The outside of this place is as clean as a whistle!! Such a nice lady outside cleaning. I believe her name was Colleen. Im from out of town and she helped me with directions, I got exactly where I needed to be at the right time. Thank you Colleen your a great asset to this place. I will be stopping on my way back. Cant say much about the cashier inside. She was a little rude didnt even get her name not hello or goodbye. Im giving 5 stars bc of Colleen.

Pumped very overpriced gas into my car for the late night trip home from nearby casino with more in my pocket than before, so went inside this Circle K for a snack. I expected this place to be a ripoff, unclean, with employees who really didnt care that I was purchasing anything from them, and nothing disappointed that preconceived idea. M&Ms and a Pepsi, $5.19 was slightly more of a ripoff than I expected, but employee attitude was better, with no thank you to be heard, but actual eye contact was realized....what a bonanza of good feelings. Best part, the store wasnt as filthy as it could have been. This place is solid mediocrity along the frontage road of American highway pride.

I’d seriously give this place - zero stars if I could absolutely horrible customer service. If you don’t want to be friendly you shouldn’t work in customer service I will be by all means avoiding this location and so will my friends and family.

I have a complaint about this Circle K location located at this address: 5060 Redwood Dr, Rohnert Park, CA 94928. The gas pump at Pump No. 1 was not working. After I inserted my debit card it did accept it, but then no gas would pump. No matter what I tried it would not pump gas. I even had my significant other who was with me try himself, and he could not get it to work. So, that is two people trying the same gas pump. After awhile the transaction ended at zero dollars and zero cents. I was very frustrated at this point and decided to walk into the store to get help as I could not locate a call button on the pump to get an attendee outside to help. When I went in the store it was extremely crowded and at the very instance I entered, the second of only two employees exited to the back of the store through a door, never to return. I had to interrupt a current store transaction between employee and customer to voice that the pump was malfunctioning. The employee was extremely rude and curt with me and all he could utter was that Theres nothing there. I said, What do you mean theres nothing there? He said again Theres nothing there. You did not pay you put no money on pump. I attempted explaining that I HAD PUT MONEY ON IT, then nothing happened and then the card transaction had ended. He did not compute or care to understand what had happened, that the pump was broken. Not only was this extremely frustrating, but two men in line were laughing hysterically at me which made me extremely embarrassed and mortified, and another person in line was also not understanding. The whole situation was terrible and inexcusable lack of caring from your employee who never came out to help me at any point. this location is f------garbage, trash.
