We Love Krispy Kreme and were excited to discover this new location thats actually closer to our home. We purchased a dozen glazed donuts and it dozen filled donuts. The glazed donuts were fresh and delicious but we were very disappointed with the lack of filling in our cookies and cream donut. As you can see in the photo the filling was smaller than a small marble. The strawberry shortcake filled donut was only filled about a quarter of the way full but the New York cheesecake filled donut was up to par and was delicious. We are excited to know that this place is here now and we hope that next time we come back the donuts are filled properly. I purchased the cookies and cream donut as a gift for my fiance and we were very disappointed to find that it did not have hardly any inside after I drove it four and a half hours north to my home. The filled donuts are a little pricey so it would be nice to get what we pay for.

I love this location! My grandsons and I actually camped out the day before they opened. We were part of the lucky first 100 customers to get free fights for a year. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They all seem to work well together. Clean and well stocked no matter what time of day you visit. Love the drive thru when in a hurry.

I am not impressed with Krispy Kreme. This is a perfect example of trying to do too much. Their donuts should have remained simple like they were in the beginning. Now they are covered with sprinkles and do and actually pretty unappetizing. I thought I would give them another try this morning and I am just as disappointed if not more so than I was previously. The girl behind the counter was so efficient but not very friendly The only positive thing I can really say is that how impressed I was with the cleanliness of the store. Otherwise they rate only two stars

This location is always completely empty. LOL. Good donuts though. Super easy parking. They always seem to only have like five or six selections though.

I went through the drive thru, I initially wanted two expresso drinks, but they stated they werent making expresso drinks. Thats fine. So instead, I ordered two small hot chocolates. After I had left the drive thru, I realized they had given me two coffees instead. Luckily I was still in the area so I went through the drive thru to correct the order. I let them know the mistake, and they said to pull forward so they could give me the hot chocolates. There were at very least 2 or 3 employees in the establishment. One was listening to music, the other two were doing who knows what. We were the only customers they had in the drive thru (this was shortly after they opened). I sat at the drive thru for at least 10 minutes without being acknowledged whatsoever. After 15 minutes of being ignored, I left.

So I came in to try the Strawberry donut and as Im trying it. I get told to put up my mask. Which is fine. if I just had it down and forgot to put it up. I asked the girl even though Im eating and she says even then too. I think the girl forgot that in order to eat you have to pull down your mask. Sounds kind of dumb doesnt it? The woman who served me was cool and nice at least.Its not going to stop me from coming in again. I just think it was kind of weird to be ask that kind of question lol

Pretty much what you expect from a Krispy Kreme, the donuts are always great. Though the employees seemed a little disorganized and let a line form inside while helping car after car. Normally it wouldnt be a huge problem other than when the lobby gets crowded during a pandemic and you wait longer than vehicles that barely pulled in.

Using a Groupon coupon for 24 glazed donuts. Easy and a great deal. Nice, helpful staff. Also got a couple of freebies for having been vaccinated for COVID-19. Sweet!

Can never go wrong with Krispy Kreme. We only go once in a while since its in the next city north. Consistent, very sweet lol the coffee is ok...but im a Starbucks guy so Im biased.

Got a cafe latte and when I was about to take a sip, the coffee leaked all over my hand and slightly burn my fingers. Thats because the rim of the cup was damaged/bent which made the lid not to sealed securely to the rim. I hope that the stuff will pay more attention about the quality of their cups before making the coffee and also make sure that the lid is sealed properly before handling it to the costumer.

Just get the original and if your lucky they will be HOT and you can experience a little bit of heaven

I called today pretty frustrated that I had been trying to order the Halloween dozen for two days online with no luck. The man I talked to was so helpful. He checked their website & walked me through how to order online. He said if I was unsuccessful in ordering online this time, to call back & he would help place my order. I really appreciated his attention & concern with placing my order. I really felt heard & appreciated as a customer. Thank you Krispy Kreme team!

As a donut chain known for serving delicious donuts this review is really about the functioning of the local facility.The staff has never been anything but courteous and know what they are doing. Things run smoothly.The facility is clean, and has a modern feel as it should since it is new. It will be quite nice when they finish the pizza shop attached.

Walking in was far more enjoyable than the drive thru. The drive through was busy so they lagged a little helping me...no problem. Seeing all the many varieties of doughnuts in the case was delightful. I like the warm glazed...who doesnt..but they are always out of them...sheesh. They practice social distancing and we were all masked. Krispy Kreme is not my favorite doughnut..but they were good.

I showed up bright and early was the first person in line all so I could enjoy fresh warm doughnuts only to be rudly told they didnt have any warm ones. What am I paying 30$ for doughnuts I cant even enjoy warm? This would never happen in the Midwest! Krispy Kreme in California should be forced to change their name to Krusty Kreme because apparently they do not hold the standard of cooking their doughnuts fresh each morning.

Let us be honest, this place is just unhealthy and bad as hell for you (3 stars for that) BUT when you just dont care and want to splurge, they have a lot of yummy choices. We used a Groupon to get two dozen glazed donuts. It was inexpensive, quick, and easy. We do not love all the ridiculous flavors they have but the basic glazed are our favorites and worth a splurge every now and then.

For 4 doughnuts and 2 coffees it was $18.00 plus. Coffee tasted burnt. Doughnuts, well Ive had better at gas stations

One demerit for long line only saw one employee the entire time, second demerit for being completely out of plain glazed minis.The dozen I bought may have been fresh but they were the same price as the grocery store. No demerit for this but one would hope buying direct theyd be cheaper.

The donuts are good just as any other Krispy Kreme, but the employees are a little odd. Im not a regular so I asked her opinion as to which donut she likes best and she said she doesnt like donuts.. At least she was honest!

This is a really nice Krispy Kreme, which I think is saying something since Ive never been in one that looks like a dump. They have such a great variety of donuts. I just visited for national donut day when they were giving free donuts to every customer (no purchase necessary!), so I tried the key lime pie, which did not disappoint. Some of my other favorites are the Oreo cream and the cinnamon apple-filled.

Amazing. Krispy Kreme is next level. I wish there were more of these around. I got the cake batter donut and glazed and they were both incredible. I was going to get just a classic chocolate milk but after the suggestion by one of the employees to try the banana milk I took the banana milk home and it was great!

Good donuts and the staff are wonderful. However, right now with Covid-19 the only service is thru the drive-in window.

Quick observations:1. Staff in the back doesnt wear gloves (even the ones doing the glazing)2. Staff is obscenely inefficient. I stood in line for 45 minutes and most of the staff looked like they were half asleep.3. The donuts I recieved were already cold.4. The interior layout is shockingly restricted, which makes standing in line a very crowded experience.5. Theres no menu board with prices posted that would be easily viewable while youre in line. So, when you finally are able to order, you feel rushed because youre seeing your options for the first time.6. This location is NOTHING like any other Krispy Kreme Ive ever been to regarding quality, atmosphere, efficiency, employee interaction and your experience.Try not to judge all Krispy Kreme by this location.

Pretty busy line but made it through in twenty minutes. I wish they had a menu where they told you their current flavors because I felt pretty rushed at the counter to make a decision quickly. I also saw someone working in the back frosting and sprinkling donuts without gloves and with very long acrylic nails and it grossed me out!! WEAR GLOVES

Not the best location, kinda out of the way and chaotic inside but clean..not much seating if you actually want to sit and eat there. Yes the donuts are good but not worth the extra money. My local donut shop is just as good and half the price..

After waiting in a long line for my doughnuts I was not expecting to wait an additional 10 min for a drink. I ordered a freeze which Should have been easy considering all they need to do was dispense it from a machine, no preparation required. After watching someone who Ordered after me walk away with her drink the girl serving the drinks asked me if I was waiting on the freeze. She said she’d make it right away and then proceeded to start making multiple other drinks. When I asked for a refund I was given attitude and when I explained what happened no one apologized. I will not be returning.

Good place to get the donouts

I know they have good doughnuts but I waited in line for an hour ( during evacuations) and I was disappointed to find stale mini doughnuts that quite frankly made hostess look like homemade. Wish I could say different.

The doughnuts are delicious along with the overpriced coffee. But this morning we were waiting in line at the drive through for about a half hour. And after all the waiting in line. When we got our doughnuts, most of them were wrong. Definitely not coming back here again.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts was my first time there in Rohnert.park Ca at 5090 Redwood drive I bought of their doughnuts it really tasted Really good they used to be on Santa Rosa Ave where Starbucks is now Right here in Santa Rosa CA they looked great and Beautiful inside. There will be a new pizzaweria coming soon.it is called the NYC piZZAWERA IT WILL BE TN THE SAME BUILDING as the Krispy Kreme is.at..I will.let you all know when the pizza area. This place is ridiculous there good donuts but ridiculous I came here to get some donuts for my family and they had no donuts but display ones not just 1 display one but over 30 donuts of nothing but display ones n refused to make more I whouldnt waste my time again better going to a chineese donut shop you will get 2 donuts for the price of one

This particular branch of Krispy Kreme is such a disappointment! Went there on the First Friday of the month at 730 in the morning. Not only did they not have the chocolate glazed original donuts as advertised. They didnt even have the original glazed donuts. For a Krispy Kreme donut shop this not only a travesty but an abomination!

For being a brand new facility I would think it would be a little more cleaner as well as employees wearing gloves when handing food .

Doughnuts are great. However, I am DISGUSTED with the amount of doughnuts they waste and throw in the dumpster. Not only that, but homeless who are hungry will go and try to get doughnuts out of the dumpster and they find that they either sprayed them down with water, smushed them to lumps of mush, or sweep the floor and dump that debris on the top of what are still delicious perfect doughnuts. I understand they dont want to give something away for nothing, then they should get better at their job. They dont need to have every doughnut available constantly. If they dont have what someone wants guess what they will get something else and most likely return another day for another chance to get the one they wanted. If its even that important to them. Ugh.

I ordered half dozen online for pickup and they only put 5 donuts without telling me or without reductions on the price......They sealed the box with a tape so I noticed until I got home..
