I really enjoy my appointments at natural hearing centers. I never have to wait I always get in right away. The staff there is super awesome.

I have been coming to natural hearing center for 2 years. Allison is the hearing instrument specialist and she couldn’t be more helpful. She is knowledgeable and so accommodating and sweet. The Rogers, AR location is top notch! The staff is friendly and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of. The facility is inviting and comfortable too. Recommend if you are in need of help with your hearing.

This office may not serve pediatric patients but when my 3 year old accompanies me, she is right at home. The sweet receptionist offers her children’s books to look at, coloring books, crayons and blank paper to keep her entertained while we wait. She LOVES visiting the office with me. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Very friendly office staff. Every time I call, I speak to an actual person, no automated voice mail. I also appreciate the quick cleanings and battery replacements. The coffee bar is also very enjoyable while I wait.

All they want to do is sell you something. Thirty day money back ha ha. If you dont mind waiting a long time to get your money back. They want your money up front, but wont return it in a timely manner. This is as bad as dealing with a used car dealer. Never again.
