ready tomorrow. So Im patient and politely and wait until Thursday so Thursday rolls by and at this point I am getting a little annoyed because Ive been told twice in a row that I could grab the bike on a certain day I couldnt, but Im patient so I wait until 11ish today(Thursday) and find out they still havent got the part mind u its not hard to look up a tracking number and very rarely do they say its out for delivery and then never shows up especially for commercial pruducts. And they tell me today for sure Ill get it to you, and its out for delivery today and we will have it soon its now 13 minutes from closing and I havent heard from my sales rep yet. And itll probably be the same thing tomorrow. Just to top everything off they knew the bike had the recall 2 days before I came in to look at bikes so they sold me a new vehicle with an open recall(ILLEGAL BTW). If my bike isnt given to me tomorrow Im going to see if I can get a refund and Ill never be going back to rainbow again. Im not mad they arent getting the part Im mad I keep getting told tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow and today was one of the best days to ride so far this year. Oh and when I walked in because I looked young no one was taking me serious until I said I have 2,000 for a down. Idk if people think they can bs me because Im young, but Im most certainly not dumb.

An outstanding dealership with employees who care about your experience.I purchased a side by side a couple weeks ago and all the employees were extremely helpful and made sure my purchase went smoothly. They were also nice enough to deliver it my home about an hour away. I will definitely buy from Adventure Honda again.
I have a HONDA and they wont put tires on for me. Was genuinely confused when he told me no. Maybe it was just the person I spoke with but their customer service is awful. Would not recommend to anyone based just on that.
My husband bought a 17 TRX500 and they weren’t pushy like the normal dealerships are. Very polite & was here every step of the way. Recently had a small issue with it and brought it to heartland Honda of Springdale instead of the Rogers one due to moving. Right off the bat they weren’t to trustworthy & was giving misinformation, also talking bad about the Rogers dealership. Didn’t even ask what was going on with it. Called the Rogers dealership, was told exactly what it was & corrected information! Strongly recommend the service advisor! Thank you guys for everything!
Unfortunately I had a Honda Talon with a bad motor. Honda corporate did the bare minimum, but Mike the shop manager there went above and beyond. Even when I was upset Mike was cordial and got me taken care of. Good shop.

I bought my Africa Twin and my wave runner from Mike Trailor. the first time I was in and out in about 30 min. and the second time they had my paperwork waiting and I was out in about 15 min. This is my go-to place for anything powersport related. Highly recommend this place.
Loved it the lady that works there went out her way to get me finance d I drove 312miles to get my four-wheeler they had it waiting on me outside the paperwork ready not to mention they stayed way passed work hr..s on me loved it no other Honda shop could get me finance d because they would not take the time they was leaving it up to the computer to do the credit score this is really messing business out of a lot of business because they do not look at the person s credit history them selves . They made the problem much worse.I dont want to write a negative review. Honestly. But come on. I took my new bike in for general tune-up and to diagnose a drip. Nothing major: overnight Id have a quarter-sized oil spot. I just wanted to make sure it wasnt something symptomatic. Among the several things they came back with one was you need a new petcock. Ok...(thats the switch valve to turn your gas on/off/reserve for the uninitiated like me.)So now I have a new petcock. When it is turned to ON or RESERVE, it leaks like a sieve. If I leave the switch on overnight, I have a 6x12 puddle of gas under the bike the next morning. Nice.I shouldve suspected something when I gave them my bike with a full tank and they gave it back with just enough fuel to get home on RESERVE. Little things like that do often indicate untrustworthiness on the important stuff. It proved to be so in this case.
Today was the 2nd time taking my trike to them for am issue. And again they fixed it the same day. I will be using them from now on. Nice, helpful, prompt, and they care.

Had a bike that rode straight and true with no hands on a shreded back tire doing to drop it off here fort a new tire. i picked up a bike with a new tire that wobbles at 55+ pmh . i cant do 75 with BOTH hands..they are trying to make excuses not to be accountable. NOT HAPPY
UPDATE: My experience with this dealership had been poor in the past, but a few weeks ago I went in to look at helmets and I had prompt service - I didnt get the helmet but I was pleased with the visit. I believe the guy that helped me was named Jimmy. He had salt and pepper hair.Today they made me very happy. I purchased a 2016 NINJA 300 ABS from the Cycle and Marine store across the parking lot. They have a no ride until you buy policy so I bought the bike, end of day and only got to ride it a little in the parking lot. I was happy with the deal I got but thats where the happiness stops. (ILL WRITE A FULL REVIEW ON THE CYCLE AND MARINE LATER WITH VIDEO) Needless to say my clutch lever engaged WAY too far out. Three times Cycle and Marine said it could not be fixed. I took it into Honda today and Jimmy fixed it in 3 minutes. Rides EXACTLY how I wanted it to. I wont be doing any business with Cycle and Marine but I can say that my experience at Honda has been improved.ORIGINAL RATING 1 STAR: I heard this place was the best...but I guess that was in the past. Ive gone in twice to speak to someone In the service department and the vibe was like your problems are an inconvenience. The customer service is terrible. Just go see the lady at the service desk, Jackie, youll see what I mean. Her face says I hate my job and I have no desire to help you. This place doesnt deserve the Honda badge.

Horrible they will not let you test ride a bike before you buy. You must buy before you even ride. So guess we wont be buying from Rainbow Honda. P.S. Dont tell your customers that no bike shop in the area lets a customer test ride a bike. Harley, BMW of Bentonville and Indian all push you to take their bikes for a test ride... Ya know so you can make sure thats the correct bike for you. Do the owners/employees of Rainbow Honda just walk on a car lot and buy a car without driving it? NO

I ordered a tire from rainbow cycle it took three days to get in six days before I call them to see if it came in and I got tired of the BS so I called Adventure they got me in the next day and also two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment

1 Star is 10 times what they deserve! An experience so bad that it is painful to describe! They had my Aquatrax all summer but were simply incompetent to fix it... yet every time I came to get it they would proclaim it fixed and tested yet the same problem immediately manifested itself as soon as they were back in the water! My STRONGEST recommendation to STAY away from them!!!

My experience for this dealership so far hasnt been good. Now I will say the folks were real nice and all but the used bike I got was very disappointing. I originally thought to go to a dealership to hopefully buy a good bike, something that I could trust thinking it has been gone through and looked over etc.. This is my very first bike and was excited and my first time buying something from a dealership. This bike is a 2009 Honda Shadow Aero and was just what I was looking for. Well the day I went to pick it up it the bike had an engine issue which they said they changed the plugs. This seemed curious low milage bike and needed plugs.. OK so no biggie they said it had a new tire which was good and they got the thing running after an hour or 2.. so started to ride home and the dang bike ran out of gas, the to top it all off my first ride out with it a guy pulled me over and the rear fender of the bike nearly FELL OFF! YUP the bolts were not attached but just put in the holes, made the bike very dangerous and nearly some costly damage to it. Lost several of the crome bolts and while I was inspecting this mess I noticed one of the rear turn signals was electrical taped and is busted! They charged me top dollar for this bike and after all the things I found wrong with it feel I got ripped off... I talked with the sales man and said he was going to talk with his manager and never heard back... So I have repairs right off the bat, I feel nervous on this bike, and already need parts.... Avoid this dealership they are selling you mediocre bikes at top dollar without looking them over..

Worst customer service ever quoted me one price to fix my motorcycle and when I went to pick it up it was like $50 more than they said and my Chrome was all full of fingerprints and they never fixed the bike right my oil light still comes on I will never bring anything to this establishment again they are Crooks
