Bass Pro Shops is great. There are Cabela items here too. We have bought knives here, clothing and more. We always enjoy the little aquarium. My husband enjoys the fudge too! This time my husband and and I bought Keen hiking shoes. I highly recommend Bass Pro Shop’s shoe dept. They allow you to try the 60 days, wear them and then return them, if you aren’t satisfied.

Was extremely well stocked. Friendly but not overly pushy staff. Very great air conditioning, and cool to look around in. Good place to stop on a trip. Cheap jerky.

When my grand daughter walked into this store, she was no longer the little girl with a speech impairment. Every animal in that place was talked to, given instructions on how to behave and before we knew it, 2 hours had gone by. Thank you to the staff for being such good sports. It was apparent they were entertained by our presence...lol!

Love this place. Some of their things can be a bit pricey, but you can usually always find what you need. So much to look at and so much to want. They have clothing, shoes, camping and boating stuff, boats and ATVs, and I think they have guns and accessories. Hunting and target practice equipment. Just so much cool stuff. I notice new things every time I come in the store. I dont know anyone who wouldnt like this store.

Great visit: talked with Raiden Mayo about depth/fish finders for our Sun Tracker pontoon boat. Fine young man. Knows his stuff. Appreciated his patience and his knowledge. A fine asset for Bradford Marines boat sales dept. I will go back to see him in the future.

My husband and I came here on Sunday. My husband asked a man behind the gun counter to help us. He stated he was processing a gun and acted as if we were a bother instead of getting someone to help us or telling us he would be right with us. My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted and were there to purchase quite a bit. We walked on down to where 3 other workers were assisting one guy and his son. Not one person spoke to us. I finally said, we can purchase this gun many other places, (this place was not my first choice anyways). Does not take 3 men to help one customer. You lost at least a 1500 dollar sale, but maybe thats not important to you. Bad customer service seems to be the norm, what a shame.

Complete garbage customer service in Fire arms department. 3 guys standing around watching 2 help others. On the other side fishing department was excellent. The guys knew exactly where the bait I was looking for was.

My son and I went into the store two weeks before bow season to buy a crossbow. According to their website, they had the crossbow we wanted in stock. So, we made our way to the store to check it out. As we searched for the crossbow we wanted, we found a different one to try instead. We tried to find an employee to help us, but there wasn’t anyone working the archery department. I found two employees around the store to help us, but both employees were dismissive of our presence and needs, and behaved as though we were a bother. We left and found a crossbow at academy.

Great store, great atmosphere, clothes are a bit pricey.

Im thoroughly impressed with the employee that I met in the footwear department today, Joseph. I came in, he approached me and asked how he could help. I showed him an image of a pair of boots I found online. He went back immediately and got me the size I requested. Didmt take long, either. Well, it turns out that those boots werent my size, nor were they what I really wanted. He told me about the ones that he was wearing, and told me that he could go to the back and find some for me. Got me the size I needed, and was incredibly happy with everything about the boot. I only spent about ten minutes in that store. Amazing customer service!

Called bass pro today and asked for some ammo sert kind of they had it . Drove up there to find out the guy that told us they did didn’t know what he was talking about . (Which wasn’t the issue ) asked a guy since we couldn’t find any and he said no we have none and haven’t which wasn’t the problem either I nicely responded that guy we talked to might need help in the department that way in the future he can better help a customer still not the issue the employee come back very hateful and rudely that we can go somewhere else! And go buy ammo down the street . Everyone else was very nice in the store but one employee can ruin a whole experience . Thank you but took my busniess else were

We ordered two new kayaks before a trip. The first time it came in, the boats were very torn up due to the lack of protection. They had just a thin plastic bag over the boats that was torn up too. Looked at the boats and it appeared to be purely negligence. Talked to the manager and staff.. who told me that the damage was normal. Ive been kayaking for almost 20 years and Ive never heard of such a thing being brand new.. they still wanted us to take the boats at full price. After refusing they tried to make it out that I had taken the boat from the property first. ( which I took photos at their bay in the back for this reason). They tried to replace it and have a manager from the Springfield store call me. Also stated that there was nothing she could do about the way they ship the boats.. yet some how the boats inside of the store are immaculate..She was very rude and didnt expedite the shipment that she said she would. We missed our trip and canceled our order. We both are bass pro club members. After this order deal, ill never order anything from bass pro again. be AWARE!!

I love this store. I just enjoy their wide variety of everything outdoors . I enjoy looking at all the home decorations and different foods.Their fudge is good . Sometimes they have a gun display . Their staff is friendly I’ve never met one that wasn’t outgoing and helpful.

Im pretty sure this was a Cabelas before it was a Bass pro shop and I do know that Bass pro owns Cabelas now. It just didnt seem to be as nice a store as the Bass pro shops that Im used to going in we did find a couple of items and it was okay but it seemed lacking compared to their other stores. Certainly better than nothing but not really up to par with the Bass pro shops in other places.

Stopped in to check for 9mm ammo. At the door, I got a hard sell for the club. Couldnt hardly get away from the door. Seriously. To answer the question, no, they didnt have any 9mm ammo. Weirdly, the pitch for the club was being able to purchase 8 boxes of ammo. When exactly would those 8 boxes be available to buy? Picked up some cleaning stuff and at the checkout, again with the club. Bass Pro, sell ammo not the club.

Gun area refuses to pick up their phone. Ive been calling for 2.5h now and the operator blatantly told me they are absolutely terrible at answering their phone. If this is so well known shouldnt management be handling this? Sounds like they need new associates.

I usually don’t feel moved to write reviews, but the staff at this store is too good for me not to leave a review. I came in to inquire about a handgun I had been looking for for a while now. Long story, short, I was given the absolute best customer service I’ve had in a long time. From the second I walk in to when I left the store after a purchase, all the staff I encountered made sure to greet me and ask if they could help with anything. I live in Oklahoma, so the staff worked with me to make my firearm purchase possible by having it shipped to a store in Oklahoma. I want to especially point out the gentleman that showed me some of the guns while I was there and the other two men that helped me in the firearms department. I can only remember the name of one of them, Ricky. If any of those three gentlemen from the store reads this review, thank you.

Their customer service is out of this World amazing!! We got my son hiking boots and the representative helped us pick the right ones and showed him exactly how to tie them. This store has everything you could need for an outdoor adventure.

My only problem is they dont carry Berkeley baits. But other than that its a good place. The employees are very helpful the employee that helped me was Mike hes really nice

The mounted animals are spectacular! ! I would give five stars if there was a laser shooting gallery or something like it, which is one reason why we wanted to go there. It was interesting and enjoyable even so.

When my moms luggage was stolen on vacation, her favorite pair of shoes was gone. She has Parkinsons, and its hard to find shoes that work for her. Bass Pro always has a good selection of comfortable shoes. She was very pleased that tye-dye pattern was an option 😉 The person in the shoe department was very willing and helpful while we chose the style/brand and he found the size we needed.

Great products and great employees. My problem is that there is only 1 option for womens work boots in-store, which also happens to be the only womens steel toe shoe. There are 47 options for mens work boots in-store. Id normally just buy the mens, but (at least out of steel toe), they dont even have a size small enough for womens 8.5 to fit. Id just like to be able to buy work boots in a store so that I can try them on and get what I need, like any man can.

This is my home away from home 🤣 I wish there is everything you could possibly need from boats to shoes both men e womens. Guns ammo bows from recurves to compound. Clothing also e sunglass available smokers BBQ and more great big parking lot and like the theme changes. The surprise is the animals e fish. Boats e gators also Just cool 🤗

One of the best stores for outdoor adventure activities. They do have a wide range of sunglasses too ranging from Rayban, Maui Jim’s, Oklay, Costa. Super helpful staff!

Levi, the Bow Tech helped me out in a pinch and was fantastic! My bow string slipped off my cam and he had me fixed up and gave my bow a quick tune-up, in no time. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He took the time to educate me on a few things and was more than willing to help me out. He really has a lot of archery knowledge and experience, and I will be using him whenever possible for any of my future archery needs. Highly recommended! Thanks again, Levi!

Always find what Im looking for at bass pro! An employee took us straight to what we needed and we were probably there and had what we needed in less than 10 mins!

Very nice store.....only thing is they are big on asking you to get a credit card. Went in for two crickhopper lures and was asked by two separate employees. That means the company is pushing them to do that and it is very annoying.

Good selection of items. Can be pricey. Staff is hard to find but friendly. Family friendly and has something for everyone.

I believe when most customers are in the wrong they’ll find some excuse to give the store a poor review. However, I’ll swallow my pride and admit my fault just for the purpose of showing how great this Bass Pro handled my situation. I ordered about $25 worth of merchandise that had to be shipped into the store. Between working, quarantine battles, and living 60 miles away (this store still being closest to me) it wasn’t until today that I was able to make my way to the store. The store had tried to contact me a few times, calls which I had mistaken for spam calls, until they left a message for me about my package. They had to send my items back to their original location but they gave me a $25 gift card to use in their store and were very understanding. Instead of getting upset with me, they leveled with me and showed amazing customer service. The only true complaint I’d really have would be the disconnect between the checkout workers and the customer. The worker seemed more interested in what their coworker was doing and when their shift ended or what have you than the customer at their register, however the process was still fast and efficient. Highly recommend this store for all your outdoor needs.

You have no form of contactless payment at this store but do in your other stores? I tried to spend money with you today via the Bass Pro app, Online order, digital wallet etc. but your customer service department literally said no. If you all are having financial issues this is probably a good indicator of why. A $2300+ sale walked out the door after trying to convince your staff to take forms of payment the rest of the retail world take. They would not release inventory via online sale that was tangible in their hands and the money was right in front of them via the Bass Pro app? I drove 2 hours.

Amazing! Most all are knowledgeable. Once in awhile in the shoe department they are hateful and dont want to do anything. But never let that deter you from asking for help any where else in the store. GrGreat STORE!

We took our four boys to see Santa tonight, I was unsure of how it would go with all the safety precautions in place for covid, it was an awesome experience! Santa was so sweet and just really great in every way! He even got my teen to laugh! The staff running everything was amazing as well! We love Bass Pro in a Rogers!! Thank you!

Its a really nice store. Its nothing like any other store around with the free candy / snacks and the animal life around and the fish tanks. The set up is like being out side with the comfort of being inside. So many items to look at for your outdoor activities. Recommend you come and check this place out.

I would have understood but with less than 20 people in store?Upon reaching check out, Alexandra the cashier was on her phone texting. Completed her texting then started ringing me out. Bass Pro Shops is probably the greatest store of all time. I mean, if you bleed the Red, White and Blue than this is the place for you. From duck calls to drop shots, salt licks to salted lizards, jig trailers to boat trailers. They’ve got a little bit of everything freedom represents 🇺🇸

Always fun to visit a Bass Pro shop; even if youre just looking at camping equipment or going to see their aquarium or animal displays. However I did find outdoor shoes but I had to buy mens shoes bc they didnt offer them for women. My husband found what he wanted in the sports section.

Black Friday sales werent much. Hardly anything useful on sale mostly just flannel clothes. However this store is always clean and bathrooms are clean. Easy in and out with their streamlined check out. Overall a good place to visit and watch the fish.

Was there this morning to purchase some ammo, and was sorely disappointed. The employees were awesome, as usual, selection was to be expected in these times. My disappointment was the opening. Older gentlemen who were there first wound up behind the younger fellas who could run to the ammo counter. First come, first serve does not apply in Rogers Arkansas, it is fittest first. And Social Distancing does not apply once inside. Academy is better prepared!

I love Bass Pro😊 And everyone is always friendly and helpful. The stores are always big and beautiful and clean. Love the fish tanks. My favorite part of the store would be fishing sections. Im positive ill have many more visits to bass pro. Maybe one day ill make it home with one of those beautiful boats. Recently I took bass pro shop on one of the deals they had for a pretty inexpensive vacation to Branson mo. My husband and I are pretty excited for the trip. If it wasnt for the great deal they have we may not have been able to take a vacation. Not sure how long this deal is available but glad we snagged the deal. Cables bass pro shop connect with bluegreen vacations to create great deals like this. The cost was 169$ we have a year to use this deal if you book within a month they will 75$ Mastercard to use then a 75$ bass pro shop gift card which winds up making the 4 day 3 night trip about 19$.. Ive always been a bass pro fan. Would recommend.

Awesome place. Anything and everything you could need! Great staff, very friendly and helpful.

Used to carry nice reels, rods, and selection of guns. Now has hardly anything worthwhile, rods arent tagged with price. Reel selections worse than Walmart. Forget gun section. This place has become more of clothing store than anything.
