It was a long drive to get some yarn. :-( The closer store was out and didnt know when they would get more.There were very few customers in the store. Staff were friendly.I wish there for more people in Joann stores with whom one can discuss a project.

Found a nice scrap piece of material to upholster a footstool. The one girl wasnt very helpful in the front but the woman in the back was pretty good.

Your typical Joannes store. Use the app to get the real deals. Never pay full price for anything there since they are overpriced. But with the app you can usually get 50% off one item and if you shop the sales or one thing at a time youll be fine.

Its great when you need fabric and the customer service is awesome but they dont have as many crafting supply options as other crafting stores. That being said they have a much larger selection of fabrics than anywhere 🧵🪡✂️

Friendly employees always helpful and they scan there phone for coupons if you forgot yours always nice when they scan that 50% off coupon and most of the time you dont even have to ask for one it makes a big difference in the grand total😄

Pretty good selection, but it can be picked over or disorganized after a busy weekend. The staff, especially Sami, are knowledgeable and attentive. Make sure to download the app to get extra coupons. If you have not been here, dont look for the green/white store shown in the first photo, that is not what it looks like. Further into the photos are a few representative night photos of the front of the store.

I always appreciate Joanns coupons delivered via text message and redeemed digitally. Today was fun because I purchased a bunch of awesome fabric, experienced superb customer service, and couldnt use my 60 percent coupon because everywhere I looked everything I wanted was already 50 percent off! Sure, 60 is better than 50, but it was only on a single item and I had a whole collection of sale items! A good problem to have 😁. Between the perfect fabrics that I found, the awesome sales, the lack of crowd and the above average customer service, this was a superb trip to Joanns!

Joanns in Rohnert Park is a great go-to store for all kinds of arts and craft supplies. My family and I frequent this store for their great selections of yarn, beads, small kids crafts, fabric, and the great sales and coupons that are always readily available. The staff are all helpful and we can get help finding what we need any time. If youre looking for a convenient one stop craft shop, Joanns is the place to check!

I love this store! There is something for everyone at great prices. I get emails and texts with deals from 20% to 70% off various products. The staff members are always busy but make time to be very nice and helpful to each customer.

Horrible customer service! This brunette girl (late 20s) who works there on Thursday 2/13 at around 3pm just made us not want to go there and purchase items. No wonder the Joann store in Santa Rosa bad mouthed you when we went there after getting horrible service at the Rohnert Park store. If a manager in that store ever reads this post, give us a call. We will be more than happy to tell you what your lazy representative did to your loyal customer. I wont be surprised if that store closes due to lack of business. Very disappointing!

The staff as of recently has become a lot friendlier. Its a nice change. They have a variety of craft supplies and A good about of patterns for sewing. The fabric tends to be mediocre in comparison to high quality fabrics. But will work for 90 % of the general publics basic needs .

So I didnt give the full 5 stars because I feel like a place with fabric in the name should have a better selection of fabric. They have a nice assortment but it seems to be mostly geared towards quilters and Im a sewer. Otherwise they have a wonderful selection of other products and a lovely staff. I have to actively try to not spend money here all the time.

Great place to get fabric and all sewing items

The place I prefer for textile crafts such as sewing, pattern drafting, and quilting. An excellent selection of fabrics and notions for all purposes and occasions. I highly recommend their books on quilting and the pre-cut calico quilt block squares.

Alot of things were out of stock but they were quite busy. Yet still there was exactly what I wanted.

They have EVERYTHING its so amazing! So many patterns, foods, and more, I just cant wait to go back! Except its a little pricey for 3 yards of fabric and two threds for 59.12$, so overall I really love this place would 95% recommend!

Im a crafty kind of gal & Jo-Ann carries all of the products & supplies that I want/need for all of my projects. They have good prices, awesome sale prices & you can order items online (at reduced prices) & pick them up in the store. They carry many holiday items, that go on sale before the holiday is even over! For the not so crafty type, they have tons of decorative items for the home also. The helpful & knowledgeable employees there make it 1 of my favorite places to shop!

Natalie was a huge help ! She helped me pick out a sewing machine then she helped me pick out materials and answered all of my questions, she is the best at this store, all the employees are really helpful and kind.

Fairly large selection of mediocre fabrics and crafting supplies. They do have tons of notions, which could come in handy someday. None of the things that I actually needed, though, so I had to order online.

They have most everything you would need for sewing. They can be a bit $$. But they do have good sales and great clearance you just have to be willing to look around for it. Staff is okay. No one goes out of their way to help you, but maybe they are not supposed to.

Staff is very welcoming. They also provide useful advice when I discuss my project ideas with them. There is a good fabric selection but the selection is not as large as it is at some other JOANN stores.

Exactly what you would expect if youve ever been in a JOANNs. All the usual crafty items and lots of holiday decorations.They have a clearance section which is always fun to check out.This isnt the tidiest of their chain, but its far from their worst. The staff I dealt with were all friendly, in spite if being busy.

Great place for fabric, scrap booking, and floral arrangement items. Smaller selection of paints and other craft items. There is always a good deal in store or coupons. I love the bigger craft stores as well (like Michaels, for their cute home decor stuff 😂) but if you know what you need and you dont want to be distracted by a bazillion things you DONT NEED, Joanns is awesome.

Great place for traditional yarns, patterns, hooks, needles and supplies. They also have a great selection of fabrics and craft supplies.

They have fabrics, beads, cake decorating section and really cool storage boxes on sale right now.

Funny, helpful (but not annoyingly so) staff make this already fabulous place fun to shop at. Its very rare that they dont have what I need for any of my many and various craft projects. Great selection and they always have coupons and deals that you can use to sweeten your transaction. My favorite place to get anything craft related.

Service was terrible, the person that helped me didnt know anything about fabric. They also didnt have any pink zibra pattern cotton fabric, which was strange considering it was around halloween.

The staff is kind. Virtually I find almost everything what I need at this place. Price is fair. Sometimes they give big discount if I am lucky. I want to know when this will happen.

I couldnt find the (white) yarn I was looking for to pair with the yarn I have (Redhearts white yarn) so I could continue crocheting my blanket; but otherwise, their yarn selection was good.

This location is not the newest or the nicest Jo-anns Ive ever been to, or the oldest and grossest. It falls somewhere in the middle. One of the biggest negatives for this store for me is they dont keep a very large selection of fat quarters. However, The people here are very friendly and helpful.

As an art store this place is overly expensive and has a very slim selection. I couldnt find an employee who knew what india ink was. They kept taking me to the scrapbook section with the stamps and stamper ink. I know their priority is fabric so maybe they are better with that?
