Ordered a clone machine and the only option I had to add anything was clonex, I received the machine with out humidity dome . Why in the world would you sell a clone machine advertised as a complete machine with out dome. Contacted monster garden and they replied with a pay pay request for 60 additional dollars. After I had ordered 200 bucks worth of stuff I had to pay 50 bucks for shipping. This place is a complete waste of time. Shipping took forever. You can order from garden dominon or target or Walmart even for complete machines with dome for 140 bucks . Don’t waste your money or time. Just call distributor if their product and get price cut in half .. lol

Tried to place an order to buy a 10 pack of pot elevators and 4 saucers. The Total came to 40 something and the shipping to Richmond VA was a buck under that. Seriously... over 40 bucks for shipping some plastic saucers and plastic elevators within the US? What a rip. I dropped the order since the shipping is clearly a scam.

Prices are competitive but you gotta wait 3 weeks for your online order to arrive!!! Slow UPS shipping!!! If you need it quick, make sure its in stock or buy it elsewhere.Update: my order took so long because they were out of stock. I do understand the slow shipping but they at least could have notified me that it was going to be more than a week or two until it even ships.

Truly excellent customer service at this well-stocked nursery supply! Mark went out of his way to help me with an order. They take covid precautions seriously, so there may be a wait to get in.

Im giving Monster Gardens and most importantly Stacey in the customer service department 5 stars for their business practices, availability and transparency. I have been using them for years but recently made a purchase where the products microbes were active and once the bottle was open it blew everywhere. Because I had experienced this on a previous occasion, this time I pulled out the video camera to record this. I then contacted Monster Garden to work on a replacement. The ease of this was amazing and seamless. No runaround no B.S. For that level of transparency and customer service, I WILL continue to use Monster Gardens. Thank you very much Stacey. You are an asset to your company.

I tried these guys out because they don’t carry what I need around where I live . They put saran wrap and tape around every bottle of nutrients I bought, even the starter kit I bought . I will definitely be getting my nutrients from them again . I’d recommend for sure

I had a great experience with Monster Gardens. I had an issue, that turned out to not be an issue at all, and the staff promptly contacted me to resolve. Even though my problem was an error on my part. These guys rock! They have great prices and even better customer service. I will be buying again.

This was my first experience with MG and they didnt disappoint.They had everything I needed at the best price Ive come across as of yet.Shipping was 5 days instead of the 7 Im used to and I saved almost $100 compared to the same order from another company.Packaging was excellent and everything arrived perfectly.I did call them after I tried to leave a review at the website and realized it was down then talked to Michael who was friendly and courteous which is something I appreciate greatly.Pretty sure theyve gained a long time customer.Hell Id like to see that store someday!

I dont know about everyone else.. But I shop here locally... I found these guys when I was looking for an item online... They had the best price of anyone else... I was about to place an order, and noticed that they were local... So I just went to get my items in store... To my delight they even has a better deal in store... That was my first experience with monster gardens... And I have been shopping there for around 3-4 years since... They consistently have the best price and widest selection.... There have been a few times where items had to be special ordered and took a bit longer than I was hoping... But aside from that... My experience with monster gardens has been a very pleasant one... It has been my hydroponics shop of choice since my first time shopping there :)

Monster Gardens provides MONSTER SERVICE! Haha. Monster Gardens has hundreds of videos on YouTube that helped me decide that they knew what they were doing and I could trust them. I visited their website and it was awesome! They have over a thousand products and WAY cheaper than a lot of places online. The staff there is great. MONSTERGARDENS IS BY FAR THE BEST HYDRO SHOP IN CALIFORNIA HANDS DOWN. MAYBE EVEN IN THE ENTIRE USA.They have the 1 of the biggest YouTube channels for just a Grow shop and with the best Unbiased reviews with the best knowledge. Im from the valley and I ordered all my stuff from them in the past. Just now getting back into growing and will be ordering from them again thats for sure. They hook it up with FREE stuff all the time. One time I ordered $50 worth of stuff and they sent me an ENTIRE 1L size line of Nectar for the Gods nutes. I have learned so much from their videos. One of the most important things I learned from them was TO ALWAYS ADD SILICA FIRST TO YOUR RO WATER. I do that then add some ph down to get it to under a PH of 7. The add Your Base etc... Everyone out there using Silica who isnt doing this is basically dumping money down drain. Switched to Genesis back before DE bulbs came out and man so worth it thanks to their advice from their videos. Their prices are great and you always get a 5% discount when ordering. The second best thing I learned from them was how the nutrient industry operated. They never mentioned any names but its obvious (to me at least) that they were talking about the worst company out there IMO, Advanced Nutrients. Not that their products are bad but the owners are just middle men marketing guys. Spending their money on fancy labels and having their posters on the show Weeds is why you guys out there who are running AN are overpaying for your nutes. From there I switched to mainly Grow More, Nectar for God, and some BioAg Humic/fulvic with micro nutrients. Now my yields are close to a gram per watt with AAA strains like Sincitys Sinmint Cookies. Keep up the good work guys. Youll be hearing from me more now that Im back at it again 😎

Had everything I was looking for. Mark was very helpful with everything.

I ordered a tent over a week ago said my payment was confirmed said it was available so went to store 1 1/2 hour drive was not available. So i paid to have it delivered. monday they call saying its there. wednesday i call they say it just got there so missed being shipped but would ship Thursday. 4 emails later un answered. numerous calls goes to voice mail says to leave name and number they dont call back. Dont want to drive another 3 hours to say they shipped it. Havent gotten any emails saying it shipped from them or any of the delivery services. dont know what to do just want my tent

I placed 2 International orders only to have it cancelled after the payment went through online with a credit card. They charged me 85$ per order and refunded me my money claiming they have high amount of fraud from international orders. So I basically was charged $185 for having found and trying to use their services. Stay away from this incompetent company.
