I took my Chevrolet Tahoe in for repair that was supposed to be covered under insurance. I also got an estimate on getting a paint job but not actually signing paperwork for the paint job to be completed until after insurance had covered their parts they had my signature to handle insurance but no signature to paint my entire truck. Maaco also provided my insurance company with a total different estimate than they provided me which made me pay much more out of pocket than I should have. Insurance was never billed for any of the repairs that my truck had originally went in for. This company made me pay for EVERYTGHING out of pocket avoiding to even cooperate with insurance. This is wrong on many different levels. You present me with an estimate but my insurance with something totally different. They are definitely in it for the money. If its insurance related, stay in contact with insurance. Do not just go for what Maaco has to say!

They went above and beyond on my old school paint job, I didn’t know what to think about Maaco’s paint expertise, I heard good and bad from Maaco, but this one in Rome, ga is the spot to go, also my car looks better than ever. The staff was polite and professional and had lots of knowledge to what they do. I would recommend them to anybody!

My girlfriends car was being worked on at Maaco(body shop here in Rome) after an accident. The tech from glass doctor busted the window in the rear quarter panel of her 2017 Chevrolet Malibu Premier then ghosted Macco and would not answer the phone or return calls. So they filed a claim on the insurance and replaced the window themselves and now i have to be fit with a 50 dollar bill to fix the window tint. Maybe Im just old fashioned but if i break something that belongs to someone else, they get a new one identical to the old one. Yes i know Its only 50 dollar but I shouldnt have to pay to fix something that someone else broke out of carelessness. They also gave me the car back with air bag light on and was dirty as hell. It was not like that when it was dropped off.
