I am very disappointed with this store. I went in to look at phone plans with my mom as we wanted to switch from our current phone provider. We both work in the medical field and the store associate that we were working with brought up their First Net deal. We were thrilled by the prices and decided to sign up for the deal. That day my mom was able to get a new phone and the next day we came back to give them my moms old phone. Unfortunately, even though my mom was promised as a phlebotomist working at a hospital and going into covid + rooms she would qualify for the deal, she did not. Now she is stuck with a $250.00 monthy payment when she was promised a $56.00 payment. The employees at the store do not seem like they are well educated on the deals the store has going on with too big of incentive for converting customers. If we have known the correct cost and the requirements needed for the deal we would have chosen a different plan or phone carrier. This whole situation was very costly and frustrating.

My phone was stolen and that’s my only means of communication. I went into the store and Jose so graciously took a lot of time to help me get through the process of reporting my phone and contacting the insurance company as well as explaining a lot of other things that would help me secure my personal information. I went home to finish the process on my laptop only to find out that they denied my claim. I return to the store and Jose stepped in again and called the insurance company for me and stayed on the phone with me while we walked through what the issue was with the insurance company. It was all them. They assured me the phone would come the next day which it did however it required that I have a phone to activate it so I went back to the store where Omar stepped in and help me activate and download all the necessary items to get my phone working. I was there for almost 2 hours waiting for the download and he checked on me every so often to make sure everything was OK.These two gentlemen went out of their way to help me not knowing my story and all that I have been through. Those acts of kindness uplifted my spirit and helped me tremendously in a very difficult time where the smallest things seem monumental. I am forever grateful to these two gentlemen and they’re great service kindness and professionalism. There was one other gentleman with dark hair and glasses who came and sat with me for a little bit and we chatted and he helped me with some minor things that went wrong well the download was occurring and Omar and Jose were busy. I didn’t get his name but we spoke about Colorado. I want to make sure that these three people are recognized for their outstanding service.

The team here is really great, greeting and acknowledging you even when they are busy helping other clients. I came in for an issue regarding a charge on my account from using my device insurance and Jose was incredibly helpful. Even though we couldnt solve the problem immediately he gave me a much clearer rundown of the situation than the store I previously went to and all my options moving forward. Even though I live in the city Ill make sure to come to this store in the future since everyone here seems very knowledgeable and helpful about their products and services.

Great customer service from this location (Rolling Meadows). Jose R. was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful; great with knowledge sharing and offered great suggestions/service option. Highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again for future service/buy.

Unfortunately I went there on Sunday to get aNew phone line And I had a guy that i’m his first customer after training it was meAnd he did a very good job I think they say a lot about the cooperation in general they have a very good training team that mean they built a good customer service representative

My sister and I came in with a fairly complicated ask, and Adrian was just such a dream to work with, every step of the way. He gave great information, helped us find the best options for us, and even saved us some money from what we had before. We were sad to walk out of there!

Picked up a replacement phone which I ordered online. Friendly service but they failed in two aspects. 1) they did not put the sim card in the phone and it requires a tool only they have. 2) they said my sons samsung watch could not be linked to his phone. Another store confirmed it could be.

The salesman sold me the most expensive plan and lied that it was the only unlimited plan available. He wouldn’t offer me any thing cheaper and told me I’d get a discount with a first responder line that was charging me $76 in addition to my already expensive phone plan. They also added a $5 charge if I wanted to upgrade my phone later, which I didn’t agree to; I specifically said I was not interested in that. Do your own homework and research before you go there!

I would like to comment on the excellent service I received from your agent Jose at the Rolling Meadows AT & T store on 12/20/2020. As a customer in my 70s I am not I phone friendly and I had to upgrade from a 10 to a 12 and passed on my 10 to my wife. Jose was very patient and informative every step of the way and I was able to accomplish that task as well as synching our Apple watches. You should be proud to have this young man represent your company and is a great asset to this location. Thank you, Vince Rangel a very happy customer..

Maria was outstandingly professional. She answered every questioned I asked, found every best deal possible, and even offered to fix my girlfriends screen protector on her phone who was with me at the time I was in the store when my girlfriend isn’t even an AT&T customer. Maria made sure I left the store with my new iPhone activated, screen protector applied, a new iPhone case, and all payment installments clearly explained. She was extremely friendly and made my experience in store enjoyable and is the reason why I’m still an AT&T customer.

Best Experience EVER!!!!When I walked in I was greeted by Roland! He was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I was asking about and made sure to answer all my questions! The store manager Peter was also instrumental in making sure I was 100% satisfied.I can not stress how happy I was to be given the privilege of working with these two standout sales men.

I went in for a simple exchange of phones. My old one for a new one. They took my phone gave me a new one and now I’m being charged for a new line INEVER asked for and being charged for my old one as well. I have been in the store 4 times and keep getting the same story. Now the bill is do and they STILL have not fixed their screwup. Big corporations and they don’t give a flying F@@k about people, they only want their dollar even after they are the ones that messed everything up!

I needed a new SIM card for a replacement telephone. They were able to help me quickly with the right type of card. They even waved the $5 fee.

During the pandemic, I was in need of new devices and went to another AT&T store. I am a first responder and couldn’t be without a reliable device. The other store was accommodating but completely overcharged me and screwed my account up. The Rolling Meadows store is my normal provider/service location. As soon as they opened. I went there and within an hour they corrected all the mistakes and once again provided me with superior customer service. They always go above and beyond. I highly recommend going to this location, even if it’s out of your area. You won’t be disappointed and they work hard to service public safety professionals.

AT&T is the worst stay away,run if you can or you will also regret it, you will never get a low bill and you will be screwed for 2 yrs, they will lie and tell you that you can leave the contract in 30 days if you want but in 32 days after you get the first bill and get over your hart attack it will be to late

I ended up realizing that we were being overcharged for months on our phones. When I reached out to AT&T they said I have to go into the store. I had multiple attempts with no results until Peter started as store manager. He gave me his personal number to get ahold of him for updates and didn’t stop until my problem was resolved and I was credited back the money.

My husband Needed a new phone and we had a very pleasant experience. Garrret was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining all his options. And the best part was all His information was transferred to his new phone. We will definitely be back for any future needs!

Even this 1 star rating is generous. Today, no less than 15 minutes ago I visited this location to get assistance with purchasing headphones for my son. When I came in the 3 store associates were busy with their customers. 2 associates to the front of the store at round tables and 1 associate in the back. There were no other customers but myself. After I have been walking around the store for 10 minutes 2 males enter. The rep closest to the couch was finished with his customer and clearly since he is in eye line of the door knew that I needed to be assisted next but what did he do once his elderly lady customer exited the front door? He made a beeline to the 2 males that entered after me. Keep in mind I am visibly an African American woman and the 2 males who entered well after me are Caucasian. This represents poor customer service and lack of training. When you are the representative that sits nearest the door you know who you need to service next once your client exits before any other reps. This is deplorable and speaks volumes of how African Americans are treated when they come to do business in areas that are less saturated or at least lightly sprinkled with people of color. I actually will be visiting another carrier today to transfer my 3 lines of service because this was just ridiculous and unnecessary when all I came to do on my lunch break was buy my son a gift. Horrible location and I work in the building in the next parking lot. I will be sure to discourage others from visiting this RACIST AT&T LOCATION!!

Omar was great throught my transition from T-Mobile to ATT. He flawlessly installed my 2 IPhone screen protectors and IPad screen protector. He gave me a great deal on the accessories and the devices I purchased. I will be porting my second daughters number tomorrow.

If I could give a negative, I would. I opened a business account with this store. I wanted to transfer my galaxy s8 from my personal to my new business account. On my business account I added a Galaxy Tab E to take advantage of the $20 a month promotion. I got approved for everything and got my bill showing that. However, the rep made a mistake after the fact and kept my personal account, so now I have two bills, a personal and a business. I am paying over $200 a month for a Tab E, not even worth $200 and $200 a month for a Galaxy s8. When I became aware of it, the rep said he would fix it and refund my money. I have found out he got a promotion after opening up my business account, and he just blew me off. Customer service is just blaming everything of its system. I am planning on taking legal action against this place. Now, I am responsible for a bill that technically wasnt mine.

The team here was super! I switched from Boost to AT&T prepaid and the service is so much better. Im happy I made the switch.

Maria is the rep to head straight too! She is very lenient and convenient to deal with and gets the job efficiently highly recommended by one who knows people.

I hate cell phone stores. I was having a horrible day. Those two are not a good combination and I sucked to deal with when I walked in. Miguel helped me immediately. Though honestly, I would have probably suddenly had an emergency in his place. He and another guy (manager?) handled my situation quickly, efficiently, and patiently, though my order was kind of a mess. Another gentleman came over and made small talk with me as well, while I waited. They really did a great job. Especially since I really was probably the last person they wanted to deal with. Thanks guys. You all did a great job and AT&T is lucky to have you.

The store manager, Duwan, is an incompetent and has bad attitude. He is a good example of the worst customer service ever. After several minutes of waiting while he was working on his IPad, he said I’m just going to return your money and I’m not going to argue with you anymore. I was trying to explain to him, a new SIM card will be needed to reactivate the service as the account was not active for more than sixty days. But his ego and incompetency did not help the situation.Don’t go to that store if your time matter to you.

Duwan and Miguel did a great job at catering to my every question and need. Not only did they make sure I walked out with the knowledge to use my new smartphone, they were patient and kind.

Better customer service than the other two stores on Golf Rd. Big store. Decent selection but they still didnt have what I needed even though it was in their inventory system. So I went next door to T-Mobile and they took care of me.

Went in to see about new phone as on I5. Maria assisted in getting me a upgrade and helped me fix my cable and wi-fi issues. New phone and no tv pixelates anymore. Maria is the best. Knows the product and how to get you the best setup for your needs.

I just left this ATT store and I was pleasantly surprised. I have been an ATT customer for over 20 years and this is the first time I have not left swearing and angry. Roland is the best!! I had originally spoke with a Supervisor over the phone (probably in another country) on April 14th that was EXTREMELY rude, Disrespectful, and unhelpful. I have been a Loyal AT&T customer for the last 12 plus years and was being charged Internet service that had been previously disconnected. I walked into this store and Spoke with Rolland who was more than happy to help me and get me on the phone with a AT&T representative who took care of this issue quickly and efficiently. Rolland could have easily turned me away and said sorry we don’t deal with this here, but Instead he went above and beyond to help me. I APPRECIATE the Excellent Customer Service skills that Rolland provided to me today! Thanks again Rolland!
