Consistently good selection for crafting and typically reasonable prices. Their members program is free and has great coupons and rewards. I appreciate being able to order online and pick up in store and their app is really.uswr friendly. The store sometimes struggles with enough staff, especially at the fabric cutting counter, but they are always friendly and helpful.

Glad to find Joann in town,,the help here is cordial and patient.Although Im on vacation I still find time to sew( my daughter set me up with a machine, to make me feel at home, 🤔maybe because I stay for so long☺

Service is going down hill at this store. I will not shop here anymore. Joann you have Stacy to thank for that. She could see I was having a hard time getting there app to open and she could’ve easily scanned it from hers. In the past when the cell service is bad the other cashiers have no problem doing it. She said I could bring everything back and a manager could fix it. I’m thinking why waste more of my time and the managers time. Poor customer service!

My wifes equivalent to me going to Lowes, Id give them lower stars if shed allow, because I get to walk this place for an hour at a time which is boring, lol. Kidding aside, they always seem to have some great deals, good clearance items, and she always has a coupon or something to take a bit more. Shes happy, so I am.

I went early Sunday and there was nobody there. The staff was very helpful in picking out what I needed. Good sales going on.

I went to purchase some eyelet after checking website for hours of operation said it was open from 9 till 9 however after driving 27 miles to get there I find a sign on yhe door that says the hours have changed to 10am till 6 pm and I was not about to wait an hour to be able to shop so I left. THEY NEED TO UPDATE WEBSITE HOURS IF ARE GOING TO CHANGE THEM NOT JUST PUT SIGN ON THE DOOR. I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN INCONVENIENCED IF THEY HAD DONE THAT THEY DO APOLOGIZE ON THE NOTE ON DOOR BUT CORRECTING WEBSITE HOURS WOULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH BETTER. NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE CAUSED A WASTED TRIP during ice storm did not let call center know they were not open they too used the website to check and verify they were open.

I thought that our Jo-Ann Fabric store in the central Arkansas Area was not that great but I take it back. This place looked like a tornado went through. It seemed dirty dingy and dark.

Found the fabric and notions . The customer service was good. I accomplished my goals and will return.

Over priced. They are stocked well with fabric if you can afford it.

A bit pricey unless you wait for online coupons. Also check the fine print on your coupons. There is enough selection, but not enough to keep locals from missing Hancocks. I also think Joannes remnants and discounted fabrics are considerably overpriced.You may notice that discount coupons are very confusing in that 50% off + 20% off does NOT equal 70% off. It means 50% off + 20% of the BALANCE after the 50%.So, lets say you buy $10.00 worth of items. With the coupon it does NOT total $7.00 off, but only $6.00. The total due is really $4.00 because 20% of the remaining 50%/$5.00 is $1.00.Ok, so holding up the line at the cash register for this to be explained is embarrassing. Once you understand the (deceptive?) (creative?) marketing strategy, maybe you wont feel what I did at the cash register.On a good note, although Joannes is seemingly shorthanded every day, the ladies there are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, and they didnt make up the marketing/discounting strategy/game.

Joanns has the BEST assortment of fabric crafts. My Mom LOVED to go in there when she was able to quilt. Today I realized why! All the bolts of materials are organized according to color. LOVE IT!

Its always clean and if I need help, theyre always quick to point me in the right direction, order something in for me or find what Im looking for. My wife loves this location. They are always kind and helpful. My son loves this place too, always laughing and having fun here while shopping. According to my wife, they have good prices and an excellent fabric selection. Definitely recommend this location.

I am into art work and the wife is into sewing. You have a very low grade of student art material . While the wife will give you a 5 star rating on sewing material. That is why I gave you 3 stars . Either get better quality art products or just get rid of the section altogether. Your art products are one step up from Crayola.

I think her name was Jackie but I was buying something I did not have enough money so I put something up but I still had not enough and she you her own coupon and it took off 8 dollars I am so thankful

Paid for item, got it home and it had been opened previously. Called them and they said it was inventoried so it should be good. Sold as new, for over 300 dollars. Not cool.would not return calls. Sketchy.

Had to wait in a line for more than 20 min. Over Half of that time there was 1 cashier and she was dealing with an unhappy customer. Finally another cashier walked up and started checking people out. When we left the line had at least 15 customers in line and only one cashier

Small store compared to other Joann stores I have been to. Usually have a good selection of seasonal items. Fair selection of papercrafting items. Good selection of craft magazines including ones from UK.

They have a lot of things you may need. However.. The last two visits. The employees about hide from customers I think. I took my 83 yr old mother and she was looking for something particular and it was like pulling tooth and nails to get help. The line to get material stayed long!!Sad folks say things about getting things online but personal customer service sure isnt like it use to be which in turns as drove people to just get it online and not have to deal with the bs.

Always neat items to spark creativity. They carry yarn you cant get at Hobby Lobby. People are very friendly and process are reasonable. Minus 1 star for lighting. The color you think a yarn is May be very different in good light.

Well stocked, even mid-pandemic, open regular hours and they’re super nice in here.

It is not the largest Joann store that Ive been to, but they have the essentials and enough items to make browsing enjoyable. The curbside pickup was a welcome addition in response to COVID. Thank you. It helped to make quarentine a little less bleak.

The gentleman that helped me with acrylic paints was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The store was spotless, bright and logically organized.

Great prices because they always have coupons & sales going on. Heavy in depts like fabric, paper craft, seasonal, yarn but lacking in needlework like embroidery, cross stitch, etc. So depends on what you are needing. I found their seasonal selection worth shopping there.

After going to like 5 stores they finally had the candy coloring I needed

Very low staffed. We were there around 11pm on a saturday afternoon, and they had ONE person checking everyone out, one lane open. There was about 15 people in line. We stood in like for 10 minutes to buy .56 string for my wifes cross stitch hobby. We will go to Hobby Lobby next time. Rogers and the surrounding area has 200,000 people, there needs to be more employees here, or better management.

I prefer shopping at Hobby Lobby. It is my always go to craft store. I get better sales and coupons that are actually real and usable at Hobby Lobby.

They have one wheelchair (my personal one broke so I have to rely on ones in stores) that can barely fit down some aisles, but I love their fabric selections. Heck of a lot better than Hobby Lobby.

JoAnn is a wonderful place IF youre using sales and/or coupons. At this particular location, Ive always encountered wonderful staff, found awesome deals, and way more than I intended to buy (but at super awesome clearance pricing).My only issue is the price BEFORE sales, which is pretty steep, so as long as you stay on top of that, youre going to find great values!

My girlfriend works there and all the people there are nice but Im a dude so I stay out of the store... Its for women not dudes or kids

Its not often that I find myself in a fabric store, but I had to stop by here to make a handmade Christmas gift with my son. The manager of the store took the time to help me research the item I would need and then helped me find it in the store. Awesome customer service!

Lots of great craft stuff with decent prices plus they normally always have some sort of active coupon. Very friendly staff as well, and they are always easy to locate if you need any assistance or advice.

My usual JoAnns in Joplin was out of the fabric I needed but they called around and found that JoAnns in Rogers had it. They set it aside for me and were just as sweet and helpful as my Joplin store. Thanks JoAnns!

Loved my Shopping trip! So many sales, and such beautiful fabric! I went back the next day and got a Cricut and all kind of accessories. More fun on the way!!

They have a large selection however most items show large price reductions that seem to be a bit high even after the reduction.

Joann Fabrics is a personal favorite of mine and I love having their app, with discount coupons, on my phone. While they didnt have what I was looking for in 108 wide fabric, I still found a quilting tool I wanted.

There are no scooters. Not knowing the store I wore myself out pushing my wheelchair around. Their bead selection is not what I was expecting. They do seem to have a fairly large selection of fabrics.

They got a great sewing selection. They also have a lot of knick knacks and gifts. All occasion cards and miscellaneous things they have fake flowers Etc. One of the things that I do love about Jo-Ann Fabrics they do have some of the more obscure crafts things that Hobby Lobby dont carry so if theres something youre looking for and you cant find it at Hobby Lobby you might be able to find it at Jo-Ann Fabrics.

Most things in here are easily seen or have the aisles clearly labeled. They didnt have what I was looking for, but dont let that take away from this having a 4 star craft store inventory selection.
