I went in today (3/8/2020). We were trying on glasses to see if we liked them and wanted to get them. And this man that worked there was super rude! Asking us if any of us were over 18. Super disturbing. Like you dont have to be 18 to shop for sunglasses?? Creepy employees! Never going there again!
Dont listen to a word the sales people say they say there is a 14 day return policy but what they dont tell you after talking to a manager and driving an hour to return them is they will do anything to to complete the return I had 2 pairs of sunglasses that never came out of the bag but to gift them that I tried to return and they said there was a scratch even though when I asked where they couldnt show me trust me go somewhere else
I was in the store today 3/8/2020. The gentleman that was working watches you like you have no money then i hear him asking my daughters if they are over 18. That is ridiculous and creepy.....
Not sure who manages this place but the young guy who was in charge yesterday was so rude that I preferred to talk to his manager when I visit this place next time. We had wanted to return a pair that we bought a couple of weeks ago. First we tried a couple of pairs from different brands to see the style and fit. He approached us and asked about the pair in our glasses case and said he wants to see it and if it has receipt or not. After checking the receipt and returning it to me he was asking where I bought that pair. I thought it is obvious from receipt so didn’t get the point of checking our receipt at all unless he wanted to make sure we’re not stealing from them.This is absolutely ridiculous security check. I don’t know where this guy has been working but shoplifting isn’t common in this area.I will definitely talk to the manager when I stop by there again.
Wanted to return a pair of glasses that were sold to me off the floor since they had none in stock.After being sold a pair with a tiny scratch in the top I tried to return them and stated that I wanted a BRAND NEW pair soon, but they refused to take them back and would not give me my money back. This is why I specifically wanted a new pair, not one everyone used/tried on and would ineveitably get damaged.I do NOT recommend you shop here, if anything use their website way better customer service.
About six months ago I bought a pair of Oakleys for a little over $200 and they are already broke. The side piece came detached from the lenses. I took them in to this sunglasses hut and was told they could give me half the value I spent in store credit. They did not offer to replace them or repair them. Then I asked if I could speak to a manager and was told that the manager would just tell me the same thing. So I never got to speak to the manager. So much for investing in nice sunglasses. Don’t buy from here. They do not stand by their product.
If you are planning to purchase expensive shaded, please do purchase at fiyatville store.This sunglass hut in pinnacle hills has disgusting staff when it comes to return policy.I bought an Armani shades last night and planned to return and exchange. the store manager claim the shades have a minute Mani size scratch, not visible to human eye. but fiyatville store manager took it return saying there isnt a scratch.The manager at this store just want to sell products and if returned he want to exchange them for half price. Lol

Had trouble working with Luxottica to order new lenses. Had been going on for a week. I called the store because the automated messages at told me too. Matt explained that this was a error and helped me get through the ridiculous automated system to get replacement lenses. Which is not his job and he did not have to do that. Great customer service! I originally bought my Ray Bans at this store and service like that keep bringing our family back.
I got my sunglasses here. Theyve got a pretty good collection and they attached the lenses on a frame I required. Good customer service.

I have purchased thousands in merchandise from multiple SGH locations over the years and have never really had any issues until my most recent experience. I purchased 2 pair of sunglasses less than 2 and a half weeks prior directly from the store manager at the Roger’s location. On that visit I tried on a pair of Versace sunglasses because they had the rather large shield that I had been looking for for quite some time. They didn’t feel quite right so I was hesitant at first to spend such a large amount of money on a pair of sunglasses I wasn’t completely in love with however the store manager seemed pushy and hard sold me on them stating that I had 90 days and if I didn’t completely love them I could simply return them or exchange them for another pair no questions asked so I agreed and put them on my SGH credit card. There was a sale going on that took $40 off the second pair so I took the opportunity to pick up a second pair on that date. Fast forward about 2 weeks and I’m on vacation with my family in Branson Missouri and I decide to wear them for the first time; I start to get a headache because they’re so tight around my temple so I stop by the SGH location in Branson and ask an employee there to try and adjust them for me so I could wear them without any discomfort. She proceeds to tell me that they cannot be adjusted without damaging them due to the rather large shield. I come back home and attempt to go back to the same manager that sold them to me and let him know I simply could not wear them due to the discomfort and wanted to switch out the pair for another as he had previously offered the day he sold them to me and he agrees. I spend about 30 minutes in the store and finally land on a pair that I liked. The whole time he has possession of my pair that I brought in to exchange. I get to the counter and he proceeds to clean and thoroughly inspect them for more than 5 minutes. Finally he finds a defect in the shield and attempts to show me. I had to look multiple times and get them at just the right angle in order for me to see what he was referring to. I’m not even sure that they were not sold to me that way as I’d only worn them once up to said point. He proceeds to tell me about a recent policy change and he simply cannot accept them in said condition and instead offers to take them from me and discount another pair. This was completely unacceptable and I felt he was very dishonest with me from the beginning after a high pressure sale. When he sold me the pair he didn’t even clean them all that well; he simply wiped them down and tossed them in the case and did not even come close to inspecting them as he did when I wanted to exchange them. This tells me he’s not at all worried about the condition of the product being delivered to the customer but rather the condition of the product being recieved by the store which looks terrible from a customer’s point of view. I have contacted SGH credit card company and disputed the charge until this all gets sorted out as I feel scammed and lied to by the manager of the Rogers location and the services rendered were not as promised. I do not fault SGH as a company and will continue to do business with the SGH location in Fayetteville so long as this all gets sorted out and the manager’s original word is honored. As far as I know either A) the defect happened in the store prior to the original purchase as they were not throughouly inspected prior to boxing them up for me or B) they were damaged in the 30 minutes that the manager had them in his possession while I was picking out another pair at his request.
