I really love this grocer. Bargain prices that help you stretch the budget. You can usually find coupons to the store, too. The owners are local and do a lot for the community. Their organic aisle has a great selection of gourmet items at serious discounts. Our food budget would double if we didnt do most of our shopping here.

Great stuff ..sometimes yiu can find great deals on organic and different items fir so much lower than gourmet or regular food stores..not on every item but good enough..managers are really nice and accommodating..staff is friendly..each one I have been there sometimes carry a few differentitems..like a treasure hunt..different each time I go there..it is a franchise..so depends on location and city etc.almost most locations have parking in their lot....

Hey yeah Safeway gives you points when you shop there for gas discounts but I tell you what if you go to this place youre going to save 10 times more even though youre getting points towards gas go to the grocery outlet its over the top they have locations in Windsor Rohnert Park Santa Rosa and Im sure several other locations for example they have this really great mayonnaise at Safeway youre paying like $9 for it at the grocery outlet its $2.50 shall I say anymore

Every time I leave I have a smile on my face. Chocolate frosted Lucky Charms? Got it. Egg white tortillas? Yup. Dino nuggies next to the organic shiitake mushroom power? Hell yeah!Whatever you need they have and they have it in a really weird variety. Savings and great products all next to oddball offerings. I love this place.

Amazing store, they have tons of stuff and for an amazing price too!

I love everything about this store, from the low prices, to the selection of products. The owners, Victor and his wife, are some of the hardest working people I know. They are always on hand to assist with anything, time and again going far and beyond duty. One time I asked Victor to keep for me a couple of pizzas in the store fridge for a few days, and he kindly accepted.

I found good bargains here at the grocery outlet. Chicken legs are only 99 cents a pound. I found great chocolate to eat. I also found great Christmas presents for several of my friends!

I used to love this market, but today my boyfriend brought in his service dog and a cashier named Patricia asked for his “service dog card.” For company Review She was Cashiering on May 20th at 7:45 pm. First of all there are no “cards” for service dogs, secondly this could get an institution like this shut down. This dog is here to do its job for a purpose and while I chose to ignore her because she obviously isn’t properly trained my boyfriend left because he decided it wasn’t worth it! I couldn’t be more irritated and angry right now. They are only allowed to ask you two questions about your service dog... 1. If they are a service dog and 2. What service they do provide for you? They cannot tell you because you don’t have an imaginary card that doesn’t exist that you cannot bring him in. I don’t bring his papers physically with me in the store. I will be reporting this and Grocery Outlet should educate their employees on how to follow the law!

Used to be fairly clean when we visited before seems like the maintenance is gone down on cleanliness especially outside in the parking area.

Prices are great! Much lower than the Big Chain Grocery Stores! Once your grocery cart is completely full, the checkout line moves pretty quickly! Staff friendly & courteous so one needs to come back for a return visit to refill their grocery cart up again!!

Good values but limited in ways. Produce doesnt have an abundance of greens too much. I use canned tomatoes for chili and Spanish rice, sometimes have trouble finding in there. Plenty of legumes . Bread is about the same as anywhere else. Organic milk is cheaper there too. Cheese is a bargain. Pies arent very selective in variety. Ice cream is a bargain but limited flavors. Potatoes and rice are cheaper too. They have Harris hamburger at different ratio of fat. Its good. Plenty of salad dressings too. Ive bought their TRAY of chicken breasts and they are ok. And cheaper.Low selection on steaks havent bought them.Good store for lean times we have.

You save alot from buying groceries

Walked in today and immediately noticed that their normal muzak wasnt playing over head. There was an actual HUMAN BEING, sitting in between the frozen food isles, playing some mean piano! GREAT TUNES! AND, I got the senior discount even tho Im not a senior, yet😀. Spent $70, saved $72!

Why spend double at Safeway? This place is really decent for a bargain outlet. You can also buy high end product that is marked down over 50% usually. So forget Whole Foods and Safeway. I go here all the time for healthy foods and produce.

I love finding great deals here. However often things are not restocked or prices are missing. The staff has changed up a bit, but seem friendly enough.

Grocery Outlet is a fun place to go when I have time to look at items in almost every aisle. They have regular grocery staples but they also have lots of items that arent always on the shelves at greatly discounted prices.

Pretty good prices. Nice staff. Never know what you might find at a great price. Last time I got Pillsbury pie crust for .99 AND buy one get one free...Thats less than .50 for 2 crusts...

It was good!! Found a nice bath math by JOY ( HSN) $7.99 organic strawberries for $4.99 a big container... I went in looking for Almond or Coconut flour on a whim, didnt find that, but did see a lot of health food options I go back for 👍 I am Keto, so those inexpensive options are important to me..

Look and you shall find, or maybe not, but you will find something else you didnt even know you wanted! The produce at north bays G.O. is so fresh. The health & beauty aisle is full of quality brands and very well priced vitamins/supplements. If you are feeling lucky you may find some locally made products at half the price, buy them now and share with your friends, or they may not be there next week. The wine selection is quite varied, a lot of local labels, and if you take some time you can build a collection-10% off a case. A great place to shop for deals and entertaining. If Olivers market is the Sonoma State, Grocery outlet is the J.C.! Same basics at a better price. No grab and go items, but hey....by not buying that family meal I got slippers, a hammock and a rosemary tree!

As a shopper you can find fantastic deals on organic foods and hygiene products.As a employee I had been told by co-workers that when you give Victor and Filomena two weeks notice it means you work the first week but the second week you will have one day of work to zero hours.I didnt believe that until today. I worked my first week of my 2 weeks notice but Victor told me today that I had ZERO hours the second week of my 2 weeks notice. He was going to use my work hours to train new employees instead.

Ive been shopping with Grocery Outlet for forty years, (since it was Canned Food Store) I always go there first to see what they have that I can build a meal around and then fill in with their more expensive competetors. I have never gotten anything that was bad, and have often found something amazing that I have never seen before, (unusual cheeses, wines from other countries) Where else can you get a drinkable bottle of wine for $2.99 that isnt Two-Buck-Chuck? Shopping at Grocery outlet is like going on an adventure every time. Love it and love the staff who are very helpful and kind.

If you pick and choose wisely, you can get some ridiculous deals. They also have a few failed product ideas that youll never see again. For good reason. Try if youre adventurous. But be warned. Theres a reason you dont see Provolone Cheese-Its at Safeway. Seemed like a good idea at the time...

Service and selection is good as well as prices but no one was sanitizing the carts.

It seems to be a running joke that I start shopping and have an armful of groceries before realizing I really REALLY need a cart. Fortunately, a staff member noticed me hobbling toward where the carts are and offered to grab one for me! Really outstanding service. I tend to go here for grocery staples like sliced meat, bananas, crackers...stuff I take to work. Some items are about the same price as a regular store, some things are MUCH cheaper at Grocery Outlet. Really depends on the location and the items. The Rohnert Park store is a better place to find dairy products and wine than some other locations. I just wish Id remember to bring a reusable bag (I keep some in my car but forget to bring them in, haha). This store follows the local bag ban, so plastic bags are 15 cents. Just FYI

Petaluma is my local store, but when life causes me to be near this RP location I love the chance to visit because its a different selection and yet just as awesome! I have REALLY appreciated GOs efforts in supplying organic/natural (NOSH) foods!!! ❤️

Grocery outlet is a diamond in the rough. Its not the biggest or the mosty shinny store youve ever seen, but what it lacks in luster it makes up for in great deals. Dont always expect to find exactly what you need every time, just go there in the need for lunch filler, or around the house snacks, or even cleaning or laundry supplies. They have a bit just look around and even youll see they even have something for you.

Great bargains just be sure to check expiration dates if not using right away.

Its a big grocery store with brands youll recognize and brands you wont, either way youll be satisfied at the dollar or more savings youll experience. Large readable signs that indicate the price difference posted everywhere inside is always nice. Emoyees a bit apathetic and almost always at the registers but they treat you well. Do beware of the experation dates though sometimes something will be extraordinarily cheap in comparison to usual costs but will be very close to expiring. Overall a nice place to save mo ey and fill the fridge.

I go there to stock up on some unique finds (premium chocolate or delicacies), Frozen Amys entrees (nowhere to beat this price), smoothies (Naked, Odwalla, Bolthouse), some short expiratory (therefore much cheaper) premium dairies, cheese and even organic milk by gallons.Lots of deeply discounted but unhealthy stuff to go through too, so shopping is not a quick run, since their stock is always changing.This store seems to have better selection for me than the Petaluma site.
