Best furniture store around. Professional help, kind service, and good prices. They custom-make your couch. We got a 3-seater couch with a reversible chaise for a fair price, and only a few weeks wait.

This was the best furniture store I have ever been to. The sales associate was so nice and very honest. He went through an entire catalog with us telling us what was in stock and that was so patient of him. Something went wrong in transit with the furniture but he was so accommodating that we ended up getting a better deal. Five freaking stars!!!!!

We were treated very well. The owner was very helpful, but not pushy. The sofas seem to be good quality and he says theyre made with hardwood. Its mostly custom made.

I went in to North Bay Discount Furniture on 4/6/19 to purchase a bed with storage drawers and a nightstand for my guest bedroom. I found a set I liked and Jesse helped me complete the almost $1k purchase. He told me that as the color on this particular style was new it may take a little longer to get, which I was ok with.Even with that expected delay, I received only part of my order on 6/29/19. That was after I called and checked in to see where my furniture was at. Jesse said there was a missing drawer the night stand didnt show up but that it would be in soon.Fast forward to October, I have not received any follow up from Jesse. I reached out and was told that he would be following up and that he expected the missing items there soon. That was 10/21/19.It is now almost 2020 (over eight months) and still no missing items. I have reached out via email and left a phone message and still no word from Jesse. My next choice is either small claims court to recover the cost of the furniture plus all my time in dealing with this or possibly asking the DA to investigate North Bay Discount Furniture for fraud. It is still illegal I believe to take someones money in good faith and then deliberately failing to deliver on promised goods or services.I hate that it has gone this long. I try to support local businesses so my money stays in my community...but there is absolutely no explanation or excuse at this point. I encourage all to support local businesses but be weary of this one.

The store itself is small but it houses interesting and beautiful selection of furnitures and there is also more on their website. I worked with Jessie who is the owner. Very responsive and help out anyway he can. The prices are decent. I ordered a full-size bedframe and realized three days before delivery date that it should be queen-size. Jessie was able to pull it off and switch it to the queen size two days before delivery AND still able to deliver on the same date. Fantastic store and great owner. I would def recommend others to this store.

We purchased a mattress set a few yrs ago from Jesse, great price & its still in new condition! Its firm & comfortable. We are getting another set from him this week for another room. Highly recommend Jesse.
