There was one bottle left of COQ-10 200mgOn the shelf. It was priced at $49.50 for two bottles.The best the supervisor could do was have me pay $49.50 for two bottles, although I’d be getting only one. Sometime in the future, when they have more stock (they didn’t know when)bring my receipt and get another bottle.

Very impressed. This is a excellent store, the staff take covid 19 precautions seriously. The store is always well stocked. The variety and quality is awesome. Keep up the great work, its appreciated.

I always feel welcome at this location, as the staff is always very kind. The employee I would like to personally give credit to is this girl Lizzy. She is always so warm and friendly every time Im in the store.

Everytime my husband goes in to get deli sandwiches, they tell him no to the Sweet ham!! It might sound funny but when a customer comes in and knows what they want in their sandwich, how hard is it to go back and slice some deli meat?? I used to work for Safeway in the deli department and if anybody told me they wanted a sweet ham in there sandwich, I have no problem going back to go slice that 0.25lbs meat for them!! Not to mention the attitudes of Rosalie and a few others. 0 on customer service. We are paying customers

Do not like the Safeway store I quit shopping there months ago. Most of the products I used to buy are now select products they dont give me enough options on what I want to buy they just keep pushing their select brand. I now shop at raleys. Also they do not have enough cashiers at Safeway so theres always long lines.

This Safeway store in Rohnert Park is open 24/7. That makes it the absolute best. They have everything you need, freshly baked bread to fresh produce, great parking and located centrally. The staff are very helpful and grab a Starbucks coffee while you shop.

They had everthing we needed.The staff in the bakery and floral dept were exceptional! They were very helpful.

I work there people are friendly majority having impeccable customer service skills. Great place to shop and work.

Once you get your free Safeway Clubs card, (takes about 3 minutes to get it at the register) youll be saving lots of $$ Really good deals throughout the store all the time.

This has always been my favorite safeway location and Ive always had the best experience with the checkers. I wasnt happy when one of the bag ladies, Sonya i believe her name was, reached in my babies stroller and touched him. Especially during covid. Not cool.

Great customer service! Adam took the extra effort to help me find something nich. He recognized me when I came back in later & took the time to help me yet again! Returning to his duties promptly. Definitely going to start shopping here more regularly especially because they have a decent selection of vegan options.

Selection is wide, which is standard at most all Safeways. Avoid the deli counter is youre craving a hot sandwich or roll. Staff is inept at best & completely ignores you standing at the counter for 10+ minutes til you leave. Even when no one else is in line at any other counter.Multiple experiences of this.

Still getting used to the store since I just moved, A bit of miss communication with bagging, I had to ask multiple times and even if their language to communicate. I dont mind, I am going to keep shopping since I do feel that nothing I did was wrong in any way. Still going strong on the stars since cashier did his upmost to be customer service oriented

Friendly workers, shelves are typically well stocked. Great selection of Boars head in the deli. The proscuitto is delish. Although pricey, over all, not a bad place to shop.

Literally just watched the deli make a guy a sandwich they guy took it walked around the store then asked if he could get it heated up. They took the sandwich back heated it up contaminated their cutting board and oven and hands then tried to make a sandi h without changing their gloves... dude we’re literally in a Covid Pandemic. The best part is that he was training someone while doing it.

Love the unit this manager cant remember his name he is the best his store clean everything is great. Could clean the parking lot a little more but thats okay i still love shopping

Worst Safeway Ive been to. We got to the deli in time to see the lady in charge belittle the two guys working behind the counter about something they hadnt done. Then the food looked like it had been sitting there all day the only thing i felt comfortable getting were the wedges and wings that still looked fresh. I recommend going one block further to raleys.

This store is actually not the place to make fun of your customers in . They are actually very negative about clean floors. Too bad, like Eric, they didnt say thank you.

Good sandwiches usually, but today the lady at the counter didnt even ask me what I wanted on my turkey bacon avocado. She just put those three ingredients on on wrapped it before I could say anything. The sandwich didnt appeal.

Ive placed two pickup orders with this store. The first one they canceled entirely, because they didnt have one of the things I ordered. The second one I just picked up, and I would have been shorted my substituted seltzer (which was the item I placed the order for in the first) if my husband havent noticed and said something. We told the person what letter might last name began with twice, but I guess he was too busy and his own head to listen. Also he just threw the stuff in my trunk. I will not be placing an order with them again, and I really hate being inside the store, because the employees radiate misery. I advise you to shop at raleys and grocery outlet, and completely avoid this s*** show.

Love this safeway! Always clean and plenty of checkers at checkout the stores layout is great I didnt find myself searching for things I normally have to in other stores. As someone who has never been a fan of safeway this one is awesome! Way 2 go Sebastopol!

Safeway has great produce, baked goods, and other staples one might need in their weekly shopping experience. The deli makes a great sandwich, and the butcher here can get any cut of meat you might like. I also enjoy the fresh hot soups.

I respect your COVID guidelines, however, asking customers to completely take off their mask when checking an ID at checkout defeats the purpose of a face covering rule. This endangers the customer when you can clearly see who the person is with the mask slightly pulled down.

OMG the bathrooms are beyond disgusting!I took my kids in here to grab lunch and the woman at the deli counter was super nice and helpful! But when I took my kids to the bathroom I could not believe how nasty and dirty it was. It was absolutely appalling. This Safeway is great but suggest that you DO NOT USE THEIR RESTROOMS!!!

Loved seeing that the half pound of havarti cheese ordered from deli was old and not separated by paper sheets so it’s just one sticky hunk of cheese. Glad the deli strives so hard to keep quality in the overpriced products they sell

Pretty busy.people everywhere. People not practicing 6 feet sisnatinci gMasks were so that is good. But still avoid this place of possible withering the covid surge going on. Sanitize and wash hands as soon as you leave. Dont bring your kids. Some good prices today. Every employee wearing tags that tells you the day they were last covid tested negative. But that doesnt mean they have not caught covid since then so be careful and be aware.

Its pretty much a standard Safeway. I stopped in to pick up beverages to go with the pizza I ordered.It was fairly crowded. The most crowded store Ive seen since the social distancing started. Almost everyone was wearing a mask. Good job people, thank you.

They arnt as safe as far as covidCart wipes etc..prices are never rite.the shelf tag and ring up price are wrong alot.they got caught before doing this and its still happening

Its a grocery store. Cheap prices, decently sized, really close to the freeway.

I like the fact that its open 24hrs. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Shelves are always stocked. Only draw back- everything is kind of pricey even when using club card

So Many Businesses Surround Both In the City Center. Within 10 Minutes Anyone Can Be Anywhere In Town From The Center. Many Homeless People Shoplift From Safeway.

A Rohnert Park Safeway will be closed indefinitely after a fire caused extensive damage to the grocery store Monday, July 15th, 2019. Was a great store, wife and I shopped here all the time.Edit July 21: Store opened back up, lots of sales for large discounts. Imagine it is to get rid of inventory from being closed.

Cheaper places to buy food but have good sales, convenient and good quality. I always go for $5 Friday Specials. Those are the best deals in town.

The aisles are so narrow that two carts can barely pass each other. And the checkout lines are a disaster. If you are a confident shopper, and have time to spare, the club deals are a really worth it.
