The tragedy here is maybe one of 10 employees actually knows what theyre doing and I actually have to go and find my own tools and my own paint and its kind of like Kohls where most of the kids working theyre dumber than dirt and I dont know if theyre just not being trained properly or they just dont care really but either way I find it sad but the older employees there they still care so thanks yall you make it worth me coming back again and again.

Lots of products! Prices are reasonable. If you need help forget it. I give 4 stars for the one guy that took the time to help us. Otherwise it would be a 2. Very rare! Most dont know, or worse dont care. Maybe an issue of shortage of staff overworked employees?

Was reluctant to go because I needed a lot of help for something fairly simple. Was planning on spending at least $50+, however, the man in charge of the wood area was able to help me and with a left over piece of wood another customer left. Got what I needed, got it cut, and all for free! Pleasant surprise.

Sorry to say, I will not be going to HD anymore. From now on its Lowes. Anyone I spoke to went out of their way to help me! Home Depot is just not customer oriented. You cant find anyone to help you. The garden area is not taken care of and there is no one working out there. Plants are terrible, falling over and dead. Lowes#1 Fun people too!

Clean well kept Home Depot. I prefer the one in Windsor as Im more adjusted to the layout, but this one has most of what you might look for at a location. Lots of staff on the floor. If you ask them questions, they will help. Just got to grab their attention. I love the plants at most Home Depot s- the quality of the ones Ive gotten has lasted for years. A bit pricey but worth it!

I would give this particular home depot negative stars if I could. I have ordered things online that are listed as abundantly in stock in store just to have it canceled on me, the reason, they dont have it in stock. Today I went into the store for utility board that claims to have had 64 in stock, couldnt find it so I asked the employees that were working that section, the supervisor told me he hasnt had it in stock in a while and the only thing he could offer was something that was double the cost. No apologies, no reasoning, no help, he didnt run the sku code to see if it was elsewhere, nothing but a very rude dont believe whats listed online it doesnt reflect what we have in the store. I have heard that a few times from the staff here with only half of them bothering to run the sku to double check. Why have inventory listed online at all if it is never accurate, it could just list if its carried in stores or online only. I will no longer be supporting my local home depot as they do not wish to support and help their hard working customers

Home Depot has good customer service for the most part they have a lot in stock shelves parity much full.

Great place to find ANYTHING hardware or appliances or tools or building supplies. Best prices. Could use a few more staff to help with questions.

Gave this big box chain another try and left disappointed again. Went in with a specific appliance in mind and they had one small model on display. More frustrating than the lack of selection was finding someone to speak with. It never fails when I have a specific need none of the employees asks me if I need help.

Had what I needed and got in and out quickly. Staff was nice.

Closest to my house. Liberal return policy. Difficult to get assistance. Inventory is often incorrect. I recently wanted to purchase a cordless nailer. They didnt have any where they were supposed to be and I couldnt get anyone to help find it. I went home and ordered it online. Picked up at the store later the same day. Picked up at the lockers in the front of the store. I will use this service in the future.

James in Lumber accurately cut two pieces of 2’x4’ MDF plywood down to size for me to create shelving in an apartment exterior storage closet. He also cut two scrap 2x2 runners he gave me that I used to create floor runners to prevent water damage.

Sherry at the garden center was very helpful as well as the attendance inside the garden center were very professional and assisting us in our finding what we needed especially for gardening

Found everything I was looking for. Even got help locating which isles my items were in. Also had a very helpful customer service person at self check out, which help speed up my trip@

For Home Depot, this is a good reliable store... Each department for installs and such could be hit or miss... The blinds and appliances are good departments. Good store overall.

Pretty good Home Depot. Everyone at the Pro desk is incredibly helpful and kind as well as all the workers. They have a hard time of keeping certain items in stock but overall a very good.

We ordered a Milgard French door in June. It was scheduled to arrive August 22nd. Despite covid, it was delayed only a few days and scheduled for delivery August 26. The truck never showed. Eventually we learned they hadnt given Milgard the correct address. It was to be delivered September 2nd. Never showed. Nobody at HD knows what happened. Rescheduled for delivery September 9....and so on until HD claimed they had taken possession of the door and would deliver in their own truck! Guess what? It never showed! 8 promised delivery dates and it is now October 10. Any advice?

No matter how hard they try wrong people in wrong departments and know body really wants to help until you get to the check out counter.... props to the check out counter folks, they work hard.. Regarding their contractors dont use any of their preferred vendors to do installs or work at your home, nothing but horror stories from my neighbors...

Do NOT use Home Depot for counter installation!! We recently went through Home Depot for new kitchen counters. The staff in the department was great- extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional. They even warned us that the installation company would take some time getting back to us regarding install once purchased and gave us a number to call for follow up. It all started great. Almost two months later, we finally got the install call. They had one date available and were not flexible. Ok. They came a few days later and installed the countertop. Immediately we saw a major issue- a giant seam line down the main portion of the counter. The entire counter was a white/light gray coloring with consistent variance, except for this giant, straight, dark gray seam down the entire length of the counter.We immediately contacted Home Depot and were directed to their customer order person, Alisha. After sending all our photos and discussing via email and phone, Alisha responded that it was not Home Depot’s issue, and if we wanted to pursue it further, we would need to contact the product manufacturer. Alisha provided a website and an invalid phone number for their contact. Thus began an entire process we have been involved in for weeks with no resolution.Alisha stopped returning my emails, and my calls to Home Depot management dead ended with, “We will get back to you within a couple days to resolve this,” with absolutely no response. I do not understand why anyone would want to do business with a company that takes no responsibility for horrible quality work and does nothing to help the customer resolve the issue.To the credit of the installation company-they have been extremely responsive and understanding. They are currently still working on this issue and communicating each time I reach out (again, shouldn’t that be Home Depot’s responsibility to communicate and resolve this?). Next time I do a home project, I will absolutely avoid doing any business with Home Depot.

Tool rental delays beware!This is the 5-6th negative experience I’ve had at this stores tool rental. No one ever seems to be working the department and when you ask for help it’s always “sorry the employees are out to lunch”, this is Unacceptable for professionals who rely on timely service for truck rental or tools. Your answer cannot be I’m sorry we don’t have anyone on staff to help you during the middle of business hours. It’s bad enough that I will not buy my supplies at this store because I cannot get any service it’s not even about the service being poor quality it’s literally you can’t get service, which is so much worse.I hope someone from management sees these reviews and either addresses with employees or actually plans for a staffed department during business hours. You are losing valuable business due to this shortcoming.

Staring up at a box you need in Aisle 20 is not nearly a cozy as having it with you as you leave the store. But thats all I had time for. A previous request for assistance,fell on deaf ears, except for other customers needing simpler help, I guess. Help requiring less physical work 26minutes from shifts.They couldnt have known of my predicament or likely the cause, or even cared....just another day filled with these types of people, customers waiting to disturb them at the end of a business day, looking for one specific item.They didnt know I was driving miles to be there, almost on chance alone; on my way to pick up my kids in nearby Santa Rosa, running slightly late due to traffic. But that was just enough time to check about an item I only knew 63mins I needed.... Until....Until.... checking online for this location I discovered their lie.... about having one Ryobi left, so veered off the freeway, and was inside Rohnert Park Home Depot, on Aisles 20, doing my best to locate this tool.Their lie was about only having one, they had 2 of these in stock. Both, unfort, a mere 5 feet away from the tips of my fingers, desperately air-grasping in their direction. Damn. So close, and so far away. And since other customers were enjoying service from the one employee able to be my hero, in the final moment had had reserved for this chase of wild geese, and no ladder could possibly reach me in time to spare my kids the horrors and embarrassment of dad being a couple minutes late. The preservation of their safety space in our modern society trumps all other concerns, especially when exs convenience is at stake.I dont blame the fine staff at this store, and the 3 clerks who had no customers to deal with up in front, while I was pacing for a ladder that never showed up. Remember I passed all of you empty-handed, swiftly leaving your safety spaces in modern society.

The sevice desk told me it would take longer to look up the fencing I needed than for me to go find it. I was NOT impressed. They dont seem to be staying stocked. I thought it might be because of covid, but friedmans had all I needed, no problem.

Blahh...as always no customer service and they have the plumbing fittings. Where??? Not on a level any customer could reach other than with a 10ft rod. I had to knock it down myself. Well with help from Rich (another customer).

Just needed to see in person some tile we had picked out for a bathroom project. The person working in tile was trimming blinds for someone - at least 24 boxes - and I even had which tiles we were looking for (on my phone from the HD website) but could not stop for a minute just to show me, and after waiting for 30 minutes finally left. Buying elsewhere.

Easy curbside pickup, my order was ready to pickup at the time I got there( 20 minutes )But then, my order was incomplete... they didnt have it on stock, but I got refunded quickly.

There was 100 employees and had questions and they seemed friendly but didnt help me with what I needed when it came down to it. They asked 100 times if I needed help and 10 half way helped but was to eager to see if anyone else needed help. They need to slow down and help there customers its not a race to ask how many people to help when they need help then help us...I left to go somewhere else they have 2 thumbs down 👎

Took a while to get help with locked up tools.

Customer service was horrible. There was a man in a wheelchair that needed help. I counted 6 employees that walked right by him and 3 employees ignored him when he tried to get their help. As a vendor in that store and witnessing that, it was heartbreaking. So I stopped in the middle of my job to help him.

Nobody knows too much but this one is getting better.

My favorite store especially when my grand daughters come with me they ride in the cart & I get so many compliments

I bought a new pot for my curly spider plant. It was easy to find and much cheaper than expected.

Ordered online, picked up at store. Website was easy to use. When its here you get an email/text that your order is here. I went to the store and texted them with the parking spot info and my order number. Took 4 mins and I was on my way.

They have such a variety plants, herbs and veggies. You cant help yourself when you see how many flower plants. Its hard to decide. So far never had a problem with any of the plants bought from here.
