Bought party supplies for a birthday. We purchased number balloons. When we got home and took them out of the bag one of the numbers was deflated. We immediately called the store and were told no refunds or exchanges (all we wanted was a new balloon). As you can see from picture one balloon is full one is nearly empty, appears to be leaking. First and last time to this store!******update from owner, if you take their balloons out of the bag after going straight home and its deflated its on you! Luckily I was able to go to another store and get what I needed!

We went to Party Place to purchase just one balloon and have it blown up for my daughter’s birthday. My husband was told that all balloons had to be ordered ahead of time and that they could not blow it up. There were only a few people in the store and no one in line. I am saddened by the lack of customer service and cannot imagine a party store in which you are unable to purchase a balloon.

As the only party supply store in Rogers, they have almost all basics covered. Decently priced and neatly organized. The staff is help full. Wish they had a bit more novelty items to spruce up celebrations and parties. The themes work well, but wish there were extras to fit into each theme.

So pricey! But perfect for those last-minute Halloween!

The rudest employee of the year goes to the gray haired man with round spectacle glasses. Don’t ask him a question or ask him to clarify what he’s saying because he’ll talk down to you. No customer should ever be made to feel that way especially when all I needed was 2 balloons blown up. He was so condescending when I asked him to clarify what he was asking me (in front of a group of other customers) that I just took my items and left.

Good selection of balloons. I bought a $10 balloon. Had it filled there. Went straight home. Within 15 minutes I noticed the balloon was deflating. I checked for a hole. Nothing appeared to be wrong with the balloon. I called the store and explained my situation. Bryce explained once balloons leave the store they are not guaranteed. So I was stuck with a deflated $10 balloon that had been fully inflated about 30 minutes prior. I understand they don’t know what you do when you leave the store. If there’s no sign of damage or a hole, why not replace it? Sad my son came home from school on his birthday to a deflated balloon. I should have just trashed it before he saw it. That would have been better.

Limited stocks and overly price. You can get a better pricing at walmart instead and the timings are terrible. Dont have a choice on ballons sets.

Step it up! Or you will continue to lose Business. I would definitely replace the man up front or is he the owner? I went to purchase a #6 balloon and when I got home the balloon was deflating .I understand being outside this could happend but once I got in the house nothing changed. I called them and they said If I went back they would give me a new one If I returned the other one. (DOLLAR TREE balloons were perfectly fine) There was 5 min. left until the store closed and I live 10-13 min away.. I then asked her What should I do She completely ignored my question and waited until 6:00 pm (Close) to hang up on me. RUDE!I always buy my # balloons here and party supplies.. Its frustrating that this happend.

This store had a good selection kind of picked over in certain areas however completely understandable during current times. As some mentioned it is a little pricey compared to somewhere like party city however they are not a chain so this is understandable too. Also when it is all said and done it is not a huge price difference. The girls handling the checkout where helpful and friendly. My 2 star review is due to a gentleman working there. I was very disappointed in his “I could careless” attitude. There were a couple customers with problems or who had changed their mind at the last second which I understand is frustrating I have been in retail for over 10 years however I would have expected far more compassion from a local business. He also told a customer they did not have something I saw myself in the store while I was shopping. Unfortunately he was also less than kind to the girls working the counter. I would much rather shop local but I will think twice about coming here again.

My daughter and I went to get decorations for my grandsons birthday and this lady came up behind us and said do you both have masks I had mine on my daughter cant wear one due to medical issues. So she kicked us out of the store and said you can use our curb side. I said you just kicked us out of your store i will never use your curbside or come back in your store. This manager lady was the most rude person I have ever delt with she also told us its a law you have to wear a mask and its not in Arkansas or anywhere! Dont give these people your business!!

I work with individuals with developmental disabilities. Our experience was horrifying. The treatment of customers and citizens with special needs was reprehensible. This establishment apparently has not heard of the ADA. If you have a friend or loved one with special needs I would recommend that you shop elsewhere.

Nice store. We have been in seversl to.es. Once I found someone to help me, she was very polite and helpful, as was the lady at checkout.

The worst place Ive ever been in. Talk about pushing a democratic agenda on your customers! And the harassment and stalking of the concerned worker for my mask not being over my nose. As if the store didnt need to be cleaned up or shelves stocked. What a waste of time to follow someone around instead of working and wasting other people time. Lousy selection to boot! Never will i return here or refer them with to anyone

Almost made a mistake and spent money at this pathetic establishment. I walked in and saw an armed, Securitas guard bullying a person with a developmental disability. It was sad. What kind of businesses hire fascists to enforce illegal ordinances? I left and went to another place.

My mother and I went in to get birthday decorations for my nephew. My mother had a mask on and i did not due to an illness I have and the rude lady, who was a manager mind you, told us to leave the store and that it did not matter that i had an illness i had to wear one. And said that it was a law to wear one in AR even though that is NOT true. I will never again go to this store and they need to hire better management or they will continue to lose business.

I was here a couple of weeks ago to pick out decorations for a graduation. They are pretty well stocked although a bit pricey.I also commend the staffs for being on hand to help. The organization was pretty commendable too. I am leaving them a 5 star especially considering that they are a local business, employing locals and also arguably one of the best party supply store in the area.

This place is very poorly ran, the employees take too long to do anything much less get to me while Im waiting on a cashier. They took over 25mintues to blow up my balloons as they kept talking and walking around, and also rolled theyre eyes and made sarcastic comments to me. Guy with the long hair is very very rude.Very poor customer service I will be finding another party place to shop at.

Terrible customer service. I bought helium balloons and paid this place to fill them in the late afternoon for my baby shower the next morning. Overnight all the balloons sagged to the ground. I took them back to be refilled and they refused. They told me the only option was to buy brand new balloons and pay to have those filled. I will never shop here again. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a party store.**Update: I did purchase the balloons from you and then had them filled with you. They were the balloons recommended by your employees. They did not last overnight. And while I understand that you can’t make promises, you seem to believe that no effort on your part is appropriate. I also followed the instructions given by your employees. I drive home and took them out of the bag within half an hour (I was told no more than one hour in the bag). I stored them in my room overnight. These were normal conditions, following the instructions given and using the product you recommend and sell.You can’t promise you’ll be able to serve me day of my event, but you can’t promise that products purchased will last overnight. Which means doing business with you means that my events may or may not go as planned and there’s no way to ensure success. That may work for you, but it does not for me, your former customer.You are not providing the service I expect. Your business is events and my event was less successful because I did business with you. Your staff made no effort to attempt to ensure the success of my event and you seem happy with your side of this transaction.All of this means that the only way to ensure a successful event is to purchase the balloons on Amazon and rent a helium tank. My event would have been more successful without your store’s involvement.You may continue to argue with your customers when we tell you that you are not meeting our needs if you wish, but that does not change that you have lost my business for good. It may not matter to you, but I still wanted to let you know.

Had exactly what I was looking for!

The customer service here was terrific..My daughter wanted to be a fox for Halloween, is it so hard to be a fox unless you want to be a sexy Fox and I just dont see my eight-year-old as a sexy Fox..The employees here were able to help me pick out a few things and put together an outfit pretty quick....They didnt have every last thing I needed to hear but the customer service was just impeccable I cant express how much their customer service meant to me this day.

This place didnt disappoint i found exactly what i was needing. So much to choose from. If you are having a party defiantly recommend! :)

We went looking for blue hair dye. We had excellent sales assistance but they were out of blue hair dye and they didnt expect restocking any time soon. It had a lot of other party items so definitely check here if you are looking for costumes, etc.

Have bought here two years so far. Good selection of costumes, makeup and accessories. Some sizes may be sold out so get there early is always advisable. Cost a bit more so planning ahead could pay less elsewhere. Really great staff, even suggest my son try on his outfit before purchase. My sons costume ripped at the shoulder seam and since no returns I sewed it. Store policy, no returns on costumes but perhaps they would have exchanged it.

They have everything! Well stocked and organized store with every imaginable party item.

This is the absolute worst store. Do not waste your time visiting... first of all there are multiple signs everywhere to not touch anything so this brick and mortar store might as well be online because you can’t actually look at anything. Second, we ordered a balloon bouquet, when I took it out of the bag (less than an hour later) the large number balloon was completely deflated. I drove (with my upset toddler in tow) back to the store 20 min from my house to be told they will not fix the issue and that I was welcome to buy another expensive number balloon. This place is beyond a PIA, and I will NOT be returning. I would rather drive to Fayetteville an hour away than deal with this store again.

This store is terrible. Everybody who works in there is extremely rude including the manager. Prices are ridiculous & you pretty much can’t return anything you buy even if it doesn’t work. I would recommend just buying items off Amazon or a completely different store.

The pricing is double and even triple what you can buy online for. Align your pricing more closely with reality and youll see a increase in purchases instead of people using you as a showroom then buying online.Example: your balloons, at the cheapest, are .24 cents each. I needed 1,000. A bag of 100 here costs $24.99.Online, I can get 150-200 for $8-10. Guess where I ended up making my purchase from?Staff is friendly, the one star is not a reflection on them.

So so place. It is just a knock-off of Party City. Ive been twice here and while they have nice stuff, I didnt find what I was looking for either time.

I’d give your store 0 stars if I could. Had a baby reveal balloon to fill today, latex and 36 inches. Called your store and asked if they could and the young lady said yes and when I asked her how much, she told me her manager would let me know when I got there. So I drove there and the manager let me know she would be charging $30 to fill my one balloon with helium. THIRTY FREAKING DOLLARS!!! There’s no excuse for that! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in this store and I have no problem with paying for the use of your helium and your time but $30 seems a little, no, a lot excessive! Sadly, your manager on duty was not polite either. I will drive to Fayetteville for future party needs or order online. By the way, another party place filled my balloon for $1.50 and some kindness, which was priceless.*UPDATE*The owner called me and discussed the reason for the cost of the helium and apologized for his employees not educating me on why the balloon would cost so much to fill. He was very pleasant and helpful. Although I had the not pleasant experience, his call changed my mind about shopping in his store again. We all have bad customer experiences, or have given them, it’s how they are handled afterwards that makes the business worth visiting again.

Lost my business today!! I bought a ton of stuff, 2 graduation items and then decided to go with a different theme. They would not let me return the 2 graduation items because they are seasonal.I understand if I am trying to return them after graduation..but its April!!

The aisles are part themes. So if you want Princesses, On the Farm or Babyshower decisions, youve got a large selection of things! But if you want anything different/unique/customized you probably wont find it here. Always worth checking though. They also have balloons and costumes.

We visited this store to find birthday party supplies, but we had a miserable experience. The workers followed us around THE WHOLE TIME, asking literally every 30 seconds if they could help us find something. We told them NO at least 20 times, and they JUST. WOULD. NOT. LEAVE. US. ALONE!! I will never step foot in that store again! 😠

Completed my $47 ballon order incorrectly. Despite showing pictures of what I wanted when I got them home I realized the manager Serena had commingled all the ribbons of the small sets on two separate weights together. This made it impossible for me to separate them. She refused to accept that she completed the order wrong and insisted I must have done this myself. I told her I could send her pictures where she had tied knots of the bottom of the weights causing the ribbons to commingle- she insisted the wind must of done and I should have bought a stand. Nobody ever offered a stand. She refused to give me any kind of refund since I was now unable to use the balloons for a picture session. She stated if something was actually wrong I would have mentioned it in the store. First and last time I will ever do business here. I am completely appalled that Party’s City allows such a rude and incompetent person to be a store manager.

Will NOT do business here again! Bought balloons & they told us they would air them up the day of our party. The day of our party they told us they were too busy. We bought a helium tank that wasnt cheap & ended up finding somewhere that did it for us.I just brought the unused tank back for a refund & was told they are non-returnable! They did not tell us this & it does not state that io the receipt!

Went into get some balloons for my 7 year old. Wanted literally 3 balloons. They sent me back out with nothing bc “they were too booked.”

I had a terrible experience If I could I wouldnt even give a single STAR for rating. My 1 year old got yelled at by one of the workers. He had no respect for a baby that doesnt understand. I think he should understand that where he is working at there WILL be children at all times and has to respect them and the parents.

Way over priced. You can get a lot of this at Walmart for almost three times less. The only positive thing I can say is that they have a lot of different birthday themes. Still way over priced. Im not paying $20 for a Minnie mouse balloon.

Some of the themes you can go to Walmart and get for 50% or more less than what is marked here. And then when I went to bring in the balloons i bought from here since i didnt have my receipt it was going to cost 25 dollars! 2 dollars per balloon. And with a receipt would still be 1 dollar a balloon! Which again at Walmart no receipt only .50 cents and it doesnt even have to be balloons bought from there. And once I had the balloons blown up they started popping just floating. Out of 12 balloons I had 5 left.

This place is such a good place to go. the staff is so kind and friendly. i was having a terrible day and i was very frustrated and stressed but the staff was so kind, specifically a man with glasses and a beard, he was wearing a red party palace shirt on the day im writing this! he was so kind it actually brought me to tears! he did something very kind for me and it meant so much to me that i literally spent four minutes crying in the parking lot because of how much the little act of kindness he did helped me. plus this is the only place with helium strong enough to make those gold mylar number balloons float. ill only be coming here for party stuff from now on

Friendly Staff but some of the prices are double what you can find online.If you are looking for ballons, they have a huge selection but order ahead of time, some times they get backed up with orders and cant fit a walk in customer in.They do have a good selection and I go there for the few things I dont have time to wait to come in.

Felt like a tourist where no one cared that I was there. Every time I come here, theres a difference in the price on the shelf to the price at the register. I stood at the register with the cashier but she didnt ask to help me until I asked her to help me. Just not the culture that I look for in retail.

Customer service is awful there, when i asked a question i received two half answers that made no sense.

I purchased a balloon there and got it home and the seam on the balloon gave out and went to return it and they said they dont take back balloons after you leave the store. I think thats ridiculous it wasnt my fault and I was out $10 without even them even trying to work with me. Their customer service was horrible.
