The CVS hasnt changed. I came here to this pharmacy like 4 years ago and its the same s***. No one answers a phone theyre very rude Im not even sure how theyre allowed to have a pharmacy because the pharmacy is so unprofessional. And personally I dont even want to give it a star but you cant do anything else.
The Worst pharmacy service around the area. Check in they asked your first name and last name then date of birth. Asked you to write on a piece of paper. Tell you to wait 15 minutes. half hours later, I asked, she said they working on. 15 minutes later she called me and asked to see my identity. I gave to them and I asked what is going on? She stated two last name shown, I told them if it two last name shown, first name and date of birth for you to she which one is me right. This was already 45 minutes passed. Speak rude to patient. Never want to do this but this is too much😡😡😡
Worst local pharmacy around. Does not answer phone. Refused my prescription from my doctors. Said they are being audited. No doubt. They made my best friend return medicine before releasing new prescription. Rude and treat elderly people like they are misbehaving children. BAD attitudes from the whole pharmacy. The people that work in the drugstore are helpful sweet and friendly! Couldnt be a bigger contrast.
Tried calling the pharmacy 3 times now for needed personal assistance regarding my prescription. Unable to use the automated system for assistance due to unaware of it, being new. Waited 8-10 minutes on hold each time I called with no pickup by anyone in the store! I can see why this pharmacy and store has been rated so poorly with a 2 rating. I’m switching my prescription location! and recommend everyone else does too!!
First, I had to wait for the cashier for help since she’s the only one around. So I asked her if she can check for an item in the back. Her answer was: we have 500 totes in the back and nobody is gonna look for it.What happened to customer service at this location? Very unprofessional let alone her attitude: I don’t have time for you go somewhere else! So I will going forward.
Just plain awful if you are planning on getting a surgery and are expecting them to get you the painkillers your doctor/dentist prescribed you, It will be an all day battle while youre in extreme pain. Wish I could give 0 stars, straight incompetence, like guys I get there is a labor shortage but this was the best you could hire??
Got a prescription filled and then was told by the pharmacist they had to refuse the sale because it was a “controlled substance” and the prescription expired the day prior (even though it was filled before the expiration). There was no communication by them about this. The pharmacist refused to look me in the eyes and had a “you’re out of luck” attitude when I was completely out of medication and obviously in distress. Offered no assistance or tips on how to combat this. Absolutely no professionalism. Do not go here.
Literally the worst customer service at the pharmacy ever. They act like there is no urgency to their job.
Currently at 1.5 hours of waiting for prescription when they repeatedly told my partner 5 mins.
Terrible Pharmacy!! DO NOT go here!
I have never seen that CVS r any pharmacy closes 1.5 hours before the official closing time. It is a pharmacy, not a grocery !!! The lady just left waving goodbye and saying they had staff issues and I was left without a medicine at 9:45pm, and without a possibility to get one, as other pharmacies in the area were closing at 10pm.. horrible experience
DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Where do I start.... several months without my diabetes medications... to being told childproof safety caps were not in their budgets... to being told my meds were ready when they werent. Then receiving a phone call saying that they were working on my prescription and that they would be ready in an hour, I gave them two hours before picking them up, when I went to pick them up Im told to wait 30 more minutes, because they never started working on them. Horrible customer service- very rude.Im switching pharmacies.
THE WORST.Im officially done with this CVS. I made an appointment to get a flu shot and when I arrived on time, the pharmacist said THEY WERE OUT OF VACCINE?! They didnt even put any aside for appointments made on the CVS website. Wow. (I later had zero trouble getting a flu shot at a Novato Safeway, they even had two strengths of the vaccine...)This place is never, ever properly stocked. Half the shelves are always empty. I have no idea how it stays in business and from both of these issues its very clear the branch has logistics issues.I think Ill be going to the Cotati Walgreens instead because this place is frustrating as all get-out.
Just terrible. They cant even answer the phone. Its just way to much work for them here
Received excellent service from lovely Valerie. Greeted me enthusiastically and had a wonderful smile and attitude! I truly appreciate it. :)
Andrew dang and krystle can’t do their jobs correctly
Whoever was on the phone for pharmacy today around 3pm was being short, it was rude in comparison to the calls ive made to the pharmacy here before. didnt feel personal but that was not the welcoming and helpful phone call ive been used to.
I had a $6 Extrabucks coupon that expired 3 days earlier, which I didnt notice because it was direcly below and attached to a $3 Extrabucks coupon that was still good and the cashier refused to honor it.Play the kickback coupon game with caution.
UPDATE: 4/17/19. After not going to the Cotati store for awhile I decided to try it again. This time I noticed someone welcomed customers as they walked in. Employees greeted customers and asked if they needed help. The shelves are much more filled out with products and this time I found everything I needed to get. The store doesn’t look like they are about to go out of business this time. I hope it stays this way.PREVIOUSLY:The status of items on the shelves often makes it look like the store is going out of business. Many products are down to one or two on the shelf or there’s none at all. At times there’s not any of the items I want to get. The funny part is that they also have some items I want that other places don’t have. It’s just very discouraging to go there to get a product I need and not see any on the shelf. Other CVS stores I frequent have stocked shelves and do not appear as though they are closing permanently. I have mentioned this to them before both in person to a couple of clerks and in an email, as have other people. Whoever is managing this particular branch of CVS does not seem to care about its appearance to its customers! Why? On the other hand I have to say that all of the sales clerks are very friendly and helpful!
So today went in & picked up my money order i was picking up $150.00 dollars two of my 20 dollars where fake i came back to explain and they refused to refund me. Be careful of this location they get a lot of fake money so always check your bills it can even be a 5$ bill.😠
Worst Experience ever.It was monday night, my boyfriend and I went in for a bottle of wine. The lady that wrang us up was horrid and needs more training in customer service. She took both our IDs, (which is normal) stood there for 5 minuets checking the IDs under uv & still had the audacity to have us read back ALL our information, in front of other customers, as if they were fake. And then decided to make a nasty comment, saying ”I hope I can still keep my job after this”. She made ME feel like I was breaking rules when we werent doing anything wrong..I wont be going back.Beware the older lady with short red hair & glasses. She needs more training in differentiating between a REAL ID & a fake.
Was in your store Saturday. I was very disappointed with the fact there was no carts in sight, walked out to look for home. Went back in store asked employee of they had carts she told me yo go out side and look for one. I told there arent any. Never going back. Rude
I find the cashiers very nice and helpful ..but..often the shelves are bare or empty of items..minimal selection of LOreal product for example..I actually have stopped going there because they are so poorly stocked.
I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy. My friend was just released from Urgent care to get some pain relievers at the nearest, open pharmacy which was the Rohnert Park CVS. They told us that the script was sent electronically, so I thought that meant that the pharmacy received the script so we just needed to go pick it up over there. I proceed to head to the pharmacy hoping I could get a head start cause my friend can barely walk. First off Im ignored for a good 5 minutes... mind you Im the only one standing there and I see 2 employees back there. When the employee finally acknowledged me she said I was in the wrong line and need to drop off, not pick up. I said I was there to pick up a script and she kept telling me I was wrong and to go to the other drop off line. So I go to the other side and that employee said I can grab the medication on the shelf. I replied, I need the pain killers, that are not on the shelf. What do I need to do to get this ? She was nice enough to explain that the script was not sent automatically and it would take her 20 minutes to fill it so come back. By this time my friend was at the counter with me and asked if I could pick it up for him, she said yes I just need my I.D. . OK. . . Back in there I go to wait in the earlier line with the rude employee. Again, she took her time to acknowledge me and asks me for my name, etc. I said I was just in here, you sent me over to the other line, you saw all the paperwork I had for my friend, its not for me. She continued to ask me for my friends Info and I said Im not sure of his info, it was on all the paperwork I showed you and I said the other employee/ pharmacist said I could pick it up for him with my I.D.. She argued with me and would not let me get his meds. Then she asked if I was his family/ friend I was like yes thats what I have been sayin the whole time! Once again she argued with me over giving me his meds and I had to get my friend, who could barely walk, back into the pharmacy after we had already checked with the other NICE employee if I could grab the script alone because of his pain. Finally got the meds, and the employee was then very short with me. I asked her for her name and she refused. She had flipped her name badge over so I could not see it. I asked again, she then told me that she was not comfortable giving me her name. I went straight to the manager of the store after that. For all that care or have read this book on the rude, terrible customer service I received at the Rohnert Park CVS Pharmacy be aware of the YOUNG, HISPANIC, RUDE LITTLE GIRL behind the counter .
Good customer service. Far as the hours go....says 7am-10pm.....I have a feeling the actual pharmacy is open later and closed earlier. I think either 8 or 9am to 9pm....but Ill find our this morning
Today, Labor Day, their web site said they were open until 10 pm. I called about 5:45 to see if my prescription was ready and they said yes. I didnt bother to ask when they were open to because I was staring at their site. I went in and on the way to the pharmacy shopped for a few other items. When I got there it was 6:10 and closed. When I asked at the check-out stand they said some lady had called recently and they had told her they closed at 6 pm because of the holiday. If they had told me this I would have heard it.
This business is a disgrace. Filthy indoor outdoor carpet, unvaccuumed with trash on every aisle, unstocked with the most basic items - NSAIDs, for example. Staff know nothing about where items are shelved. Other stores are similar. No wonder brick and mortar is dead and dying. CVS should be the first to go.
The store manager Lu is a racist. My husband is black and Everytime we go in the store he follows us around.I fell on their wet bathroom which didnt have any yellow signs up. I reported it to Lu and he literally just shrugged. He didnt ask if I was ok even. I ask him to write an incident report and he said he didnt have one.The pharmacy takes ridiculously long, an hour, every time, no matter what for and they change their rules on controlled meds daily.I miss our Rite Aid. I would never step foot into CVS if Rite Aide was still here.Oh, and their prescription prices are one of the highest in the area and they offer no discounts like Safeway, Raleys, and even expensive Walgreens do.Pick another store and/or pharmacy if want good or fast.
The little manager lady at this store luvs her job so much she actually purchased every item n the store.j/kthese folks here at this cvs wouldnt do well n the real world.they r rude slow and wear too much spandex.avoid this store
An average CVS. Clean and well organized.
NO CVS HAS EVER KEPT THE PHARMACY OPENED UNTIL 10:P.M.! GET A CLUE KARIN!
Worst pharmacy ever.
