Been by this store a handful of times and every single time it says they are open and there’s a sign saying they’ll be back in an hour. Close the store if you’re not going to staff

Went by twice today at 1pm then 430pm both times closed. Prior same experience on a weekend they push home delivery, pretty clear why when nobody is there...

I use to work for GNC. And the general manager of this store made it a policy you cant bye single cans. Sometimes i want to mix and match or need a quick pick me up after work before the gym. I dont always want a full case. I think thats poor customer service in my opinion, coming from a customer service background that I’ve pride myself on making everyones experience the best. Stop focusing on numbers. Thats just poor quality right there when you basically not allow anyone to pick and choose

Every time I walk in, I am immediately greeted with a warm welcome and the staff offers assistance. Every single crew member is well informed on all of their products and helps guide to you what you’re looking for. Why there are poor reviews about this place is beyond me. I’ve been dozens of times and not once have I had a poor experience.

The customer service is superb. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. They continuously give me great advice. I am a fan of this location.

I called with a question. No one answered for a long time. I cant say how long for sure as my phone didnt save the ring time, I do know it was close to 2 minutes judging by the music on the radio. I hung up, very disappointed Ive been searching for a particular supplement all day. Well they lost me!!
