Bedford was there when I needed them and really saved my butt!!I showed up to help a client film a video segment and discovered I didn’t have an SD Card. In a slight panic, I jumped in the car to try and find a high-quality 128GB card at 9a.I thought Bedford near the Promenade was closed until 10a, but called just in case. Roger answered the phone even though he technically didn’t have to for another hour.I told him about my dilemma and he said to come on down and he’d have a card ready upon my arrival. Roger welcomed me at the door, confirmed my needs, and had me checked out in a flash!I was back with the client in 7 minutes and we finished on time. All thanks to Roger at Bedford Camera.Great job guys! Keep up the good work.

This store is awesome. The salesperson listen to me and assisted me with setting up a new filter for my lense. Even let me look at other lens I thinking about and trying those out on my camera.
Went in for a fingerprint scan for a new position and the male (older) associate was very rude. He acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help me, (I had an appointment made prior) although there were no other customers at the time. Yikes! In the future I’ll make the drive to Fayetteville to avoid the terrible customer service.

I’m a photography student and the camera and equipment that I had bought from here years ago was stolen. I have since moved to California so when I called to see if they could help me out in any way, I was well prepared for them to say there was nothing they could do for me. I was pleasantly mistaken. The person I communicated with the most was an employee named Malachi who is a photographer himself. He found me a used camera that the store had in stock and leveled with me about what’s the best choice of equipment as a professional photographer with a college student budget. They carefully packaged my purchases so that my things arrived quickly and all in great condition. No matter where in the world my career as a photographer takes me, I will ALWAYS choose Bedford Camera & Video over all others because of their knowledge of the products they sell and their awesome customer service.

Posting on behalf of my sister. She went to the Rogers Store for help with some very old slides from our Dads attic. She needed quality digital images made, in order to fight for his rights for VA Benefits that he was being denied. After hearing why she needed the digital images, they would not even let her pay for them! She purchase a flash drive from their store, and they no charged the services, because they wanted to support a Veteran and his needs. Thank you for your help to our servicemen and women!

I walked into your store with my own camera which would probably show you I know a little bit about what Im talking, maybe not as much as your rude staff but I know how to use my camera. Your salesmen at the counter proceeded to rudely tell me how to put my own lense on my camera after watching me test fit one of your used lens.After this happened I proceeded to ask about used lens and prices and your salesmen acted like he didnt really care to help me after I told him I didnt want to spend 250$ at the moment on a lens. Then I asked if you guys did financing and he said yes. I filled out my application and then proceeded to wait 20 minutes someone to finally process it just to tell me I wasnt approved which is my problem.After that I went and got lense cover off your shelf sat it on the counter to buy and was ignored for another 10 minutes! I will not step foot inside one of your stores. I watched 3 other people get help while I was in your store all of which Im sure looked like they had more money than me and received amazing customer service! Me on the other hand not so much! Worst experience ever!
We have had several great experiences with Fayetteville Bedford Camera Office. Aaron and other staff members have provided excellent service and have reproduced a number of photos for us which all have turned out great. I had a large print made today and it looks just great and at a very reasonable price. Worth the 56 mile drive.........

Without getting into embarrassing technicalities, I had to come into the store today because I got grass stuck in my flash so bad, that it wouldn’t open. Nothing I tried worked and I was panicking because I leave town tomorrow for family Christmas and I’m the photographer!I was worried I had really messed up and the camera would have to be left for a day or two of repair, risking epic family Branson adventures documentation 😎...I’m already the single black sheep of the family....I don’t need anymore help.BUT.....Aaron saved the day. He fixed my problem in about two minutes and was very nice not to make fun of how on earth it happened in the first place!!While I was waiting my turn, I also observed how overly friendly and helpful the staff seemed to be overall!THANK YOU for being quick, informative SO NICE and saving a Christmas for this fam! 😎

Bedfords Rogers location is a great! The employees all have their own personalities that mesh so well and allow customers to feel welcome and well taken care of. The store is a little smaller than other locations but they are well stocked and well versed in their knowledge.
Fabian was a wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about all the different types of cameras and the lenses. Ill definitely come back soon!
They work wonders and created a beautiful 16 x 20 print from a cloudy and out of focus 20 x 24. We are tremendously impressed.
Went in there today to get some information about some camera lenses that I found and pretty much they seem like they really didnt want to talk to me about it pretty much just told me the basics. I asked if he could tell me how they work and how to use them and the guy just seem like he didnt want to help out with anything really!! so this will be the last time I ever go to Bedford Camera and Video

A wonderful place for all of my camera needs. Service is exceptional! I was trying to find out how to use a feature in my Nikon camera. I called Nikon and they couldnt figure it out. I went to the store and Jessica (manager) worked with me for over 30 minutes and finally figured it out even though Nikon couldnt. I have referred several of my friends their.

I have been a customer of Bedford Camera in Rogers for about 3 years and have always had great experiences with the staff. I enjoy shopping local because of the people. My Real Estate Photography business is success in part because if I have an issue with equipment that I have bought there they are quick to find a solution to get me back up and running. Case in point,I was shooting a house about a year ago and had some lighting needs. I called the store, they had what I needed but I could not make it there in time and back to the shoot to finish. The store manager asked me where I was and the next thing I know I had my lights. If I have something special I need and its not something they carry, they find it and order it. I have had nothing but great experiences with the entire team at Bedfords in rogers.Bedfords Rogers location is my go to store. Thanks for all you do to meet my needs.

I am a victim of the rogue practice of this company.Earlier this year an employee of their repair branch in Rogers (Jessica) bought a fully working used photo gear from us. Later they complained that the item is not working and aggressively forced a return on the item. We do keep high resolution images of the item we ship out and the wear patterns on the item returned is definitely different from the one we shipped to them.As a repair center (Their Rogers branch) they have the technical knowhow to switch serial number plate on the item.So next time you use them for repair services, beware that the Repaired item they return to you could be a switched item they took from their victim and what you will receive is an equivalent of stolen good.Their so called repair services is basically accepting repair request, switch your defective camera with a fully working camera of the same model that they bought elsewhere so they can collect repair fees. Later they will return the defective camera to where they bought the working camera from for refund. Some innocent victim will end up with your broken gear and BEDFORD CAMERA gets to keep the repair fees.
So I shop at Bedfords on a regular basis and am always greeted by the friendly and extremely helpful staff. Bedfords has been my go to camera store since 2009. The staff is always more than happy to help with all of my camera and gear needs. I refuse to shop at the big box stores due to the immature and unknowledgeable employees.

I was reading through some of the positive and negative comments to see how others feel about the Rogers store and thought I would add mine. I try to support my local stores and encourage others to do the same.I can’t say enough good thing about Bedfords. On more than one occasion, the staff at the Roger’s store has come to my rescue when I needed equipment in an emergency. If I have had any issues with equipment, I always got swift resolution. Customer service is great. They have a nice selection of cameras and lens. If they don’t have it on hand, they can get it.For accessories, I use Arca Swiss hardware and would prefer to buy from them than order online. I hope in the future it s a possibility they will carry it in their store.I would rather buy locally and have a person to help me face to face should I have questions.I have to respond to review vic Ed.. Taking a serial number off the equipment and switching it is impossible. It’s either engraved or embedded the moulding. I took that review with a grain of salt, as it’s obvious this person doesn’t know what they are talking about.Shop local! Shop Bedfords..
Sadly I think the tendency these days is for people to use review sites as a place to gripe. The reality is that as a professional photographer who not only shoots full time but also has several photographers who work directly for me Bedford Camera has been a silent partner to me throughout the last 8 years. This company is family owned and well managed. Its not a Best Buy, or a B&H and theyre proud of that simply because it means that you are likely working directly not only with somebody who cares about you as a person, but who also is a photographer or at least photo-enthusiast. I have purchase 13 cameras and dozens of lenses from this company. Ive dealt with their repair department, their print company, and know all of the management simply from the amount of time I have spent inside and can say with absolute certainty that this company, let alone this store is a blessing to both me and my company. From the very top of Bedfords on the corporate scale to the management of the Bedfords store the expectation is not only high customer service but a knowledgable staff and a capable print team. It honestly makes me sad to see a few negatives reviews here because it so personally affects the people that these negative reviews touch. This is a store full of genuinely kind people who enjoy their jobs and focus primarily on giving customers a positive experience and a great product. In house prints are as high in quality as my professional labs, prices are matched to big box stores and only sales constantly, and the education of the employees to not only sell but understand the three most dominant camera companies on the market today is impressive. Is it possible to walk in there with a question they can not answer? Absolutely. Is it also possible to write a completely ridiculous review about how a camera sales store does not sell parts that are specific to your needs (though I am certain they could order them) or to review a store based on bogus and offensive assertions that this company switches serial numbers? Absolutely. Sadly the internet is a ridiculous place - and if youre wanting to simply purchase a camera from anywhere and be affected by a few negative reviews I can assure you that youll likely get what you pay for. This company has not only held my hand from the beginning of my company but as also gone beyond every expectation to help me. In 2012 I had a camera emergency on a wedding day and a Bedfords manager drove 30 minutes to bring me a replacement camera for free. Theyve been my go to call for any question and have personally connected me to my own industry in ways I could not have done without them. Bottom line is that Jessica is an incredible manager. Her staff likes their jobs, respects her direction, and works as hard as is reasonable to leave each customer happy when they leave.Note : If youre willing to write a negative review please consider the lives and the jobs of the people you are reviewing. Its easy to hide behind a google review and act as though your experience is the norm, but then again it seems fairly obvious that the people who take the time to whine, typically went into a situation with a negative experience in mind.

Ive bought equipment from here and also prints. Their internet interface for printing is not great, and misses a lot of choices that you get if you go in and use their photo stations. Also, for equipment they will price match.
