I actually love this place’s bagels. Unfortunately I came here at 6am this morning and it was closed. Whoever is responsible for posting the actual hours of operation on Google hasn’t updated the information. There isn’t anything posted on the outside of the business that reflects the hours of operation. When I called to see if anyone was inside there was no recording stating the hours of operation either. How are people suppose to know when you are open without posting it? What is posted isn’t accurate.

Waited 30 minutes to get to the front of the line. We had 6 orders and she would take one order, then go make it, then come back for the next one. Terrible and inefficient system. Not to mention the menu is confusing. The bagel sandwiches were plain and mediocre at best. The BLT was very salty and the lox only came with onion and nothing else, would have been much better with at least capers and perhaps cucumbers. It’s sad to say that Noah’s, a chain, isn’t in Rohnert Park and is way better then this local place.

I enjoy coming to this bagel shop they are really nice.. I feel like the bagels are a little small but honestly the prices are amazing we got 3 bagels with different shmears and a drink less then $10

I went to New York Bagel with my classmates after lecture and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I was provided with.I asked for a egg and cheese bagel and when I received my bagel that didn’t have cream cheese in it! I came back in and told the woman working there that my bagel didn’t have cream cheese. She said that didn’t does come with and was extremely rude about it. (Mind you she never gave me the option of cream cheese when I was placing my order or else I would’ve told her to add cream cheese in my bagel) anywho was charged me 75 cents for a side of cream cheese and was not apologetic about it. Instead she keep persisting that I should have asked for cream cheese, SERIOUSLY?!?! Who comes to bagel shop to get a bagel sandwich with out cream cheese ! & they burnt my bagel btw!!Horrible customer service! First and last time there !!!

The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. Bilingual English/Spanish. They have a huge selection of bagels and drinks. They also have home-mads baked goods and smears that are amazing. You can get a ton of cheap day of bagels if youre looking for a deal.

Love this place delicious bagel sandwiches and much more. They have many menu items to choose from including veggie options. My favorite item would have to the pesto Bailey with the vegetable garden. They are prepared in a timely manner resulting in a crazy good toasted sandwich.

No frills but clean. Great bagel choices. Small indoor seating however outdoor seating is available.

New York Bagels in Rohnert Park always has a fresh and wide variety of bagels. They also have a section where they sell day-old bagels that are affordably-priced. They have several refrigerators that hold a wide variety of drinks as well. They also make toasted bagels with cream cheese and salmon that taste amazing.

My personal favorite for bagels in RP. Fast friendly service. They have good bagels but the best part is their cream cheese options. They have got a solid selection of great tasting spreads. My two personal favorites being a classic yet very strong garlic and herb, and the most distinctly delicious Tijuana Hot. If you like jalapeños you should absolutely try this stuff. A very high recommendation for this little bagel shop.

Super delicious bagels, breakfast sandwiches and more. Kind staff who work their butts off (throw a dollar into that tip jar!) Fresh squeezed oj and great coffee. Highly recommend!

Basic and will do the trick if you need a bagel or bagel breakfast sandwich. Not something crave worthy and definitely not worth the wait due to lack of staffing.
