I just bought the perfect bar stools at Avenue Design Company in Rogers. I went back 3 times before making my decision and each time the staff were helpful and professional and patient with my indecision. The store has many unique pieces of furniture and decor items, and if you want fragrances for the home, I have never seen (or smelled!) a better selection. I will be back!

Went in on one of my lazy days off, so I was not dressed professionally like I usually am for my job. Upon entering the store, I was met with a hello from one of the sales ladies, and not even 30 seconds later she very condescendingly looked me up and down and asked “What do you do for living?” I was absolutely shocked. Not at the question itself, but the way she said it, I knew she was insinuating that I didn’t belong in there by the way I was dressed (workout pants, t-shirt, and flip flops). The funny thing is, I actually make very good money, and was ready to spend it, but not after that. Any place that has snotty people like that will never gain my business. There are so many other amazing stores in NWA that have just as good a product, as well as better prices, without the side of condescension. Would not recommend, unless you just love going to stores where you get judged and treated like garbage.

Bad Customer Service... Profiling and Ignorant Assumptions Made Here. A friend and I were shopping the Rogers Square. We were browsing furniture and unique decor noticed a beautiful couch in a corner nook in the back of the store. Susan rudely approached me saying nothing is for sale, yet when I started gesturing towards the upholstery furniture swatches hanging she fixed her tone slightly stating I could make an appointment to view the swatches by appointment only. Susan did not inquire about my upholstery/furniture needs or inform me of their services. She was rude. We left the store suspecting we had been racially profiled because we were multicultural. Im happy we were able to maintain courtesy despite the ignorant way we were treated.
