Felt as if shop never had any intention of repairing body damage; kept adding to estimate week after week until price for repair was flagged by Insurance company; after a month of repeated repair increases and constant add ons vehicle wound up being totalled for a parking lot fender bender; an accurate estimate should have been completed after tear down but magically every week more and more expenses accrued; company stated it was unable to reassemble vehicle for second opinion and was undriveable, which was very confusing considering the cosmetic damage done to vehicle had no bearing on drivability of vehicle

Took my car here for repairs after it was recommended to me. After receiving my car, I warn everybody not to come here. I drove my car not even a mile away from this place and my car started smoking. They called me beforehand saying there was something wrong with my brakes but I first off had my brakes replaced a couple of months prior and was working beautifully, second I drove this car two weeks after the accident and there was nothing wrong with it at all. For them to tell me it was my mechanic’s fault and not theirs was unbelievable. It turns out the damage wasn’t even my brakes, it was something else. How are you gonna work on cars and you don’t know what’s wrong? Second, they told me they forgot to put a missing piece and to come back but when I did they said there actually was nothing missing. I waited for my car for over a month and was very disappointed. Please beware.

Honestly, I only chose this place because its across the street. But I was shocked at how well my car turned out. I had my entire rear bumper replaced. The paint job is impeccable and they even painted over a few other scratches in other areas on my car. And they detailed the interior! They really went above and beyond my expectations! I will definitely use them anytime in the future. 12/10 would recommend!!

I had a dent in the front of the car that was experiencing rust. Shop is near me and affiliated with my insurance. They were friendly and professional. I liked that the car was cleaned inside and out before return. Did have a disconnect with the customer service that schedules the repair, the shop, and the insurance that caused delay, so that side could be smoother but once that was sorted everything was done well.

I got my breaks done the other day and honestly was scared to go by myself but everyone was super nice and welcoming. I will be recommending to my friends!!

U cant even tell i was rear ended..one thing I did not like is that they switched the damaged license plate on the back to the front they couldve got me a new one or just left it...but other than that work well done

How do you give someone 10 stars? I show up there without an appointment after someone takes off my mirror. I was looking for an estimate after I couldnt get it to operate correctly after reattaching. The lady looked at it and asked if she could take it in back. I said sure. She shows up less than 10 minutes later and tells me its fixed. Im ecstatic and ask her how much I owe. She says nothing !!!! Needless to say if I need some real work done sometime this is the first place Ill try!!

My experience at Service King was top-notch. Mr. Rivera assisted me and treated me like family. He was very informative and I felt comfortable with him. If you need help go to him. He explained everything and when I had questions he was super patient. I reccomend this location and recommend anyone to Mr. Rivera.

They returned my car to me with bubbles in the bumper protector. I was told the bubbles would go away in a week. Not only did they not go away they got worse. I made another appointment, went back a second time. They still could not remove the bubbles. I was told they would order a new bumper protector and I can go back again for a third visit. This is on my own time because I already returned the rental car from the accident that was not my fault. I have waited 3 days for a call from the General Manager. Still no call. And no call that the part is in. Terrible work and terrible Customer Service. I am very unhappy!

After my accident my insurance let me choose my body shop not sure where to go. Saw Service King when driving by one day and it was on the list of body shops, they were also close to my home, so I chose them. My car had a lot of body damage and due to the snow the night before there was a lot of salt on my car. My experience started out shakey, as I made an appointment with one gentleman and when I arrived was told he was on vacation, I was a little confused and concerned, but assured that the damaged would be repaired. I did had a few issues, but as those issues arose, each and everyone was addressed and after approval from insurance company each issue was repaired. My car looks great again almost like new, very happy with their service, Ryan took care of everything and was amazing to work with.

My car has been in an accident every 10K miles. I just reached 80K miles. None my fault. The employees went above and beyond to fix my car. If my car is in an accident around 90K miles, ill definitely be using this place.

I came to Service King as part of Travelers Insurance ConciergeCLAIM program - the insurance company set up everything for me, including picking up the car and taking it to Service King.My car had been damaged by a light pole. It had cracks in the windshield in 2-3 places, a smashed headlight, and dents in the hood and the roof. I could not be happier with Service Kings repairs! The car looks amazing. They completely replaced the windshield, took out the dents, and even feathered in the paint color so that the new paint they had to use would match the body of the car. They provided me instructions on how to keep the paint looking nice as it cures.When I picked up the car, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgable, and made the process a breeze. Highly recommend!

My car was in for some body andsuspension work from a accident. When I got the car back the tire was still damaged on the sidewalk and I was missing 1 lug nut on each front tire. I called them it went to voicemail I left a message and no return call

They left an 18 in tool in our engine that our mechanic found a few days later, after we brought it in for a terrible noise. They killed the battery and didn’t replace it. They were supposed to fix my windshield wiper compartment but failed to do so as they pushed the seal into the compartment, so no windshield wiper would come out.

From start to finish was the worst experience of my life especially after being the victim of a car accident they sure did not make my life any easier. Although I cannot speak to the repairs/ mechanics as my car ended up being a total loss. The Upfront staff was not helpful nor welcoming literally stood around for 5 minutes before someone asked me if I needed help after calling and scheduling an appointment, was there to clean my car out and collect my plates and turn the keys in for total loss. What should have took 5 to 10 minutes took a total of 45 minutes due to them not being able to locate my car.

Undercarriage of my van was dragging in the snow and I had kids in the van. I stopped at Service King cuz it was the closest place I could get to crawling along at 10mph. They saw me without any wait, didnt charge me, and took the undercarriage off for me and made it drivable. The person who took care of me was named Phil. Really really nice guy.

Had my van taken here after an accident. Their collision repair was perfect and Roamel was awesome! Since my wife and I had to share a car after the accident, Roamel gave me a ride home from the collision center after dropping my van off and then picked me up when the repair was complete. They also kept me in the loop via text throughout the entire process!

Be careful when selecting this location for an auto body repair facility. Keep tabs on belongings and make certain you receive whats being paid for. Their paint is subpar with debris trapped underneath the freshly painted surfaces, damaged interior trim panels, and missing or skewed emblems. Theyll eventually work to correct most of their mistakes, but it becomes exhausting.

They lied about status of the repairs and then delivered a dirty car that had to be returned for further servicing. Plus they are poorly managed and don’t return calls. Also not that they post they are sorry but do nothing about it. Plus the Chicago area manager has no service experience and previously worked for RA restaurants. Not good!!
