A lovely place to dine with fabulous food, especially the lobster bisque topped with a crab cake. The cocktails were well balanced and dangerously enjoyable. The owners and staff are all welcoming and friendly. During the morning hours, their sister, Cream and Sugarbeets serves a great cup of coffee and a fantastic peanut butter stuffed chocolate cookie.

We started with the Tasting board which consisted of a few types of ham, cheeses,and fresh honeycomb along with other stuff. My main course was the pork chops topped with mango and kiwi salsa. For dessert I had to try there BEET cake. Yes its made with a beets and walnuts.. everything was incredibly delicious and our waitress Daisy (I believe thats her name) couldnt have been more helpful.

It’s so hard to come by a restaurant where the food is as good as the service! The food and cocktails were so delicious and the service was beyond amazing! We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. Compliments to the chef who cooked up an amazing meal for myself and for my girlfriend. This place is definitely underrated!!I have no idea how my plate survived this.. 😝😂

We arrived as Sugarbeets was opening after enjoying the Fort Rickey Fall Fest as well as Apple picking at Nortnstar orchards.Daisy was our server and explained how there menu is accessed by using the camera on your phone with the qr code on the tables.Sugarbeets has a great selection of drinks, adult beverages, apps, meals and desserts.Everything we ordered was excellent as well as the service Daisy gave us.Definitely try this small and inviting place.

Sugarbeets is a very pleasant atmosphere, wonderful staff and the food was excellent. Brought my mom for her birthday, says the best meal she has had at a restaurant in a very long time. The pork tenderloin dinner was delicious.

If I could give Sugarbeets more than a 5 I would! Mother’s Day dinner was excellent! The service was too! They had a nice selection of entrees to choose from, as well as other menu items. The wedge salad was nicely prepared and the beets were in the shape of little hearts. I would absolutely recommend Sugarbeets !

Their coffee/cafe? Amazing. Perfect.The sit down restaurant aspect is b a d tho. I got steak tips which came with six little steak nuggets, overcooked unseasoned rice, and 3 asparagus stalks.For $25.Why are you making me pay $25 for a highschool cafeteria meal.Also,my partys steak was medium well (ordered rare), and the other got an INSANE portion of pasta + Alfredo (which was broken)tldr: overpriced, weird portions, and underseasoned food.

Our first visit to Sugarbeets was so good we had to come back for more. Was blown away by the Rhode Island Calamari and Antipasto last time. This time we had to the bruschetta for an appetizer and it was wonderful. The Arlo chicken sandwich along with the Singlecut 18 watt American IPA was a homerun! The most flavorful chicken sandwich Ive ever had. The beer, hoppy, aromatic, but light on the palate, at 5%. My wife LOVED the chicken marsala. And the staff, very warm, absolute pros.Sugarbeets is playing on a whole other level for Rome cuisine...AND customer service.Oh, and I ordered the same dessert...the Sugarbeets cake. Wonderful moist texture, subtly sweet - perfect finisher! Will be back........OFTEN.

Gluten free options!!! Had a delicious meal and so did my husband. The hubby is gluten free and we always enjoy places we both get what we want. Staff is friendly And knowledgeable. Sangrias are amazing. Looking forward to trying the coffee shop tomorrow AM as it has gluten free snacks as well!!!

Been here twice. Once for dinner and once for brunch. Both times have been spectacular! Dinner I had the homemade gnocchi and they were perfect. Today I had the hash and eggs for brunch and it was out of this world. Will be back again and again and again!

Wow, just wow. Knockout 5 course dinner and everything was amazing . The original Beetropolis cocktail was really tasty. I would double the mint. SIPS 4/5 The squash corn fritters were a flavor explosion of harmony with the blackberry sauce. Can you order these by the dozen? SAVOR- 5/5 The wine list is amazing and shows that volume does not equal quality. Amazing Burgundy choices for this non urban locale. I watched the bartender execute flawless techniques for hours. The rest of our service was just outstanding. Best choice within a 50 mile radius. The short drive from Denver will be rewarded.

Amazing food! The best Cuban sandwich ever and eggplant salad. Tiramisu was delicious 😋.The best avocado loaded toast with salmon. Yummy 😋

As always, the food was amazing. I had the scalloped tortellini and it was extremely good. My girlfriend got her usual Cajun ribeye and said that it was just as good as always. I will definitely be back!

Sugarbeets is by far the best cuisine in Rome. The food is absolutely delicious, the service was great and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. Sugarbeets cant be compared to any other restaurant in the Rome.

Sugarbeets is the best!! This was my first time dining in and I highly recommend it! The Espresso Martini would definitely make you less depresso. Any Italian grandma would give a thumbs up to their Chicken Parm. To end the meal with their Maple Apple Blondie was a sweet decision!

Great Place! Food cooked to perfection! Delicious! We sat at the bar, and enjoyed everything about our experience. Aaron the bartender was very friendly and professional, as was all the staff. Rome needed a place like this! We will be back!

Great Lunch! Lobster Bisque was delicious. Service was quick and friendly! Went back for breakfast a few days later...Pretty good. Crowded but server was good. Drinks were good, menu was fun, a little funky. Food was good but not as good as lunch had been.

We had the scallop dinner and the crab cakes. The seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection. The crab cakes were the best I have ever had! This place does not disappoint!

Great meal. Very creative menu. Nothing to even begin to second guess. 4 meals and everyone fully enjoyed it.

Food was horrible. Salmon was unseasoned, asparagus tasted completely raw. Steak tasted completely burnt. Such a waste of $50 spent there.

Had a great experience there. I have always been angry with Rome not letting chains in but this is a great start-up. Food seems fresh, very clean and updated inside.Only gripe is parking and location. During the day if you havent been there its hard to find due to lack of advertising and it being in a neighborhood, often times difficult to find a spot to park.

Met some coworkers here for lunch, based on their reviews of how good it was. Was a little hard to locate because they don’t have a sign out front, other than some red lettering on the window above the door which is really hard to see. The inside is tastefully done and decorated. I didn’t sit at the bar, but it looked like it had a great assortment to choose from. Ordered the angus burger, medium. Came out very undercooked, they did offer to remedy the situation. Rather than a slice of lettuce, they just pile on what looks like their salad mix on top. I find that a little annoying as I don’t like my lettuce falling off while I’m trying to eat a cheese burger, and it just exhibits cutting some corners to me where they shouldn’t. A good burger is hard to find around these parts. Service was a little slow, but it was lunch time so it was slightly busy. I might give them a try again at some point.

I ordered the Penne Primavera and...holy salt! Way too salty. It just about ruined the dish. I was also bummed out that a side salad wasnt included with the entree, especially for the price. It also did not reheat well, I had about 1/4 cup of oil/butter floating in with the pasta. I know Alfredo sauce doesnt reheat well, but that was gross.My husband had the salad with crab cakes, he said it was good, but didnt care for the dressing.I think if you were eating in the restaurant it would have plated nicely,but, you know, pandemic and everything.We might go back and try something else at a later date as it was pricey for takeout.

Wife had haddock and I had openface meatloaf sandwich for lunch. Both of us were more than pleased with food quality and service. Draft beer offerings were high quality. We will return.

Walked into the restaurant and asked the bartender if they’re still doing dine in. She looked at the waitress, who looked at the clock and said it’s 8:31, nope. The bartender then looked at me and said unfortunately it’s 8:31, we stop seating at 8:30. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitude from the waitress. First and last time here.

Sweetbeets, highly recommended, although we went the day after Valentines Day w/o reservations, we sat at the bar and the service was excellent!!! The staff was very nice and the food was Superb. And they have a Ctaft Beer selection that I am for sure going to go back and investigate more thoroughly!

Wonderful, high end food, in a cozy modern/rustic atmosphere. From the outside, it doesnt look like anything special, but walk through the door and it opens up into an inviting, warm place, that you may be soon calling your favorite new restaurant.
