I had a wedding I needed my husband’s ring. The lady who helped me said it would be there in time. So I ordered it. She got my email wrong even through I spelled it out for her. She got my address wrong even though I spelled it out for her. This caused my ring to be canceled and I was never informed. So I went to pick my ring up the day of my wedding and they told me it was canceled. I had my wedding with paper rings because we did not have any. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I didnt buy anything because we just started shopping for my wedding band. We were the only ones in the store and had 3 people helping us on a Friday evening. I felt comfortable trying on rings and received good advice on what bands looked best with my engagement ring. Im not a fancy person and I thought I would feel weird around all those diamonds etc BUT the salespeople were very pleasant.

Came in this morning with my husband looking for some gold earrings for my baby ( keep in mind theres no other customers in the shop it was completely empty) the guy that was working was very nonchalant and mean, not much of help, we had to show ourselves where the earrings were, and he definitely wasnt interested in selling. from the moment we walked in and noticed the attitude we had already decided we werent spending a dime there, thank you next!

Never will go in again never !!!’ from the first moment i walked in i didn’t feel good there so poor customer service they dont say hi dont say goodbye i dont know why they work there if they dont like it my 2 years old hurt his fingers with the door she cryed soo much they even didn’t care to ask if she is ok my god what cold people live in this world

The products are absolutely beautiful but the service is awful. We were walking around and waiting and not one staff member greeted or approached us. So we just left, they didn’t even say goodbye! We definitely won’t be returning.

Ill be honest... when I found out my (now) husband bought my engagement ring from Kay I was a little worried. We had a less-than-stellar experience at the location in NY. When we moved to Arkansas and started going to the Rogers location, they took reasonably good care of me, nothing special. TODAY, however, I received EXCEPTIONAL service from the gentleman working there. He helped me with my engagement ring, answered all the questions I had about my husbands wedding band, and was overall extremely accommodating. I didnt feel pressured and was very pleased with my visit.

Have done all business with Kays for 10 plus years. This store definitely does not live up to the brand name. Went in for a watch battery replacement and they actually referred me to another jewelry store. When I told them I purchased a lifetime battery plan through Kays they just shrugged their shoulders. Went to Kays in Fayetteville and walked out with a new battery in 15 minutes.

Worst experience ever with a retailer. Cost me 8000.00 for a Neil Lane ring they will not stand behind even bought the warranty. Store manager will not keep to the same lie she tells headquarters. Ring barley a year old and center stone fell out. Corporate just keeps giving me the run around. Please do not use the Rogers location or Kays all together.

I took my Cyma watch to several jewelers in the area to have the battery replaced. They each told me they were unable to work on that particular watch brand. When I stopped by Kays Jewelers at Pinnacle Promenade in Rogers AR they said they could work on any watch. When I returned to pick up my watch I found it was broken. I sent the watch off to the manufacturer to be repaired and was told the stem as well as the waterproof barrier was broken. It cost me over $400 to have it repaired. I contacted Kays to have this matter resolved with no results. I then contacted the main corporate office who told me they would not do anything to reimburse me for the damages caused from the inept training of their employees. I would not recommend for anyone to put their trust in this company as you will be disappointed in the customer service.

From the moment I walked in the store to pick up an order, I was greeted with bored expressions and put upon sighs. At first they refused to give me my order (sitting on the counter in front of me, ready to go if theyd only take my money) because of some error their employee made in ringing it up weeks ago. They wanted me to wait until their district manager would call them back to fix their issue, but I had somewhere to be. The store manager never made any attempt to apologize, or even try to be pleasant. I did get my order, but only after suffering a stream of rudeness, defensiveness, prying, unhelpful excuses and just a general lack of decent customer service. Dont use this store. Ive used other Kay stores and never been treated like this. The manager was just completely uninterested in taking ownership of her stores mistake.
