These guys are solid! Came in thinking I had a bent rim, but in less than 5 minutes he was able to figure out my problem just by placing a hand on one of my tires. There was apparently an ever so slight rise on the back half of the tire indicating a broken belt. At this point I’m thinking, really don’t want to buy just 1 brand new tire and have an uneven set. I also don’t want to buy 4 brand new tires (They still have a decent amount of tread). Thankfully, (without even having voiced these concerns) the first thing he says is “let me see if I’ve got a used one in the back”. Comes back with one that has almost the same amount of tread the other tires have left (maybe a bit more!) and at a price that can’t be beat! I am thrilled at this point and am in and out of there in 30 minutes! I definitely recommend this place. I took pictures of the old tire because I couldn’t believe how easy it was to miss unless you know where your looking.

I called several other places but this was the only place that had what I needed. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! all of the employees were very nice, as well. some mechanics/mechanic shops try to intimidate female but not this place. they were great! thank you, guys!

I stop by Jim Tires on Maple Rd to get a quote on a new set of tires last week and they gave me a price for $627.96 I call back a week later to see if the exact same tires were still in store cause I was on my way to purchase a set. All of a sudden a week later the tires are now over $700 bucks I thought when u give a price to a man you stick by what you said. Bad business

Husband came on Friday for an alignment which couldnt be done at that time. Someone asked my husband if he could be there at 10 in the morning and no one ever showed up!! If youre not open on Saturdays dont book appointments.

Week wait for an oil change appointment, went from there to Reeces tire, got it done in 30 minutes.

I went for a front end alignment on my truck I was told before I went they try get more money out of me saying it needs this and that before they could alignment it but I was charged to check to see if it could be aligned I dont need nothing done I know my truck so there

Let me clear a few things up. When Ive left my car early one morning to get tires. I needed it by 3 i was told it would be. When time came for work not ready and was told a couple of hours. 25$ Cab ride to work. Theyre awesome updating you as long as you sit and wait. When I called to get a price on a tire the guy that answered was rude. That day I waited for my tire to be out on my wheel. I took the wheel of my car. All that was needed is a tire and balanced. Im sure theyre rude to men also. I trust the work they do.Fast if you dont leave your car and say no hurry. They keep you updated if youre there waiting. Friendly unless youre a woman when calling to check on prices. The one that answers the phone was a little hateful. But theyre trustworthy

These gentlemen have always been good to me. I was stranded in Kennesaw and had to have my alternator replaced. A couple of weeks later, my car was acting funny. I took it to Jims and they did a diagnostic. They told me the alternator that Pep Boys had put on my car was bad. They told me to call Pep Boys and make them pay for the tow of my car back to Kennesaw. They saved me a ton of money. Every time I go here, they are so good to me. I wont use anyone else in Rome for my car.

We only had a tire patched but it was only $5 and they had it done in 10 minutes. Their new tires however are crazy expensive. There are much cheaper places in town to get the same tires at a lower price.

I came to Jims Tire and Service Center because he had the best reviews in Rome. Im glad to add my 5 stars to his reviews! It needed a brake job and from start to finish it took less than 2 hours from drop off to pick up. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Needed a tire plugged due to the unfortunate event of running over a screw, and it was taken care of within 20 minutes. It was a tad more than the another place, but they were able to get it done much faster. The other place had an hour gap for lunch while this place was able to take care of it during lunch time on a weekday, and we all know how Rome is at lunch time. Ill definitely be going back for needed service.

I took my 98 Sonoma to at least three different shops before I took it to Jims Tire and they were able to diagnose and fix my wiring issue. Ive been taking my vehicles there for years and never had any issues. They do good quality work and most importantly they give honest answers. I highly recommend them for any auto service!

I had a tire blowout in Rome and my insurance company had me towed there for the repair; they were so great that I went back to get a full set of new tires, even though there are places a lot closer to where I live -- I trust these guys. Some highlights of the great experience: no hidden fees -- the price quoted included disposal of old tires, mounting, warrenty, etc (and was 10-25% cheaper than other places); they talked to me, as the owner of the car and the customer, rather than only talking to my boyfriend; they werent condescending in explaining things, but answered all of my questions knowledgably and truthfully.

Brice and his staff are always polite and provide quality care for our vehicles. He never over sales, we always leave satisfied!
