The people here are friendly and helpful. I just bought a riding mower and it was a great experience. They even delivered for free!
Couldnt be more satisfied. Had my mower up and running within a week. Forgot the guys name (sorry about that) be he went above and beyond to repair my mower. If you need your mower repaired I suggest you call Pratts Lawn and Garden. .
Time and time again, Jeff has given us great and honest service. They have kept our cub cadet mower going for 15 years! Most recently I purchased a stihl brand hand held battery operated chainsaw, and I absolutely love it! I recommend Pratt’s lawn and garden anytime! If it ain’t right, he’ll make it right, and if he can’t make it right, then he’ll be honest about it.
Professional, polite, and very informative.
Very honest and trustworthy.
A true sales and service location.Try getting info across the street at Lowes on anything other than the price...
Took my lawnmower in for a tune-up. Friendly, prompt professional service at a good prices. Without any up selling. Definitely recommending them to you.
Bought a zero turn from Pratt’s three years ago and I could not have more pleased with the whole process. I mow 3.5 acres, before it would take 12 + hours at each mowing now we can knock it out in 3 hours. Before I would have a hard time getting my daughters to mow the lawn now they enjoy it and say it’s like a go cart. I am pleasantly surprised when they mow for they have no trouble finishing the yard before quitting. We was able to get zero percent financing for 48 months with out a cent down. I was reluctant to purchase a zero turn for the cost but thanks to Pratt’s there was no pain only joy. I know they don’t support Planned Parenthood unlike those large stores do. They are a local store and always give a lot back to the community. We need to shop more local and stop supporting organizations that support murder of the incident child. Do your research and make a difference.
If I could give this business a lower score I would. They picked up my new riding lawnmower that I purchased from them to fix a flat tire and 2 weeks later I still dont have it back. Today, they come to finally drop it off (bc of my irrate phone call with them this morning) and Im gone to the store. Instead of leaving the lawnmower they take it. They told my daughter they needed a check for $60 before they could leave it. Are you kidding me. I paid over $5500 for their lawnmower less than a month ago and they cant wait to get my $60 check for a stupid tire change. . Never purchase from here again!
Dont bother looking anywhere else for your next mower. This is the place to go! Amazing staff and great prices.
I stopped in today to arrange service for my Cub Cadet zero-turn mower. Jeff, the manager, was extremely courteous in setting up my service appointment and explained my options. I looked at an additional mower that I plan to purchase in the spring and will be certainly going back to Pratt’s when I am ready.
These guys often do not charge enough for their quality service. I once owned and ran an outdoor power equipment shop in Pennsylvania. I know this business. I am impressed every time I go to them for service. I have also found them to be honest, which is most important. In Pennsylvania, we also closed our shop on Saturday, and it did cost us some business, so I appreciate the fact that these men have family values. It is a rare thing today to find people who place family higher in priority than the buck.
Pratts always takes great care of us!!! They get us up and going quickly. Their great service helps us better service our customers!!
I stopped in for a replacement part. Jeff was very helpful and I had the new part in a few days. Very helpful.
Took my old Murray in for some work. Got it back a week later running better than new. They even fixed my bag which I installed wrong. I had a few questions about self maintenance and they taught me what I need to do next time.
Amazing knowledge and customer service. I have all my lawn care equipment through Pratts and it is all still running. My riding mower is almost 13 year old, weed eater 10 years old and I just got a second weed eater just to have one dedicated to the blade and the other to line. I expect it to last just as long. They are top notch in fixing and maintaining your small engine equipment as well. I used to purchase lower quality equipment at lowes or Walmart about every year and a half You will save money in the long run buying the higher quality equipment that will out last the cheap equipment 10 to even 20 times the life by going to Pratts! This Stihl in the photo runs like a beast. I really love my Kawasaki but this Stihl has a wonderful feature that seems to not allow tall grass to wrap around the work head.
We bought our second large mower from Jeff at the Rolla location strictly based on the fantastic service and personal attention he pays to us, and the fact that he stand behind his products 100%, no questions asked. Our first mower, a Cub Cadet has been run very hard and 10 years later (and like a brush hog really, I had no idea what I was doing back then ) it is STILL running like a solid gold watch, but due to my broken back, we decided that a zero turn mower was what I really needed.Jeff could have easily steered us to a more expensive model, but we trust him and he really does know what the customer wants / needs and money is NOT his motive, we really believe it is customer satisfaction. As it so happens, a factory flaw in the gas tank causing false reading became an issue, and Jeff personally drove to our home THREE times, nearly a 100 mile round trip, each time to pick up the mower, replace the tank ( as it turns out the factory kept sending him faulty tanks, finally resolved ) and return it to me each time, always on his dime of course, and we felt so bad that this particular brand will not reimburse him for gas, etc we tried to give him 50 bucks on his last of 3 trips to us to at least try to help with gas, but he steadfastly refused, said it was entirely his responsibility.I am 63 and my wife is 62, we have had a LOT of experience over the years dealing with companies and we have to say we have never seen such dedication to the customer. We cannot recommend Jeff and his shop strongly enough.!!
Would be great if they where open at least on Saturdays. I work out of town all week and Im ready to buy as like now and dont want over priced stuff like at walmart or something.
Extremely friendly, prompt and knowledgeable service! Would highly recommend Pratts! Thanks, Jeff!!
Great mechanics but my mower sat for two months and still hadnt been touched.
What a pleasant experience! My Cub Cadet riding mower broke a cable that engaged the cutting blades. I tried to get the warranted item repaired at the Cub Cadet dealer that is less than 3 miles from my home in OFalllon. But they would have nothing to do with it because I didnt purchase it there.I spoke to Katie at Pratts in Rolla and the world was a great place again. She understood my problem and had no problem. She dispatched a driver to pick up my mower on the following business day. Within three days an ordered part was installed and my mower was returned to my home in OFallon.Katie was a pleasure to work with. The service provided by her and the team at Pratts was an outstanding example of customer service! I will be using them for a lifetime. As far as the dealer up the street... enough is enough.
I dont know who katie is (except for my group partner) but she sounds alright. 5 stars katie. you go girl.pratt pratt pratt.pratt.
