My husband is a disabled veteran and have major Foot and Ankle problems. He broke both of his feet and ankles 15 years ago in the military. Needless to say, it takes a lot of shopping and a long time of searching to find him a pair of shoes, both tennis shoes, dress shoes and work shoes, that dont hurt his feet as much and are comfortable and light weight, and that are wide enough, as he has wide feet. After about six hours of shopping in different outdoor stores, and other shoe stores, I remembered Shoe Carnival! My husband was extremely frustrated, our kids were exhausted, and we were all ready to find him a few great pair of shoes. So we headed over to Shoe Carnival and voila! She not only found one, but two pair of shoes that are lightweight enough for his feet! He will be purchasing more and due to the kind and helpful nature of the manager and employees at Shoe Carnival we will most definitely be coming back for shoes for our entire family! We have a family of six, my husband, myself, and our four kids. Thank you Shoe Carnival employees for being helpful! Also, dont forget to sign up for the rewards points program, especially if you have a large family or buy a lot of shoes there. ️😊

My wife goes to this store, shops for half an hour, finds multiple pairs of shoes that were on clearance, stands in line that’s 8-9 people deep, purchases her shoes and rounds the total up for charity. Then walks out the front door, looks at the receipt and realizes that none of the shoes rang up at the proper prices. She immediately walks right back in and is approached by a clerk and asked if she has a return. She tells her that 30 seconds ago she bought these shoes and they didn’t ring up correctly. The clerk says to my wife just go get back in line and I will help you when you get back to the register. Now the line is even longer, probably 10-12 people deep. So by the time she made it back to the register she was so frustrated at the situation that she returned all $170 worth of shoes she had just been over charged for, minus the money that she gave to charity of course. In this world you have a couple types of people. 1 type is the person that throws a temper tantrum and causes a scene. The 2nd type will quietly return their items and never return. My wife never complains. She just NEVER goes back. Businesses wonder why sales dwindle??? It’s because you treat customers this way to many times and you go out of business.

I cant abide rude people! Every worker there acts like you are bothering them if you ask a question. Um... isnt that part of your JOB! UGH!!!

Prices are higher every time I come through but the service is quick and easy

The employees there are very nice and helpful. Prices are not bad and the do have lots of name band shoes. Coupon help alot.

No 1 tried to help me at all. Most of their products are for small feet. They had a very small selection of shoes for people who had feet bigger than a size 9.5 and their prices were not very good either. I will not be going back!

Staff was unhelpful. There was several of them standing in the middle of the aisles talking and straightening while I was going back and forth across the store from girls to boys searching for sizes for my children. We werent greeted. Never asked if we needed help. We were there for about 2 hours bought 6 pairs of shoes. At checkout, when the kiddos asked if they could spin the wheel, we were told no. Thats only if they buy 3 pairs or get an accessory. Since our 6 pairs were split between 3 transactions it didnt count. (Each child wanted to use their own giftcards so we split it up.) Attitudes lacked as well. Prices werent any better than any other place either. If the littles werent using their gift cards we wouldve gone else where. If i could give a negative star review i would.

Out of the 4 shoe places i went to this business had the best selection by far. Its always hard to find a store that carries the larger sizes at all and this store had more selection in store than any other store i went to

They are one of the very few places I can find size 15 shoes. I buy a pair, like them and pickup anorhrt pair. Rogers and Fayetteville hero men every time.

Need a better selection of shoes. They did not have what I was looking for and most of the shoes were very similar in appearance. I ended up ordering directly from the factory.

The guy that helped us with my sons shoes was great however i was disappointed as i have been a loyal in store customer for about 6 years only to discover there was a 20% off discount for buying online. Shame shame.

Associate seemed incompetent had to pretty much find everything myself.

During my visit there was a total of five workers but only one register open. There were only two polite workers and the other three were rude and very unprofessional! I will not be returning to this location and will make sure other people quit shopping at this location due to poor customer service!

Went to this one after husband and I saw shoes we liked at Fayetteville store. I decided to go buy them and when I went to this Promenade location they didnt have either shoes. Just didnt carry them. I had to drive back to Fayetteville. Also while I was searching I passed probably 5 employees and not one said hello or asked if they could help me find anything. I wont go back to this location.

I found a pair of the most comfortable and affordable shoes!!! I love the sales that was available at the time that I went in. I was looking for some converse and a pair of girly shoes and I found just that and at a great price. It did take me a good minute to decide on which shoe I was going to get so I dont know if that is what brought on the attitude that I recieved at check out... I question my total because I was doing the bogo 1/2 off and I was using a 10 off coupon. The sales rep told me my balance in a rude tone and then she was like receipt in the bag or with you? I responded with me and she still threw the receipt in the bag. If it had not been for that horrible customer service I would have gave all stars. I always give second chances. I hope for better customer service the next time around.
