I say some people walking around with out masks when I brought it up to a worker they didnt seem to care. Im just wondering if the law changes inside this target?

My husband, son, and I came here to pick up a few items. I usually enjoy shopping at target for retail therapy. Unfortunately, the cashiers here are rude. My two year old son was super happy and said hi to many cashiers, who was just standing around, and they just mean mugged him. We were never greeted by anyone at target, and we felt like outsiders. I just left. Felt super uncomfortable there.

Clean well organized Target! The carts are wiped down. The store is filled with a variety of stuff from clothes to electronics to home goodies. Lots of parking in front.

Im sorry there is a pandemic on but repeating I have to consider the health of my team and community ad nauseam to a customer with a reasonable issue is not how you keep people safe.Im 100% on the side of safety but whats that got to do with my specific issue? Im not taking off my mask or breaking any social distancing protocols. I have a legit customer complaint that has nothing to do with safety.Its a fine store but I was being safe the whole time and being polite to be treated like an anti-masker because I was dissatisfied with something.When I called to state that I was displeased with how I was treated I got the most begrudged;Im sorry sir, is there anything else I can do for you they could offer.Hope the employees and community this guy serves have the leftover bronze to build a Shift-Director statue worthy of his service.

I just wanted to take time to write a review regarding one of Targets employees. On Friday, October 23, 2020 at around 2 PM, I was trying to buy a new pressure cooker. I waited in housewares, press the signal button, and waited for about 10 to 15 minutes. (I know, it’s not that long, I was more annoyed that the signal button wasn’t working. It kept timing out).I went up to the front desk, the exchanges and returns desk, and asked Stephanie how long it usually takes to get help at the housewares department. I explained my situation, and instead of passing me off to someone else, she basically found the two items I was looking for in 2 minutes, had them brought up in 5, and apologized for my long wait. Basically straight up handled it like a boss!I was most impressed with how well she handled the situation. Yes, I found my pressure cooker, so it was a happy ending for me. But she took decisive action, owned it, and saw it through to the end. From a management and business perspective, that’s outstanding!!Thank you again Target and Stephanie. I really do appreciate it!

I ordered with the customer service in target rohnert park, water pick white color, however they didnt check the order before giving it to me and gave me the black color. And they told me they couldnt refund my money, the only way for refund to give me store credit otherwise to take the item and change it from target santa rosa.

Compared to Walmart, Rohnert Park Target is clean, organized and positive atmosphere probably its a reflection of management but Santa Rosa Target has similar atmosphere like Walmart.

Rohnert Park, CA store has the WORST customer service! I would give 0 stars, but it made me give at least one!

I really like the way theyve handled things during the pandemic.The store is clean theres always clean carts ready and waiting as you come in the door. This Targets on target.

Easy to find things I need. Employess are generally pleasant and helpful, and price is very competitive.

Great location. Good grocery section. Produce is good too. Everything is easy to find. Good selection of kids clothes and toys. Electronics section is pretty well stocked with most of what you might need. Always have the latest games too. Food court closes early though so not open in evenings.

Plenty of staff but none at the registers. Bad organization on the part of local store manager. Ended up leaving and going to the Target in Sta Rosa.

Who doesnt love Target? This store in particular is great and the registers are fairly quick so you never have to wait too long for friendly/helpful service. The store is usually clean and Ive met some great employees who are usually always willing to go above and beyond to help you find something when its not located on the floor.I just wish Target didnt give money to help support Prop 8. With that being said, Ill probably always continue to shop at Target... its fabulous ;)

ORGANIZED, limited waiting, NO CONTACT, ! Target is the BEST pick up service around!!! Prices are not increased and I couldnt ask for better service, just wish they included perishables in their availability!

The store clerks were mostly very helpful except that the last one who I was referred to but one of the previous clerks for her to call another store to place an item in hold...said I needed to call the store myself.Overall experience was good.

Horrible customer service. Whenever theres a problem, the team leaders never take responsibility, they just keep saying how its not their fault. At this Target, the customer is always wrong.

This is my home Target, so I am super biased. I usually know what I am looking for in a Target and there are things I just dont get here like fresh foods. I cant speak to the availability of good fresh food and produce.They have a pretty good selection of dry goods, it is all pretty well organized and stocked.

Just a fun place to shop! Friendly store people, cute kids clothes (love Cat & Jack!), its great to get groceries, hardware stuff, and clothes all in one trip!

Nice job with the groceries section. My local markets have taken a hit because of your competitive prices and helpful staff.Id give you a 10, but paying with my phone is cumbersome and annoying. I have had several problems with the Redcard Website as well. Needs some work.

Just a typical Target, but plenty of parking, though most close parking is handicapped and I have to park far away and hike in...though I can use the exercise, it is not very appreciated in the rain! They have a Starbucks Coffee shop and you almost always get happy, friendly and helpful employees

Can never get out of target for less than $50This target needs to work on organizing the store. Especially clearance and baby items and diapers arent regularly stocked in all sizes. Electronics youll have to wait and wait for help during any time of the day that has any real amount of customers

I saw a boy with the messiest hair, so I told him to wear a hat, but he said target doesnt allow them and by golly I think thats the darndest thing.

I was very happy with the young lady that assisted me, as well as the manager I spoke with after.

Usually well stocked, and usually Guest Services will do all possible to help out customers. However, once in a while you get a mgr/supervisor with a stick up their butt, which can make you not want to return to their location.

This is the 16th of January. Yogurt on the shelves was dated January 6th. This is a consistent problem the Rohnert park store. Brought it to management attention months ago. Still a problem. Be sure to check dates on perishables.

The target clothes brand for cat and jack is not that cut but buy art class it is amazing for little kids my but my clothes look so good from the adult section keep it up target!!!!👍

I am appalled by the womans restroom. I love shopping at Target, but when you walk into the restroom there are flies everywhere. I mean on the toilet seats on the floor and even when you use the toilet. There are wads of toilet paper everywhere and the smell is just horrid. The restroom door sticks and what ever happened to having paper towels to wipe your hands with, the only option is the blower. This to me is a major embarrassment to a store.

Large display of holiday decorations but they are out of stock on many of the nicer things.

It is clean and has a big selection of baby items. The staff seamed nice and helpful.

Filthy inside and out. Often times out if basic items like eggs, breads or paper producta.. Be sure to check dates on food as expired things on shelf often. Brought to management and corp attention..dont think they care.

This store has gone down hill... very grimey inside and out, over flowing trash cans every time i visit, filthy parking lot filled with garbage, shopping carts very dirty filled with trash and some covered in mud splatter... I try not to be negative but its bad these days... hire a janitor.
