Service center has excellent hours and I am able to work while they have my Jeep Renegade all day thanks to their great and courteous shuttle service.Every easy going and they pay attention to the details.They have been able to help out when my Jeep needed it and over time I decided I want to buy a Jeep there as well.

My father bought a car last Thursday, paid up front. We told them to have it ready today, Tuesday at 5. We got everything ready for the car, went to get it and it wasnt done? Maybe tomorrow. What the hell? It should have been ready Saturday since it was fully paid for. Didnt seem too upset when I told the owner that I was no longer considering his dealership for my next purchase that I am currently looking for with pre-approval.

Friendly atmosphere and staff. No high pressure sales associates. Great selection of inventory on the lot. Knowledgeable sales associates and service technicians. Victory really goes above and beyond!

Do NOT buy a used vehicle here! No warranty, fixed just enough to get it out of their inventory, no GAP insurance. I have taken the vehicle back several times and they keep brushing it off with excuses. I have now paid over $600.00 out of my own pocket for parts and still having more going wrong this vehicle. Very discouraging!

Harley took extra time in letting us know when he had found Jeep Renegades we might be interested in. Yet he respected our desire to not make any quick decisions. He supplied all the necessary information to take home to do research. This was a very positive experience and we will be going back to them when we are ready to make a purchase.

I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. We had a bad experience purchasing a vehicle. But it didnt end there. We bought a 2014 dodge Ram from them. They passed the inspection knowing the rear brakes needed to be replaced. This dealership has many complaints with the better business bureau. Take a look at the photos. Rusted bad and metal to metal.The brakes where like this for a long time. . Everytime I go there the Service Dept. Is top notch. They treat me like gold making sure to communicate and go out of their way to take care of me as a customer. The first time I had work done I thought that I caught them on a good day as the service was better then expected, but have been back three more times and the service stays great.

We put down a down payment on a Jeep. Worked with Lori. She said she would hold the Jeep for one week. We had to wait for financing from our bank. She then two days later sold the Jeep to someone else saying she didn’t remember that she said she would hold it. I’m sorry if you say your gonna do something then you should do it. Or at the very least don’t lie about it after. We ended up buying from Drivers Village. I highly recommend them and our sales man Nate. Very good experience with them unlike Victory.

I bought a jeep compass and love it. salesman was great up front and down to earth. i first went to cooper kia and was treated like garbage. happy i found victory.

Love this place! The service technicians know Dodge product inside and out. We had what looked to be a transmission leak. Turns out it was aging transmission cooling lines. They had it fixed and fluids topped off with an oil change in addition to the line work. Done in 2.5 hours! Very reasonable bill and no heavy upselling for additional work! My Dodge will always go here for needed work! Technician and entire front service desk were polite and answered all questions.

Problems with the electronics spasing out in my 19 charger definitely solved. Shes back to her old self. Thanks to the knowledgeable techs for being there when we need them!

Saturday the car was fine...Sunday I heard scraping. Called for an appt. and got in 3 days later. Ended up with a bill for over $600 for breaks, rotors and a caliper.You mean to tell me that with all the tire changes, inspections and oil changes Ive had there, nobody saw anything? Im seriously considering going to a different dealer. Right now...We have not become good friends.

Painless car buying experience. Paul, Travis and Leo were personable and easy to deal with. Was looking for a specific vehicle and Travis was able to locate it at another dealership. He arranged for it to be brought to Rome the next day. It was as wanted. Trade value was fair and price on the new car was great. I will be shopping with them in the future.

Any questions I had were answered well, got to take more than one test drive, and they made sure the car was safe and sounding fine before sealing the deal. Very friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommend them for used cars.

When I bought my new Cherokee I noticed when I got home that on of the windows was scratched. I called them and they agreed to replace the window no problem. I would have given 5 stars but it did take them over two months to get the window in and set up an appointment to replace it. They told me it would taken2 hours and they had it done with in that time frame.

Great car buying experience. After going to many other dealerships and being disappointed it was great to finally find a dealership that treats customers well.Changed to 1 star as there was a promotion going on when I purchased car that I would get a television. Its been 3 months now and no TV or calls about it. Finally received the TV and its much better quality than expected. Have to say it was worth the wait. Overall 4 stars now.

They do work with you and ensure it is a stress free environment. I did get the truck I wanted at a fair price. The only downside is that the truck had some damage prior to purchase which took awhile to get fixed. Also, getting the car starter took a bit too. This isnt a result of them but a third party but none the less a inconvenience. I would recommend them and I would use them again to purchase a vehicle in the future.

I was not happy in the car I was driving. I went to a few car dealerships to see what else I could get into at a payment that I could afford.Nothing worked out and I went home frustrated. I was told to go see Paul and Glenn at Victory. I test drove a jeep cherokee and fell in love. When it came time to discuss financing, I cant believe how upfront and honest Glenn was. He took his time and was thorough. There were no secrets! He even found that I was owed money from the last dealership for a warranty I DIDNT KNOW I PAID FOR! (I told them I didnt want it, but they snuck it in) I am so happy I went to Victory!!!! I dont plan on ever going anywhere else! Found the right vehicle for me at a reasonable price but It was your typical dealership experience hurry up and wait. A couple words of advice is to give a full tank of gas with the vehicle because every place I have ever been before did that for me. Also thanks for the heads up on the dmv fee that was never mentioned that would come up two weeks later. Never had a dealership call up and try to squeeze another sum of money out of me weeks later for a DMV fee. It has always been taken care of at the time of the sale. Maybe they could take the money They saved on gas and take care of that for me. I would recommend this dealership if you find the right vehicle for you but other than that it’s nothing special.
