Tried to setup a delivery of Ice for 2 weeks now. Everyday they promise to deliver that same day or next day and it still hasnt happened.

Ice was all frosty and hard. I had to bang it on the ground multiple times to get it loosened up to pour in cooler. It was like the ice froze then melted into water and froze again. I wont be buying their product anymore.
